"Co cieszyliśmy się 2 tygodnie piękne Serfaus! Zarezerwowaliśmy apartament z widokiem panoramicznym w Vaya Terrazena, ale tydzień przed wyjazdem otrzymaliśmy wiadomość, że otrzymaliśmy uaktualnienie. Zostaliśmy przerezerwowani na Vaya St. Zeno. Co za pozytywna niespodzianka! Nasz 3 kamera apartament był wyposażony we wszystko, czego chcieliśmy. Ładny salon z kuchnią i ładny duży stolik. 2 sypialnie były o tyle duże, a obie miały prywatną dużą łazienkę. 1 łazienka, 2 prysznice, 3 toalety i 2 noce czyste ręczniki, naprawdę górne! Dla nas na zewnątrz i widok był bardzo ważny, również 100% został spełniony. Z pokrytego balkonu i przestronnego tarasu słonecznego, mieliśmy piękny widok na Serfausa i urokujące góry wokół niego. Świetna torba była już gotowa w naszym pokoju, w tym kurtki kąpielowe, 2 duże łazienki i kąpielowe ślimaki. Każdego ranka, piękne świeże chleby przy drzwiach i śniadanie na balkonie lub tarasie, nawet w niedzielę, ponieważ było tak gorąco w pierwszym tygodniu, łyżki po tygodniu. Wreszcie, podczas pobytu otrzymasz kartę letnią, z którą można korzystać nieograniczone wiele wspinaczek górskich i autobusu spacerowego, U-Bahn (metr) jest również bardzo przydatny do podróży z jednej strony do drugiej wsi. Podobno cieszyliśmy się najlepszymi wakacjami i myślę, że wrócimy do mieszkania Vaya w Austrii."

Too expensive for the quality of the rooms. The check-in, hotel service and breakfast were at St Zeno Hotel next door. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend St Zeno hotel instead."

"For the last 15 years or so we’ve vacationed in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis area. It is truly our favorite place to get away and relax. Over that time we’ve stayed at nine hotels in different areas. Today we’re going home after seven wonderful days at the Schalber in Serfaus. It truly deserves its five-star superior rating. My wife loves to swim and on some days she had three different pools she could dip into, many times all by herself. Then there’s the overall service and food. It is a family run hotel, which shows in the dedication and concern of the staff for the guests. One final thing I really appreciated is that while we originally made reservations for four days, since we were having such a great time we extended our stay three different times, eventually staying seven days. And they were generous enough to give us the benefit of the seven-day price, as if we had booked the seven days from the beginning 👍 If you’re coming up to this area and want an amazing experience, I really recommend the Schalber!"

We have stayed at this establishment on four separate occasions, and each time we have been met with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and, most importantly, a sense of belonging to a large family. The spa features spacious rooms, both indoor and outdoor natural pools, and a kid-friendly family spa. Everything is immaculate. Private spa, two hours in a paradise location. Please try it!!
