"We are still in this beautiful hotel as i write.. We have been here since Monday and we are still in awe of the hospitality and professionalism of the staff here. But that’s not a surprise as the General Manager- Paulo Rodriguez - is there from morning to evening, greeting guests by their name, ask them about their day and genuinely showing an interest in his guests! We have been travelling around the world, but this is the first time the General Manager is amongst the guests.. And his style of management clearly cascades on his staff.. Amazing balinez massage and Eta was a pro in massage. Food is incredible- so huge congratulations to the Chef👌 Also, a huge ‘thank you’ to the Front house manager without whom, this stay would have not been possible. Keep up the good work guys, you rock 👏👏👏"

"I was extremely happy with the cosmetic treatments performed by Timeea. It was an expected treat, which pleasantly surprised me. The warm oil massage by Margareta also brought me relaxation. Thank you very much! These are new reasons to return to Ensana Sovata. :)"

"We had a great time at the hotel and recommend it 1. the room was very clean 2. the food (we had breakfast and dinner) was diverse and really delicious, 3. the staff is very attentive to the guests needs 4. based on the bracelets we received we had the access included to Lacul Ursu, and could enter as many times per day as we wished (regular tickets bought at the cashhers desk at the lake only provide 1 entry/day) 5. The hotel has its own spa area, and access to the pools and sauna was included In the room we were in there were 2 separate beds put together, so there are 2 beds, not 1 - but they were really confortable. Also, we had to pay separately for the parking."

"Wszystko było tak, jak się spodziewaliśmy, a nawet poza pewnymi aspektami. Staff jest przyjazny i pomocny. Wszyscy mówią po rumuńsku, węgiersku i angielsku. Pokoje są wystarczająco duże, a sprzątacze wykonują dobrą pracę. SPA jest świetny, ale może być trochę zatłoczony, ponieważ serwuje 3 hotele: Sovata, Bradet i Ursina. Parking jest też trochę zatłoczony, ale znaleźliśmy miejsce parkingowe - kosztuje 15 RON za dzień. Nasza córka zapomniała jej płaszczową zabawkę w pokoju i dowiedzieliśmy się zbyt późno, ale pracownicy poszli na górę i dalej i wysłali ją do naszego domu poprzez szybkie usługi kurierskie."
