"The accommodation is quite old, the bathroom looks very old, and the room smells bad; we had to spray air freshener to get rid of the odor. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast only consists of scrambled eggs, waffles, cereal, and coffee & juice. The breakfast room is very small, accommodating a maximum of 12 people."

"I have stayed here at least 8 times in total. I've always felt appreciated and valued. The last two stays not at all like previous stays. The guy was rude. This time the lady put me in an undesirable room in a corner with no view of the river. I choose here to sit out on the back to enjoy it. This relaxes me after the long drive of 700+ miles. A hot shower and listening to the quiet natural surroundings. This time after putting my luggage in side I took the cart back. Open the door and saw nothing but bushes and to my left cars from other businesses I went back requested one of my other previous ones as the windows were open and they were vacant. She flat out said no. I cant help it. That's your room Period. Walked away. Then the guest above and their noise , running in and out screaming. Next the racoon knocked all night. No sleeping. Just asked as I went outside they laughed at me and got louder. Horrible. As schools r letting out. Probably be worse. So I'll probably choose different until they return to their earlier behavior"

"Hotel jest bardzo czysty i pracownicy odpowiedzieli na wniosek. Śniadanie było pełne. Jedynym negatywem, który doświadczyliśmy, że maszyna lodowa była zepsuta i tak była klawiatura dla wejścia bocznego, co sprawia, że bezpieczeństwo jest trochę szkic. Bardzo bezpieczna strefa, więc to może nie być problem, albo mogą zamknąć drzwi po pewnym czasie."

"My family and myself checked in Dec 26 for a 4 night stay. The 2nd night I noticed an Asian beetle in my bed. I notified the front desk and was told this is the season. They all over hotels in TN. There was no available roooms to move us to. Fast forward to Sun morning there was a beetle dead in the window sill. I went down to cancel the rest of my stay. Showed pictures .Went back to the room to pack . 2 more Asian beetles flew over our heads. Manager calls me Mon morning lying that there was no bugs in the room . Only offered me 5k points . Will never stay here again. And possibly do away with Marriott all together ."

"To jeden z najlepszych i najbardziej przyjaznych moteli w pigeon forge, które kiedykolwiek został! Bardzo bardzo polecam! Bardzo czyste. Łazienki były super ładne. Piwnica ognia była piękna! Była w świetnej lokalizacji niedaleko głównej paski."
