Staying in Mandarin Oriental Qianmen was truly amazing. The whole team plan well to implement exceptional customer service and share the beauty of their property. I'd like to particularly mention some of your staffs ”Marcus” who cared so much about us from the beginning to the end, ”Eathen” the butler who was very professional during the room tour. It was our 2-year anniversary trip and they prepared our room very nicely. Next morning, we had a really joyful breakfast time with ”Wujoon Lee” and the chef ”Ping” Each menu of breakfast was top-notch. Every ingredient was very fresh, high quality, and full of authentic flavors(The Olive oil and Balsamic🫶). We loved Chef Ping's delightful energy and spirit! They were so friendly, and we even took a walk together with Wujoon after breakfast. He showed us other restaurants and beautiful ballrooms and shared many interesting stories regarding the property. It was a very pleasant conversation. I'd also like to mention one bell boy staff(sorry, couldn't pick his name up.) who came to pick up our luggage! We needed more time for packing, so he had to wait for another 10 minutes outside and took our luggage. I was supposed to meet him at the lobby because we wanted to take some more last-minute photos of our beautiful room before we leave. It was raining. After another 10-15mins, we went out and were surprised that he was waiting for us in front of our door without telling us. He just said it was raining quite heavily, so he thought it was better we take the buggy to go to the lobby. He didn't tell us because he didn't want to push us at all and make us hurry. He was very thoughtful, and I was very touched. When we reached lobby, many staffs waiting for us to say good bye, and I was told that the hotel car was prepared for my next destination.(Bvlgari hotel) I was surprised because I was supposed to grab the cab. Marcus gently offered me to take the host car for my convenience with this kind of weather. I really don't know what to say, and I felt like the Mandarin Oriental Qianmen treated me like their family. It was definitely beyond my expectations. All the staff have been very helpful, professional, and attentive. During my way to Bvlgari Hotel, I found out that the driver doesn't use the navigation. I asked him, ”Do you know where we are going?” He said he knows all the locations of every 5 stars and higher grade hotels. What a gentle and professional driver! There are always some reasons to come back! For me, the reason to come back to this property is definitely people and the breakfast, lol. The personnel of this property are absolutely the assets! The quality of service delivered by them during my Beijing trip has convinced me that I can always rely on this hotel for the home-away-from-home feeling. See you again!

Good afternoon to all guests and hotel staff! I would like to start by saying that I myself was a manager of large international premium luxury hotels in the capital of Russia in the city of Moscow. These are such hotels as Marriot Hotels, Hyatt Hotels and St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. And so I paid attention to everything, literally everything that surrounds and happens in this hotel. We stayed in this hotel Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel for 2 nights, and during this time the hotel showed itself from a great side. The reception staff treated us with respect and kindness during check in and check out and professionalism was evident. The very atmosphere and style of the hotel is grand and magnificent. We would also like to mention the cosy and beautiful room. We loved the open panoramic view of the city and the cleanliness of the room. When we entered the room it was clean, tidy and fresh like the rest of the hotel, this is thanks to the housekeeping department. In fact they have a titanic job, not everyone realises that. Then I would also like to mention the breakfasts, they were varied, well prepared and tasty. As foreigners, the breakfast was suitable for our cultural dietary requirements. I would like to especially note the high quality of service and maintenance. Any hotel of any level is made up of small situational puzzles, and this puzzle was perfectly assembled and made: 1. Every time on the call all errands were fulfilled such as bringing water to the room, bringing an iron, picking up the rubbish, advising on any issues of interest. 2. The hotel staff constantly greeted the guest and were friendly, this is very important. 3. Employees at the entrance to the hotel are doormen, and with luggage carrying are porters, they were always attentive to us guests and helped with boarding a taxi and with luggage, this is also very important, from this immediately formed the first pleasant impression of the hotel. 4. I would like to express my special thanks to Dai Ran. Initially there was a question about visiting the executive lounge. Due to my private visits when holidaying in premium hotels, in most cases this lounge is included in the category for visiting, but in this hotel it was not. So thanks to Dai Ran's ingenuity, expertise, experience and professionalism this issue was easily resolved, thank you again! The Executive Lounge also proved to be a great experience, the staff were kind and attentive to the hotel guests. There was an atmosphere of lightness, beauty and comfort. Thus, Beijing Wanda Vista Hotel is perfect for both business and leisure, and I would gratefully give it the highest rating of 5 points! You can see and feel that the whole complex system of the hotel is working for the benefit of the guests' wonderful holiday! With pleasure I will recommend this hotel to my relatives, friends, colleagues and acquaintances. We have only wonderful memories of our holiday in Beijing. We wish the hotel and all the staff further prosperity!

I travelled solo to beijing first time. Xilian hotel was an amazing experince. I just loved the service and the manners they had. The lovely man who checked me in knew english and upgraded me which I am so thankful for. The room service was very polite. One person stood out for their service as a receptionist, Li Jia-Hui employee number 13, she helped me for so long through out the night to book my tickets to badaling great wall of china. She was an amazing professional person that I am so grateful for. People like her really makes me want to come back to Xilian hotel next time I am in beijing. The hotel was super clean, everything worked, laundry self service was really good and automated, it dispensed the detergent itself. They even had ironing equipment too. The gym was good, but it would be nice to have a small rack of dumbell weights, they also gave water in the gym. The room was just amazing it had automated curtains, and Led lights in the mirrors and under the bed. They even had extra mirrors with lights on it for attention to detail on your face. The toilets are super clean and automated. Music played when you walked in. The sofas in the room were like brand new. The bed was super comfortable. I had 2 huge tvs one infront of the bed and the other infront of the sofa. I didnt use the tv so not sure about the channels. The hot tub i had in my room was out of this world, i really loved it. Super hygenic because they gave a plastic clear sheet to put in the hot tub then you step inside it and enjoy, then rip the sheet up after to let the water to be drained. The shower also also really big and clean with some sort of stoned or marble flooring with shower gel and stuff supplied. Slippers were given in the room also bottles of water (it was really good water) and some small cans of coke and sprite i think it was and some herbal tea bags you can make yourself. Robots were delivering food around the hotel which was cool to see. Also the light controls in the rooms were lovely, with different settings on them. They had a cafe down stairs that was nice. Breakfast was really nice all different types of food were given a wide variety anyone would be pleased. It was absolutely delicious. The hotel was top quailty it made my stay in beijing much more enjoyable. It was also nice and warm even though it was freezing outside in december. Special thanks to Li Jia-Hui employee number 13 truly grateful to her she went so far just to help me she deserves a bonus. If you read this review and trying to decide to stay here, trust me just book here you will enjoy your stay.

My recent stay at Mandarin Oriental was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the experience reflected the brand’s hallmark of luxury, warmth, and impeccable service. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and fluent in English, which made the stay very comfortable—especially when we were unsure about certain arrangements. Everyone was genuinely attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The location was excellent, making it convenient to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined retreat within the hotel. The food quality was very good, and while the offerings were enjoyable, a wider variety would make the dining experience even better. A very special mention goes to Adele Yang, Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Despite our late check-in, she took the time to personally assist us and even gave us a tour of the hotel at that hour. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care left a lasting impression and exemplified the exceptional service Mandarin Oriental is known for. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. I look forward to returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a refined and welcoming luxury experience.

Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff! Stayed for three nights. The entire hotel and room were very clean. Loved the room design and how modular it was. Showered, toilet, tub, all very clean. Bed sheets were high quality and very clean. It was a treat to return to the room everyday. Breakfast was also delicious, served out of the Rive Gauche which is a Michelin star restaurant. Breakfast service is thoughtful and everything comes out so quickly. On top of that, the staff was incredibly helpful. They speak English, so it was helpful for a non-Chinese speaker like myself. They were always attentive and ready to open doors, help with luggage, etc. On top of that, I lost something, and they did everything within their power to help me locate it. I cannot stress how much they went above and beyond, all while being so kind. Overall, highly recommend to anyone staying in Beijing!

Incredibly stunning hotel especially with the high floor rooms. Excellent staff, especially the cleaning staff. Every night I came back to my items having being attentively organised or folded away, which was an excellent touch and made my stay.  Delicious dining options from breakfast to the dinner options for in-room dining. Also great options from the free minibar!  Hopefully get to return soon!

Hotel jest szczególnie polecany zarówno osobom podróżującym służbowo, jak i turystycznie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna pod względem komunikacyjnym. Jest cicho w środku zgiełku. Bardzo blisko można dojechać metrem z zachodniego dworca kolejowego w Pekinie. W okolicy znajduje się wiele restauracji, a hotelowa kuchnia jest również znakomita. Wiele miejsc postojowych znajduje się także na parkingu podziemnym. Duże łóżko w pokoju jest bardzo wygodne do odpoczynku, a układ łazienki i łazienki jest również bardzo rozsądny. Byłoby miło, gdyby sygnał Wi-Fi w pokoju mógł być lepszy. Wcześnie rano poszedłem na siłownię na czwartym piętrze, aby wypróbować sprzęt i basen. Personel hotelu jest bardzo gościnny, zwłaszcza Rose w recepcji, która jest bardzo profesjonalna.

Yanjing Hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Beijing. Very best location close to subway and Beijing South Station. Great services and great restaurants!

Plusy: Po przyjeździe okazało się, że nasze pokoje zostały ulepszone do większych (choć nie jestem pewien, czy to na plus). Pokoje są ogromne — ponad 50 m² — z garderobą, wanną i dużym łóżkiem. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, zaledwie 2 minuty spacerem do centrum handlowego APM i tuż obok ulicy Wangfujing. Minusy: W hotelu brakuje odpowiedniego podjazdu przy holu, a do recepcji prowadzą schody. Podróżujemy całą rodziną przez dwa tygodnie po Chinach z trzema dużymi walizkami i dwiema mniejszymi torbami, a portier poprosił mnie, żebym sam wniósł wszystko po schodach. Pokoje pilnie wymagają remontu — wiele elementów wyposażenia się rozpada. W jednym pokoju szkło ze stolika kawowego zsunęło się, gdy moje dzieci przypadkowo się o nie oparły, co było dość niebezpieczne. Oba zarezerwowane przez nas pokoje były w podobnie złym stanie. Sprzątanie było niespójne — posprzątali jeden pokój, ale pominęli drugi, dopóki nie poprosiliśmy. Przybory toaletowe były ograniczone do czepka prysznicowego, chyba że ktoś o nie poprosił. Hotel twierdzi, że jest to część programu ochrony środowiska, ale dziwnym trafem drugi pokój był w pełni zaopatrzony, przez co wymówka wydawała się nieszczera. Ponieważ pokoje są tak duże, niektóre obszary były zakurzone i nie były odpowiednio wyczyszczone. Sterowanie oświetleniem również jest uciążliwe — nie ma głównego wyłącznika, więc trzeba chodzić i włączać wiele świateł, żeby rozjaśnić przestrzeń.

The service was good, a dude presses the lift button as soon as you are headed to the lift and explains how to use the old school insert and remove card in the lift which is the same process for the room. Room is clean and bed very comfy as you would expect. Big bath and nice views with electronic blinds for privacy and sleep time. Shower nice and strong with multiple heads. We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is pricey if you don’t buy it with your room.
