"Hotel znajduje się w doskonałej lokalizacji przy jeziorze i w środku promenady, która jest zlokalizowana z ławkami sprzedającymi pamiątki, lody, sprzęt sportowy wodny, dziecięce miejsca zabaw, bary i restauracje. Hotel jest czysty i ładnie wyposażony, a personel jest bardzo przyjazny i pomocny. Zaraz przy basenie znajduje się bar, który oferuje szeroki wybór napojów alkoholowych i niealkoholowych. Możesz załadować drinki do swojego pokoju, więc nie ma potrzeby martwić się kartami kredytowymi lub gotówką. Nigdy nie mieli problemów z znalezieniem salonu słonecznego. Poolowe ręczniki są dostarczane w pokoju. Śniadanie jest znacznie powyżej średniej, w tym fasola, smażone grzyby, kiełbasy, jajka gotowane na różne sposoby, kilka rodzajów oliwek, duży wybór słodkich pastyków i wiele więcej."

Hotel Dolphin - Adult Friendly ★★★★

"First impressions are good, pictures online match what you see upon arrival but that doesn't tell the whole picture. I'll cover the positives first. It's mostly clean, in a good location, nice indoor pool and reception staff very helpful, but that's it. The not so good or negatives. The whole hotel feels that it started life as something else, it's so disjointed and lacks any cohesion. The gym is an after thought, sandwiched either side of an open walkway linking the main building to the separate block of apartments (that we had as a family of 3) . Very few machines, hardly any free weights, to be honest, an excuse for a gym but it probably ticked a box. The water dispenser was filled with green algae, which is never a good sign. Reception and cleaning staff all disowned responsibility when advised so be warned. Breakfast OK but nothing special and certainly not a 4 star selection One slow coffee machine only serving espresso or cappuccino not ideal and queues unacceptable. When you've paid €550 for 2 nights to be told if you want a latte or any other coffee it's chargeable!!! A bit of an insult. Last breakfast comment, it would be a good idea to dust the light fittings of cobwebs. There are also public spaces left open, messy and unattended, lines of chairs stacked in corridors as storage, it's just not 4 star quality. The apartments whilst nice lack bedside tables, storage or shelves in the bathroom and safety deposit box. There isn't a daily room cleaning, infact our apartment had cobwebs in the corners and dead flies, so clearly hadn't been properly cleaned for some days. Last comment of our first day is the absence of staff. Reception and the bar adjacent is staffed, no other serving staff anywhere. Outside areas, terrace, no one. If you want a drink, it's walking through the hotel to order at the bar but they do then bring it to you. Final comment, and I'm guessing the management when opening had no real hospitality experience. It's not about making a nice brochure, offering a glass of processo on arrival or online presence, it's about the guest service and experience, of which if they promoted themselves as 3 star, I would have less to comment about but a 4 star, I think not. It's nice, nothing more but grossly overpriced so beware. Shame I prepaid as I probably wouldn't stay the second night."
