I checked into the Hotel on 21st June for a 4 night stay. Right from the poor “Check-In” experience one could get a feeling that something was amiss... I had multiple “sub-standard” experiences in this relatively new property. To highlight a few.. • On the 1st night, I ordered for a Vietnamese Grilled Fish (Medium rear), but what I received was a “Well done”, over cooked, almost fried fish. There were almost no attendants at the only restaurant at the hotel at 10:30pm. • On the 3rd day at despite the restaurant being empty at breakfast, all the salad bar servings were empty at 9:45am. There was not adequate bread in the bread baskets. When I pointed to the restaurant manager that the breakfast buffet is available until 10:30am, I was told that the serving bowls are empty as the team was all busy preparing for a 500 pax lunch later in the day (24th June)…..honestly not sure this was an acceptable answer. • On the 3rd evening at 10:15 pm, when I tried to utilize my complementary welcome drink at the bar, I was told the bar attendant was not available and the drink cannot be served. • Despite requests for coffee sachets to be placed in the room during daily housekeeping service, the same were never placed. However, had to personally make a call for the same every day. • There was no Iron and Ironing board in the room. • The hand sanitizers installed in the elevators were empty and not operational. • The air-conditioning in the lobby never seemed to work. Despite repeated requests to meet with the GM, it was only on the 3rd day was I told that the GM is not available for the week as he is on an official trip. Ironically the Rooms duty manager (2nd in charge after the GM) was also not available. Would not recommend this property for a stay.

this hotel is wholly good. I recommend everyone to stay this hotel. If I visit vietnam next time, I plan to stay this hotel. The only weakness of this hotel is about breakfast. Tastes are good for all food, but not enough kind of food.

That was a perfect place. Very kind staff overall speaking. Wonderful breakfast buffet. High speed internet which helped me a lot for my teaching and meetings. I would love to be here again. Above all, my prime king room looks exactly as in the photos and even better. In short, this place is a perfect choice. I wanted to stay here more but I was not able to extend the same type of room. The only shortcoming is that I arrived early and I had to choose between waiting 5 hours or pay one full night to check in early which was a bit unfair in my view. Once again, thanks for the perfect services provided. 🤗👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

First of all, thank you. Almighty Huan Xiaopeng and Xiao Hou were super considerate in their service. They upgraded the room type. The best thing is that they gave the children favorite stickers, as well as fruits and yogurt! Xiao Liang and Xiao Zhong in the restaurant are very considerate in their service. I love the shiny bracelets for the children! The nice guy at the front desk helped me get hot water after check-out, and the hand cream he gave me was very fragrant! The hotel environment is very good and the service is attentive. The security guards in the parking lot will take the initiative to help with luggage. The breakfast is rich and delicious!

The hotel lobby is magnificently designed, the parking space downstairs is not enough, there is no underground parking lot, you need to grab it, 😭 The room is relatively large, the bathroom is quite big, the carpet is very beautiful, the decoration is not old, but it gives people a feeling that it is not new, maybe the overall style is a bit old and not modern enough. Upstairs across the river can see the river view of East Street, less than 10 minutes walk from the style building/100-year-old East Street, and very close to the East Dike Cross Road of various snacks, quiet in the middle of noisy.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and this was the case throughout our stay. They were also very accommodating and extremely professional. We stayed in the fashionable suite. The room had a fantastic view, especially in the evening from the bathtub. Our booking included breakfast which was buffer style with many options western and Chinese. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

Great stay here. We liked it so much after travelling in China during the Spring festival, we stayed an extra night . -quiet in the rooms -comfortable beds -high quality linens and towels -fast Internet -a 15 minutes car ride to both train stations -surprise fruit gift on forst day (image) - great servive from all staff, from front desk to room cleaner. Xiao Ming i cafe went to extra effort and was super helpful and thoughtful. -delicious breakfast with good coffee, french bread and yum dim sum. All in all we enjoyed some down time here and had a fantastic stay.

Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.

I originally booked two nights online at a discount. After I arrived at the hotel, I realized that it was an elevator room. I was so nervous that I could not sleep when I heard the elevator sound. I tried to express whether I could change rooms. The beauty at the front desk was very refreshing and changed. grateful. The room is very quiet and smart. Looks more like a resort than hotel. Hotel lobby was very grand but facilities are worn down. There is a gym and karaoke room but the karaoke looks more like night club, swimming pool looks old too and it’s closed. Room size ok, necessities are all equipped but lack of power points for charging and no international sockets. Shower surprisingly very comfy good water pressure with enclosed shower and bath tub, and I am very happy to see the washlet toilet. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs and the view is nice. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Buffet breakfast variety more local and food are all quite oily, very tasty though. There is a male staff at the reception which I would like to compliment, he helped us book DiDi during our stay throughout using his own account as we have issue with our WeChat. Excellent service! Took DiDi to nearby bainian dong jie for night market and food, must go place if you visit Shaoguan, try the mu mian ting chuan shao, very nice.
