"Klimatyzacji w pokoju na najwyższym pietrze nie ma. Przenośny i glośny klimatyzator w pokoju też nie działa. W pokoju temperatura 30 stopni i duchota. Nie da się otworzyć okna, bo bezpośrednio przy oknie masa obrzydliwych pajeczyn i pajakow. To ewidentne zaniedbanie i brak sprzątania przez długi czas. Pająki były też w pokoju. Na zewnątrz brudno. Masa pajeczyn, śmieci, ogólnie bałagan. Na tarasie sajgon i brud. Plus to dobre jedzenie i lokalizacja nad jeziorem. Bardzo źle wspominamy ten pobyt podczas przejazdu w drodze na wakacje. Po prostu koszmar! Chcieliśmy odpoczac po podrozy i nabrać siły na podróż. Zaliczyliśmy nieprzespaną noc w koszmarnych warunkach. Nie polecam. Stanowczo odradzamy to miejsce. Omijajcie szerokim łukiem. Ps. Wieczorem nie można dojechać do parkingu hotelowego, bo hotel jest przy deptaku. Trzeba dodatkowo za parking miejski. Na recepcji wieczorem obsługi brak i brak możliwości zgłoszenia reklamacji."

"Ten hotel w Siófok ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację z przyzwoitymi pokojami i wygodnymi łóżkami. Sekcja spa była relaksująca, a parkingi były obfite. Stacja kolejowa wydawała się super blisko, ale nie mogliśmy tu żadnych hałasów - izolacja dźwiękowa była doskonała."

"Sam hotel jest super, nowoczesny, czysty. Problemem było to, że podczas żadnego z moich pobytów klimatyzacja nie działała, zawsze różne wyjaśnienia. Na szczęście noce na zewnątrz nie były gorące, więc okno można było trzymać otwarte, jednak na parkingu hotelu odbywała się impreza, więc ze względu na hałas trzeba było je zamknąć. W pokoju był wentylator, ale nie pomógł zbytnio, ponieważ w pokoju było 26 stopni Celsjusza. Bistro w hotelu jest całkiem dobre, jednak personel baru był niegrzeczny. Personel poranny był naprawdę miły. Zatrzymałem się tu dwa razy, za każdym razem to samo doświadczenie. Normalnie nie zatrzymałbym się po pierwszym razie, ale dałem drugą szansę, ponieważ hotel jest bardzo wygodny, wellness jest naprawdę fajny, a pokoje są świetne."

"We stayed here for 4 nights and had a very pleasant stay. The location is not far from the lake, restaurants, shops, etc. Good value for money and would recommend."

"We've been coming to this hotel several times already, but only last year discovered they had a huge apartment/suite on the third floor. Since then we have turned into absolute *******. The suite offers a huge living room with several sofas, a run-around balcony/terrace, and an ensuite whirlpool. A corridor leads to a walk-in wardrobe, the bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink, walk-in shower), a master bedroom and another bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is kept very warm, which is really pleasant, especially when the weather outside is not so inviting (which was not the case this year, though). There are several playrooms for children and adults, and they always offer activities for kids during the day and early evening. Breakfast and dinner are in a dining hall offering enough place even if the hotel is fully booked. Choice is abundant: a lot of food of all varieties including Hungarian delicatessen, always fresh, always refilled, and always tasty. This place offers some of the best food in Hungary and is also one of the main reasons we love to come there so much. Add their spa on top of that. 2 pools, a whirlpool, and a small baby pool plus a few saunas (Finnish, aroma, infrared) with plenty of deckchairs to relax round off this place. Lake Balaton is a 5 minutes walk (and they have their own private beach in summer). Da capo next year!"

"We've stayed at the Hotel Yacht at least six times now. This time was our first visit during peak season. The hotel meets four-star standards in almost every respect, but there's definitely room for improvement. The plants in front of the entrance are withered, giving a very shabby impression. Several mosaic tiles in the whirlpool and swimming pool are coming loose, and the sharp edges pose a risk of injury! What we found particularly disturbing and incomprehensible this time (our first visit during peak season) was the following situation: next to the Hotel Yacht is the Hotel Molo (in a repulsive state), yet its guests were allowed to use the breakfast buffet and spa area of ​​the Hotel Yacht free of charge. We don't see why we should pay a significantly higher price at the Hotel Yacht than guests of the Hotel Molo, only to have to deal with the chaos at breakfast and in the spa area! The motto should be "you get what you pay for"! Fortunately, the Hotel Molo is supposedly being demolished soon. If this situation with the guests of the Hotel Molo doesn't change at the Hotel Yacht, we and many of our friends will no longer book at the Hotel Yacht! It is very positive to mention the exceptionally friendly staff in all areas, the excellent cuisine at the evening buffet which always includes a vegan option, and the fact that dogs are warmly welcomed."
