"Average hotel that does what is needed. Reception: friendly, quick and cordial without any problems. Rooms: good for what you pay. They would need a good remodeling to bring them up to date, but well, for what is necessary to sleep they are quite good. Cleanliness good. Bathroom OK, basic and somewhat dated, but clean and everything good. Common areas: large hotel with plenty of space, especially outside, with very easy parking. Large and very pleasant grassy area on one side. Dinner: by far the weakest part of the hotel. A tremendously basic low cost low quality menu, as well as a dull, dry and very unfriendly service. Never again. Breakfast: quite good, more variety than one would expect for the type of establishment, and more than acceptable quality. It's a shame there were no real fried eggs. But well, in general good. General conclusion: an acceptable hotel to sleep with a fairly good quality-price ratio. Breakfast is frankly good. But the dinner menu is not worth it."

"What a little gem of a place for me as a solo biker!!! I am writing this as I eat my breakfast here. Very biker friendly with it's own garage. I accidentally dropped my bike and the owner helped me up with it. Thank you. My room was lovely and, like the hotel, in a beautiful traditional style and very comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location in the small town of Broto was perfect, next to a couple of shops and various other restaurants and bars. Thank you everyone at this wonderful hotel!!"

"Although it's surrounded by nature, it's located near the small town of Boltaña, just a stone's throw from Ordesa. The rooms are large, although we were given the one literally furthest from everything and felt there were minor maintenance issues. The historical part is worthwhile."

"What a wonderful gem in the quaint little town of Biesla. Gorgeous interiors in rich colours set off magnificently against the natural wood floors and wall cladding, it feels like stepping into a cozy memory of a bygone era. Nuria and her super friendly team made us feel like long lost family and bent over backwards to make us feel at home. After the best night sleep in soft and crisp Egyptian cotton sheets we were blown away by the magnificent spread for breakfast. After filling up on home made breads, cakes, jams and mini delicacies we were set for a day of exploring the peaks and trails of this stunning region. We looked forward to returning to the hotel each day to relax, unwind and start again! Highly recommended!!!"

"We had a fantastic 3 nights with our 3 kids (11, 10 and 6 year olds). The value was great and the pitches were well shaded and all were close to good clean toilet blocks. The pool was lovely and never too busy. Good food at the bar and again reasonable prices. The shop is very limited in terms of grocery shopping so stock up in Ainsa. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving advice on what to do in the area. I will definitely be back. Only drawback was that access to the lake is about a 1.5km walk while it looks on the map as though it is beside the camping."

Jest nie tylko niedoceniany ze względu na lokalizację, wielkość pokoi i styl… ale obsługa w tym hotelu przewyższa to, czego doświadczyłem w wielu czterogwiazdkowych hotelach na całym świecie. Po przyjeździe powitał nas Giuseppe, najbardziej skromny, ale i fenomenalny człowiek w historii hoteli. Jego poziom gościnności jest niesamowity, a on sam jest jednym z najbardziej pomocnych ludzi, jakich spotkałem w hotelu. Powiedział mi, że hotel wkrótce przejdzie remont i zostanie wyposażony w więcej udogodnień. Mam nadzieję, że hotel nadal będzie mieścił się w moim budżecie, ale na pewno będziemy chcieli tu wrócić i zatrzymać się ponownie. Mam tylko jedną uwagę: poza tym, że pokoje nie mają klimatyzacji… materac mógłby być lepszy, podobnie jak lepsze połączenie Wi-Fi w pokojach."
