It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

The price and the quality are relatively high. The room and corridor are clean. The room has AI. intelligent control. You can speak and ask A.I. to open lights, air conditioner, and TV.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant, though my booking was for a room with a city view, I was given one with a view of the hotel corridors. The shuttle bus driver was very friendly and tried to communicate with me regardless of the language barrier. I had a connecting flight that night, so I only spent a few hours in the hotel. The location is convenient.

Very Standard Tranditional Chinese 5 Start hotel. The room clean and reception helped upgraded the Executive room which was very nice. Service staff very helpful. Breakfast more Chinese, not so many chooices. Sweet dessert taste hard seems not fresh, a bit disappointment with the breakfast. They has a vauble Traditional Chinese funiture chaire for guest to seat, which is very good part, very comfortable.

Ideal location in Shenzhen to enjoy the ohbay at nite. A huge mall nearby to enjoy shopping and food. I would recommend to book hotel with break and dinner inclusive in the package as the deal is so good. Buying them at hotel would be very expensive . Bed is soft and comfortable and spacious.
