"We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea."

"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. We travelled from Germany for our stay, expecting a safe and relaxing trip. Unfortunately, our experience turned into a nightmare. Und hier nochmal auf Deutsch : Ich bin von meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und hatten uns auf einen sicheren und erholsamen Aufenthalt gefreut. Leider wurde daraus ein Albtraum. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze an, jedoch sollten Gäste wissen, dass es dort offenbar keine ausreichende Sicherheit gibt. Mein Auto wurde in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage aufgebrochen und mehrere persönliche Gegenstände wurden gestohlen. Als ich mein Auto abholen wollte, stellte ich fest, dass eine Scheibe eingeschlagen worden war und das Fahrzeug ausgeraubt wurde. Die Polizei kam und untersuchte alles. Es gab sogar Blutspuren und eindeutige Hinweise auf den Täter. Trotzdem teilte uns die Polizei mit, dass sie kaum etwas unternehmen könne, da es in dieser Tiefgarage regelmäßig zu solchen Vorfällen kommt. Nach Aussage der Polizei passieren dort sehr häufig Autoaufbrüche, insbesondere bei Fahrzeugen von Besuchern aus dem Ausland. Wir erhielten lediglich einen Polizeibericht. Zusätzlich war es nachts sehr laut. Es wurde wiederholt an Türen geklopft, sodass wir kaum schlafen konnten. Obwohl sich in der Tiefgarage Überwachungskameras befinden, erhielten wir nach dem Einbruch keinerlei hilfreiche Unterstützung vom Hotel. Das Hotel übernahm keinerlei Verantwortung, zeigte kaum Interesse an unserer Situation und das Personal war in dieser schwierigen Zeit nicht hilfsbereit. Man erlaubte uns lediglich, eine Stunde länger nach dem Check-out im Zimmer zu bleiben. Danach mussten wir zu dritt rund neun Stunden draußen verbringen, während wir mit der Versicherung telefonierten und die gesamte Abwicklung rund um das beschädigte Fahrzeug organisierten. Aufgrund des Einbruchs waren wir gezwungen, drei zusätzliche Tage zu bleiben, bis das Auto repariert war. Trotz des erheblichen Stresses, der zusätzlichen Kosten und der Unannehmlichkeiten bot das Hotel weder eine Entschädigung noch einen Rabatt oder irgendeine Form des Entgegenkommens an. Ich verstehe, dass ein Hotel Kriminalität nicht vollständig verhindern kann. Dennoch sollte es seine Gäste in einer solchen Situation unterstützen und ehrlich über die Sicherheitslage der Parkgarage informieren. Leider ist genau das hier nicht passiert. Deshalb kann ich dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen. Die beigefügten Fotos zeigen die Schäden an meinem Auto nach dem Einbruch und Diebstahl"

"Most stressful weekend ever! Never Numa again for us!!! We received an email saying there were internet problems, apparently for 3 days already. The codes didn't work, when we arrived the parking barrier didn't open, our code didn't work, and because it is unmanned we were in complete panic. We received no help via app after standing half on the road for over 40 minutes. Later, someone let us in. Internet problem where the codes didn't work. We only received support via WhatsApp. In the evening, we stood in front of a closed main entrance with 8 other affected guests. Eventually, we forced the sliding door open. This problem kept us busy the entire weekend and caused us a lot of stress. The room was also not cleaned properly, hair from previous visitors; we requested extra cleaning, but the hair was still there afterwards. The breakfast was good the first morning, although 18 euros pp is very expensive for what you get. Also, only 1 cup of coffee. (t****e 3.50). The next morning, we sat waiting stressfully for our breakfast for 40 minutes again. considering we had to check out before 11 o'clock. We arrived quite early to have breakfast at our leisure, and it wasn't even that busy at that time. Suddenly I had to pay 4.50 for a hot chocolate instead of 3.50 the day before. The man clearly made up a lame excuse for it. Very stressful days, a shame because you book something like this to relax."

Pokój jednoosobowy był mały, ale wystarczająco dobry dla jednej osoby. Drzwi odbiorcze można było ustalić, atm nie wydaje się być właściwie zamknięty. A jeśli pościel można było zastąpić (były dość wyczerpane), komfort znacznie poprawi :)"

"This is the worst hotel I've ever dealt with. I have booked a room for my 10 years anniversary with my dying wife ( there probably won's be an 11 year anniversary ). Unfortunately because of life circumstances ( I've lost my job ) I've had to cancel the room reservation ( 10 days before the date ). When I've explained my situation to the hotel management, and I've asked them to do the right thing and give me some kind of a refund ( even a meal voucher would have done it ). Unfortunately the hotel management decided not to do the right thing and reject my request. They gave me nothing, and they very likely booked the same room twice and made double the money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL."
