The location is super, quiet and in 2min.ist you can be on the beach of Platy Gialos and to the restaurants, mini market, banking machine although everywhere card payment is possible and there is also a car rental. Anna is a woman who cares for everything and that with much pleasure always a friendly calimera. Just wonderful. That's very thick praise!!!"

"We visited Sifnos as a group of 9 people from June 6 to June 13, 2026, and stayed at Windmill Bella Vista. Our stay was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the owners, Margarita and George, made us feel welcome with their kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help with anything we needed. The property is in a beautiful location in Artemonas, with amazing views of the Aegean Sea. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The common areas were also clean and attractive. The breakfast was generous and carefully prepared, with plenty of delicious options. We were truly impressed by our stay and would highly recommend Windmill Bella Vista to anyone visiting Sifnos. We will definitely come back. Tina"

"Uroczy mały hotel z pięknymi widokami na Paros. Nasz pokój był duży, z ładną verandą, ale widok na Kastro i Egipski, trudno było uzasadnić spędzanie w pokoju dowolnego czasu. Istnieje wiele miejsc do siedzenia wokół nieruchomości i przy pięknym basenie. Śniadanie było hojne i restauracja była również świetna na lunch lub obiad, jeśli chcesz dzień relaksu."

Elements Sifnos Boutique

"Sifnos Elements has 6 rooms, 3 by the pool and 3 a little below. All rooms have private terraces with tables. Rodoula, the manager, is an absolute gem. She helped me coordinate my visit, the cars, breakfast, local attractions, and even offered me a late checkout when I asked if I could hang by the pool for a little while. A+ hospitality My room was clean and modern, with a very comfortable bed. I was able to mostly block out the light, and slept like a rock every night. Super quiet - just the wind :) The breakfast is amazing! There’s a full menu, which you can call or WhatsApp text in advance, along with the time you’d like to eat. Other than breakfast, there’s a few “light bites”, wine and beer available later in the day. I did rent a car for a day and coordinated a pickup from the ferry. The process was very easy - I emailed in advance and voila. The cars are in great shape and very clean. You pick up and return at the hotel (you’ll need to fill up before returning, but there’s a gas station about 10 minutes away). I am a very confident driver and had no issues - the roads are well marked and in great shape unless you get really off the main areas. My google maps worked perfectly everywhere I drove, and the other drivers are polite. A warning (although what follows is part of why I picked Sifnos, so I don’t think it’s a negative, but just FYI). The hotel is a little isolated - it’s not in a town or village. There is no “restaurant” at or near the hotel. If you arrive late and aren’t renting a car, pick something up in the port or bring dinner. I ended up eating the cheese plate for dinner (which I love so no complaints - my ideal dinner actually) but if you’re expecting a full meal, make sure you coordinate a car. There are taxis on the island but not many, so I’m not sure how their availability is. That said, there is a very well maintained path to Faros, which has a beautiful beach and some great restaurants. I would suggest sneakers, and there is some elevation, but the path has shallow steps (NOT ideal for a baby stroller etc) and brings you right to the beach. Maybe 20 minutes? I had diner in Faros and walk back up in the dark - I brought a flashlight with me, and I would not recommend walking back at night without one. Excellent stay and I’ll be back! As an FYI, I traveled as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. I didn’t see much of the other guests, so if you’re looking to make friends, head to the bars in Faros! Two of the pool, one of the walk down, one of Faros (and the beach cats!), pool at night, and then the rental car so you can see how well maintained it is!"

"Fantastic choice. The staff is friendly and gentle, always smiling and ready to help. The rooms are very clean; some were recently renewed. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a stunning view of the sea, and the small bar on the top is very enjoyable, especially at night."

Pension Ageliki Sifnos

"We spent 4 days on Sifnos,which is a beautiful island and decided to base ourselves at Platkis Gialos which is a really lovely beach resort. We were very lucky to find Pension Angeliki which is on a very quiet and peaceful part of a sandy beach. The acommodation has beautiful ,well equipped,spotlessly clean rooms most of which overlook the sea.The bed was super comfortable and it was perfect to go to sleep with the sound of the waves gently lapping the shore The room has a fridge and equipment to prepare a snack,but there are plenty of places to eat or drink just a stones throw away The rooms have balconies or a terrace and there are plenty of places to sit in the sun or the shade Margarita the owner is very efficient,friendly and helpful For a few days of peace and relaxation this place would be hard to beat"

"Excellent stay at this well designed beachside boutique hotel. The gardens are beautiful, the rooms (guest houses) generous and the staff lovely and accommodating. This was the first stop on our island hopping trip through the Cyclades and it was the perfect entry. The beach across the street was a little much for me (not very comfortable), but the water is amazing and the pool is so nice it’s hard to leave. There are swimming areas all around the island so not to worry!! It’s good to get out and explore. Be sure to reserve a car in advance. The hotel serves a nice breakfast and has a delicious lunch and snack menu. My one regret is that they don’t serve dinner. Again, it’s good to get out and explore and there are good options right across the street. Dinner is late in Sifnos and reservations are hard to come by in the high season (August), so ask the hotel for suggestions and book well in advance. Truly a great place experience."
