I really can’t fault this hotel the rooms are very clean and maintained, equipped with everything you need for the duration of your stay. The staff are wonderful very helpful and courteous, always willing to go above and beyond what is needed. The food is excellent with a good variety to choose from. The hotel it’s self has a pool, gym, sea views and is well situated with access to public transport, shopping and parks.

I didn't stay without meals, so I don't know about the quality of the food, but the building is clean and the hotel is very nice, and I can see why it's so popular. Breakfast service and the large public bath are available from 5am, so it's good that you can use them even if you leave early in the morning. The large public bath is not that big because it's not in Japan, but it's big enough for 5-6 people. There was even a sauna. The room was an apartment type, so it was very spacious. The facilities were just toothbrushes, nothing special. The bath in the room was small, but it was nice to fill it with hot water and use it. I was able to watch the Japanese Civil Code in the room, so I wasn't bored in the room. I couldn't find anything particularly bad about it, and it was very relaxing for the price. If there's one thing I'd like to see improved, it's that the wind hits you directly above the bed. The air conditioning in Thailand is too strong, so it can be a little cold when you're on the bed. However, it's just enough to cover yourself with a blanket or turn it down, so it's just the right level.

Clean hotel, spacious rooms. Had to stay for 1 day quarantine. Pros Well organized transportation from the airpot to take drive through Covid test and driving to hotel. Great customer service upon arrival and very friendly hotel personnel cons Breakfast food provided was not good, fruit was not fresh, meal looked awful and did not taste good (imho) too much plastic is used. there was a new regulation issued regarding second PCR test at the end of December and some people were confused with old and new rules that applied to them after they are discharged from hotel. hotel management was not aware how to help with this issue Overall great stay, reasonable price. Highly recommend to others I stayed there just for one day so I cannot comment about other facilities or surrounding. Worked great for in and out to complete quarantine requirements.

Advantages: There is a 7-11 opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping. The room was very peaceful. Toothbrushes and slippers are provided. Disadvantages: The hygiene is very poor, there are a lot of long hairs on the bathroom floor. Leave it to me to prove that the room is not clean! The wifi is super slow and can't be used! The shower head in the bathroom is fixed, which is very inconvenient! The facilities in the room are very dilapidated and the wardrobe door is difficult to open!

The hotel is very clean and uses the high quality materials (room decoration, amenities even dental kit and toilet papers, breakfast). Staffs are very nice, friendly and responsive. Location is on the center of SriRacha and you can take a 300m-walk to the park for jogging in the morning and also surrounded with many restaurants, massages, supermarket sand drug stores. Gyms equipped with full-range equipment, large poll and warmed Jacuzzi. Price is very low, especially on weekend. Highly recommended.

We were here for a friends wedding and had a family suite booked that could comfortably sleep 6, but we only had 3 guys. The manager can speak very fluent english and knows the area really well. His suggestions on restaurants and things to do were top class. Room was spacious and they gave us a complimentary in room breakfast on our last morning there. Thanks for a comfortable stay
