"Hotel jest świetny. Pokoje są bardzo czyste, powitanie jest doskonałe, a jedzenie jest doskonałej jakości i ma duży wybór. Mogę więc powiedzieć o tym hotelu tylko same pozytywne rzeczy. Jest tylko jeden minus, który jest prawdziwą szkodą: obsługa w restauracji. Jest kompletnie niezorganizowana! Nigdy w życiu nie spotkałem się z czymś takim, a dużo podróżuję (zarówno służbowo, jak i prywatnie). Potrzebna jest cierpliwość i spokój. Jakość jedzenia to jednak rekompensuje. I to właśnie mnie najbardziej rozczarowuje. Gdyby zatrudnili lepszą obsługę w restauracji, powiedziałbym, że mieliby standard pięciogwiazdkowego hotelu. Dlaczego tak ekskluzywny hotel, który naprawdę zasługuje na sześć gwiazdek, zatrudnia taką obsługę? Mam nadzieję, że to był tylko jednorazowy przypadek."

"Pokoje w hotelu są ładne. Ładna baza zdrowotna, woda termiczna, Velnes i spa, pyszne jedzenie. Hotel położony jest obok dendrarii z wyjątkowymi drzewami, gdzie można się dobrze przejść. Pokoje są czyste, łóżko jest śnieżne. Jest to świetny salon tone, codzienne programy gimnastyczne, akwakultury i spacery. Przyjazny personel, jak w restauracji. Musimy wrócić później."

"A very nice hotel. The receptionist was very pretty, the hotel facilities were quite good, and it was close to the town center. I would definitely stay here again!"

R31 Residence

"Relatively new and modern accommodation, linked to the Onyx Garden restaurant which is where breakfast, and dinner for half pension guests, is served. Residence blocks are separated a short distance from the reception/ restaurant building. Rooms are a bit sparsely furnished with no chairs or table in addition to the bed and we would have liked somewhere to hang coats (it was late Autumn). That said the restaurant served an excellent breakfast and a buffet style dinner, staffed by young friendly waiters, and the location is very good, less than 10 minutes walk to the thermal spa or castle, and about 15 minutes to the town centre. Lots of free parking as well."
