"PLEASE CONFIRM WITH THE HOTEL IF DINNER IS INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING I booked a room with dinner and breakfast included, as stated on my voucher. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I discovered my reservation didn't include dinner, and there was nothing I could do about it. All they could offer me was a buffet at another hotel for an additional fee. This really dampened my spirits, as I'd booked this hotel based on reviews of the excellent kaiseki dinner. On the positive side, I can note the wonderful, spacious room with a private plunge pool and shared plunge pools for stargazing."

At night, I strolled along the banks of the Achi River, listening to the rushing water and gazing at the dim yellow lights of the inns. At the foot of the mountain, I could see the Big Dipper with the moon behind me. It's a little inconvenient to get to from Tokyo, but the crowds are less and the experience is better. I'll wait for a chance to go stargazing in winter."

As I signed up for the star tour, I informed the hotel in advance that dinner was arranged at five o'clock, the food was varied, very satisfied, breakfast was still very rich. There are two table tennis tables for playing. Staff was considerate and proactive and will stay next time."

I arrived late, and the hot spring was empty and spacious. I visited the open-air bath the next morning, and the view was great and the hot spring water was wonderful."
