"I won't stay at this hotel again. Last night around 11 PM, my room phone suddenly rang, but only a few rings before it hung up. The next morning, I received two more calls, asking what I wanted for breakfast and saying their WeChat request wasn't accepted. This severely disrupted my sleep and rest. More importantly, I explicitly opted out of breakfast when booking, but when I complained during check-out, the response was "a handover issue with a colleague the night before." But what was the handover? Breakfast wasn't booked, and there wasn't any WeChat friend request notification. I've stayed at this hotel many times before, and I've never encountered a situation like this: calling and adding WeChat just to confirm breakfast. The hotel's location isn't convenient, and there aren't many takeout options. I chose this place for its quiet environment. To encounter this series of service issues fully exposes the company's poor management."
