"Jestem zagranicznym podróżnikiem z Singapuru. W dniu przyjazdu 29 grudnia przywitał mnie przyjazny przez front desk o nazwisku Panie Dee. Dał mi darmowy pokój i odpowiedział na wszystkie moje pytania cierpliwie i politycznie. Drugą noc poszłam po pomoc od frontowego biura panny Hu, a ona była bardzo przyjazna i uprzejma. Położenie jest bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego Shaoguan, zaledwie 15 minut spacerem nad mostem. Jest również wiele restauracji w pobliżu z centrum handlowego naprzeciwko głównej drogi. Śniadanie było wspaniałe z przyzwoitym chińskim wyborem w stylu bufetu. Niektóre pomarańcze są dostępne, sojowe napoje i herbata na drinka. Z pewnością rozważę przyjście do tego hotelu ponownie, jeśli w przyszłości odwiedzę Szaoguan."

"This year there were a lot more tour groups. I've been coming to this hot spring hotel for several years now, and this time I didn't drive. The hotel provided transportation. On arrival day, they sent a minivan to pick us up, and it took about an hour to get to the hotel. For the return trip, they sent a business van, which was much more comfortable. The first night, our room had an odor and was located right above the restaurant, so it was noisy until quite late. We switched rooms on the second night and were very satisfied. I hope they can maintain this good environment and service attitude in the future."

"The hotel's location is very pleasant, tucked away from the main road, quiet, and surrounded by mountains on three sides. There's a children's playground downstairs. We also received a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom executive suite, which was incredibly spacious and had very comfortable carpeting. The breakfast buffet was delicious with fresh ingredients; I was so busy eating I forgot to take pictures of the food! This was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely return to Sun City Phoenix Hotel if I'm in the area again."
