„Again, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).”

„What tops the list for me is the friendly staff.They go out of their way to help.I would like to specifically mention front desk manager Mr Bruce, who tried his best to get some vegetarian food at odd times. He even came with me to restaurant leaving his front deak to find an option.That's something beyond my expectation. Room is very clean.Restaurant is pretty good with several options for breakfast. In my room, AC effect was not good.They immediately try to rectify and also offered fan in the room. I am sure will stay in this hotel whenever I come to Kunshan.”

„The hotel has everything to have a great journey. It's clean, the room are spacious and beautiful. I had always get a warm welcome from the employees at the entrance. I stayed 2 weeks there. The breakfast is great with many choices. The gym has everything you need but some equipments are a bit old or in bad condition. It can be busy the evening. Also there is a mall next, with many restaurants inside. And a massage center in front by crossing the street (foot massage must be tried during your stay) Laundry service is really expensive (I paid around 80 USD for a small size machine)”

„Not great value for money. I was driving through Kunshan and needed a place to stay for one night. I looked around and found Hualuxe (I'd stayed at one in Kunming and assumed it would be the same quality), so I booked it without hesitation. The underground parking felt a bit chaotic, and when I went upstairs to check in, the lobby was very noisy. There wasn't just one hotel reception desk; multiple hotels shared a single row. After finding the Hualuxe front desk and checking in, I went upstairs and noticed the elevators didn't require a key card to operate, which made me feel a bit uneasy about security. As I walked down the hallway, an unpleasant smell hit me. I thought it would be fine once I got into the room, but the room itself had a strong, musty, damp odor. The window was very high and blocked by a sofa, making it impossible to open. The biggest issue was that the duvet was completely damp (which is very unusual). Also, the swimming pool is shared with other hotels, so it was crowded, and the restrooms smelled terrible. On the plus side, the room was very spacious, the facilities were decent, and breakfast was quite extensive. The set meal for two at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor was prepared with great care and tasted delicious.”

„This hotel is inside the scenic area and really near all attractions and shops, it's really useful to be in the area when there are less people and to feel the experience at the different hours of the day. „I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example. Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties. Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget. So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.”

„這次入住體驗非常滿意，前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理手續時還主動詢問入住需求，非常貼心，離店的時候寄存行李也很方便。客房阿姨很負責負責，打掃得很乾凈。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全好用，床品舒適，住着很安心。停車場寬敞車位充足，對自駕遊客很友好。早餐很豐富，缺東西會及時補不會斷供空槽，味道也很在線。整體體驗很棒，明年F1還會選擇這裏，祝生意興隆。”
