"We now have visited this hotel 13 times in the past 6 years. That should tell you everything. From the very first time it has been a true gem, a paradise to stay. Having visited many hotels over the world , nowhere did we find this atmosphere, this service. Family-run for years you feel the love and dedication of all people involved to make your stay optimal to your personal preferences. Surrounded by the woods the hotel itself is located in a beautiful park with meticulously kept flowerbeds , and is a very well thought of combination of new and older architecture. Several terasses, an intimate wellness area, exclusive rooms with a view at the park, and a great breakfast and diner. But most of all it is the great service , the warm welcome that is expressed by the couple that owns the hotel and by the staff. It all may sound as to good to be true and for us it is, but apparently not only for us as we met several guests who also visit Jagdhaus Wiese several times a year with their children, their parents , friends or just alone ."

"Personel tego hotelu jest w pełni skierowany do restauracji. Goście hotelu pozostają do swojego przeznaczenia. Zostało to pokazane przy przybyciu. Klucz został przekazany, ale nie zostały udostępnione informacje na temat np. śniadania, kodów WiFi itp. Pokoje są czyste, ale bardzo datowane. Siedzenia są zagubione, materaci są bardzo delikatne i głowa prysznicowa nie może być zaskoczona. Pierwszą noc zgłoszono, że zawsze jest miejsce dla gości hotelowych w restauracji na kolację. Stół restauracji jest zarezerwowany dla gości zewnętrznych bez uwzględnienia gości hotelowych, co uniemożliwiło nam obiad w tej restauracji wieczorem. Pierwszą noc, kiedy mogliśmy jeść w tej restauracji. Jakość posiłków jest świetna, pragniemy gościnności. Wszystko ma na celu jak najwięcej obrotów. Śniadanie jest trzeźwy i codziennie jest to samo. Produkty są przygotowane na godzinę 07.00 i nie są już uzupełniane, nawet jeśli produkt jest przygotowany i goście nadal walczą na śniadanie. Rachunek za nocleg musiał być zapłacony wieczorem przed wyjazdem, a nie był zgodny z kosztami przedwykonania umowy, co doprowadziło do obrzydliwej dyskusji."

"If you have lots of money and lots of time this may be an excellent hotel choice. It is set in wooded mountains in a beautiful parkland setting. If you like walking up hills in the woods then you will enjoy your time here. Breakfast sets you up well for the day. It is vast and coffee and tea along with fresh juices are great. Freshly cooked egg dishes made to order are a further joy. Personally, we found that we booked a room that was very expensive to give us the facilities we wanted (bath tub and air conditioning - the air conditioning is not very effective). To get those facilities we had to book a junior suite with a lovely balcony and a large seating area which we enjoyed but the private sauna in the room was not something we wanted. To be fair the room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. A few English language channels beyond 'news' channels or the ability to chromecast from one's i-pad would have made it even better. Swimming pool indoor and outdoor is very enjoyable and not too crowded. The location is lovely, but quite remote. It takes a long time to get there from an autobahn and once there, opportunities to travel to nearby destinations are limited, so you really do need to focus on the hotel facilities of golf, walking and the swimming pool. We booked half board and while this comprises a lot of courses after a few days the experience started to become too similar and we longed for less but better. For example, there was always a choice of main course of meat, fish or vegetarian but the meat and fish tended to be small and over cooked and smothered in foams. The best aspect of the hotel by far is the friendly, helpful and enthusiastic staff, particularly in the restaurant. However, overall we were disappointed in that when we compare with other German and Austrian hotels with similar facilities and even more beautiful locations, this was a lot more expensive. "

"Po spacerze na krótki przerwę i relaks tutaj. Bardzo przyjazny recepcja i wspaniała obsługa. Napoje ciepłe, ciasta i piwo (veltins) dobrze obsługiwane w idealnej temperaturze. Wracaj. Domowe jabłka/jajka-likierowe ciasta wybitne."

"Warsztat Urige, wielokrotnie zbudowany i rozbudowany. Sposób musi być znany. Przyjazne hosty, piękne środowisko. Mieliśmy pół pensji, cena była uczciwa i jedzenie jest dobre. Małe rzeczy jak chleb do sałatki lub nawet przed, nie było. To jest prawdopodobnie możliwe tylko wtedy, gdy jecie à la carte. W dniu przyjazdu wieczorem podczas kolacji strażacy uderzyli w strażnika, ogrzewacz został zepsuty i musiał zostać naprawiony. Wielu gości musiało iść przed drzwiami, ponieważ rozwój zapachu był bardzo silny. Następnie, jako mały zabieg, strwelligen( krótki) od szefa ... dla nas był całkiem miły czas w Sauerland!"
