"Hotel był dogodnie położony blisko lotniska, a transport wahadłowy był bardzo pomocny. Pokój był czysty, ale znajdował się blisko windy, a w środku nocy zadzwonił alarm. Zjadłem prostą kolację w restauracji (ravioli z wyborem szefa kuchni i aperol spritz), ale dwie godziny później miałem tak zawroty głowy, że ledwo stałem na nogach i nie mogłem spać. Udało mi się wymeldować o 5:00 rano, ale byłem bardzo chory i musiałem zwymiotować na lotnisku. Zawroty głowy trwały cały dzień i były dość przerażające. Nie mogę powiedzieć, że były spowodowane jedzeniem w restauracji, ale inni podróżni z mojej grupy, którzy tam nie jedli, byli w porządku. To było traumatyczne przeżycie, o którym mam nadzieję zapomnieć."

"Hotel located in the municipality of Segrate, an 8-minute drive from San Raffaele Hospital. The hotel is nice and quiet, with comfortable and clean rooms, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. A generous breakfast buffet is served. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and can assist with any questions. There's a bus stop in front of the hotel. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it."

"I booked a non-refundable rate on the wrong date. I noticed it immediately and called the property to cancel. They first told me they'd check the next day because the reservation was a Sunday. They didn't contact me the next day, so I had to call. They offered to change the dates in exchange for a positive review, but they didn't have availability for the date I needed. So they told me they couldn't do anything. I checked the policy on ***********, and it clearly states that, even for non-refundable rates, the property decides whether or not to apply penalties. I pointed this out, and they changed their story, saying that since people often cancel reservations, they decided not to refund them. I explained again that it was obvious it was a mistake, since I called a minute after booking, and therefore it didn't seem right to lose money over a simple mistake that could easily be fixed (if they wanted to). Ms. Donatella, who had previously been persistent with statements like "if it says non-refundable, it means it's non-refundable," then shifted the blame to the property, saying she was embarrassed at having to play the part of someone who was unnecessarily keeping money (even though it was protected by ***********). So she went from "I'll change your dates if you leave me a positive review" to "I can't do anything" to "I don't want to do anything" to "It's not my fault, they don't want to do anything." They left me, saying they'd make one last attempt with the property, but they never heard from me again. My sincere compliments: you put a price on yourself, and that price is €157. You could have canceled a reservation two minutes after it was made and resolved the issue, saving us from literally throwing away our money, but instead you chose to ignore it and pocket the money. Congratulations again..."
