"Location isnt the best, but still 5star considering it is at Sorell and everywhere is out of place. Self drive is the best option, abt 5mins drive to place wheres theres food. Great experience with the animals, awesome farm view for sun rise and sun set. Kids get to feed the animals from the balcony too. Must try, for at least 1night, i would recommend 2 nights to have a good experience!"

"Do not pass this place by, it was just lovely, checking in was simple and the accommodations was just what I expected, beautifully quaint and well maintained. I thought I had stepped back in time. Plus the beds were very comfy and had all the amenities needed. The town is a short walk and it was very peaceful, just what we needed after driving the East Coast of Tasmania. Thank you for allowing me to feel a part of history."

"Nice view and spacious. But the place a bit dusty and one of the heater is not in good condition. When we on it, then the part of the electricity will black out. We called for help to on back the electric."

"1. Location is handy to everything. You can walk to shops and eateries.....a little furter to a supermarket. 2. Ambience is atmospheric. Pretty garden and seating area. 3. Beds are comfortable. Amenities allow for self catering with a microwave and fridge. 4. Spa bath was not used as water pressure was very low....hard to climb in and out of the bath to have a shower. 5. Could do better with bedroom blockout curtains. The outside sensor light kept flashing on and off probably in the wind. 6 Superficial clean is done but don't move mats or furniture or you will see dust and mess not cleaned. 7. This accommodation is cheaper than most surely because of the street and neighbouring visitor noises. No sleep in here if other guests are leaving. Disturbed nights if they come in late or leave very early. You can hear people talking either up or down. 8. Basic TV channels, no streaming. 9. Well heated. 10. Standard pillows are rather firm, but the large decorative cushions are very soft. 11. Chimney could be obstructed and cleaned......leaf litter etc falling down it."
