"The Raya is a great B&B in the vicinity of the beach in Matapalo. The rooms are large and modernly equipped with super comfortable Kingsize beds, safe, sufficient deposit facilities and a large bathroom. There is a table and chairs, as well as 2 comfortable hang seats. Separate walls on the terrace ensure sufficient privacy. All is super maintained and very clean. Breakfast is ordered in the evening and served at the desired time on the terrace. You have the choice between self-caught bread with marmelade, sauce, skinks and cheese, as well as egg food and fresh-caught waffles. There is a fruit dishes, coffee or tea and juice. You can also reorder everything if you want more. The small pool invites to cool. The operators are very friendly, helpful and communicative, we got good tips. Birds can be seen from the terrace, leguans and faults are sometimes seen directly, in our case the hosts on the beach have kept views for and for faults and also guided us. One tip of us is the Eco Chontale waterfall nearby, not so overlooking and beautiful to bath."

"Really nice and well run place. Excellent breakfast and perfect cleaning. Our room was very large and comfortable and we also enjoyed the pleasant swimming pool. The beautiful beach, just 2 minutes walking from the B&B, is very long and not busy at all (you can walk kilometres meeting almost nobody). The owner Lettika was always friendly and helpful. Jardin de los Monos can also be a good starting point for visiting the surroundings: we indeed visited Manuel Antonio National Park and Nauyaca waterfalls with 2 daytrip from there."

Istnieje stolik i krzesła, a także 2 komfortowe siedzenia hanging. Oddzielne ściany na tarasie zapewniają wystarczającą prywatność. Wszystko jest super utrzymane i bardzo czyste. Śniadanie jest zamówione wieczorem i serwowane w pożądanym czasie na tarasie. Masz wybór między samoprzyłapanym chlebem z marmeladem, sosem, skórkami i serem, a także jajka i świeżo przyłapane waffle. Jest naczynia owocowe, kawa lub herbata i sok. Możesz również zmienić zamówienie na wszystko, jeśli chcesz więcej. Mały basen zaprasza do chłodzenia. Operatorzy są bardzo przyjazne, pomocne i komunikacyjne, mamy dobre wskazówki. Ptaki można zobaczyć z tarasu, leguany i wady są czasami widziane bezpośrednio, w naszym przypadku gospodarze na plaży zachowali poglądy na wady i na wady, a także nas poprowadzili. "We stayed three nights at this BNB, and it was the most pleasant stay we had while in Costa Rica. The location was wonderful, down a dead-end road and approximately 150 meters from the beach. Upon arrival, we were met by the Hostess/Owner Lettika who was professional and very guest oriented. Lettika gave us a very nice tour of the facility and promptly pointed out two sloths up in the trees. Lettika gave us a nice history of the location and had valuable suggestions regarding recreational activities and eating establishments within driving distance. We stayed in a second-floor room with a very nice balcony and air conditioning which was most valuable because the temperature outside was in the 90s during the day. The room was beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. The only sounds you could hear were the birds and the breaking waves from the beach. The property was beautifully planned with easy access to everything needed. There was very nice pool and sunning area to enjoy. Breakfast was served every morning. Each guest had a choice of three breakfasts to choose from and the meals were a highlight. The breakfast area was comfortable and made conversing with other guests enjoyable. This was a most enjoyable stay, and we highly recommend it. We will return"
