This is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is. The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea. The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me. The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in. The cons: This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included. The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that. Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash. This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again. Comfy robes and slippers. 9.5/10

電腦配置不錯，房間也算感覺，前台服務很好，房間打掃及時 服務很周到，電腦不卡頓，前台小姐姐服務態度挺好的，房間舒適電腦配置好 ，還有專業的電競桌椅，讓我們這些電競愛好者感到十分滿意。而且酒店還提供了各種電競周邊產品，比如鼠標墊、鍵盤腕託等，細節之處盡顯貼心。每次來這裏，都能享受到一場完美的電競盛宴，真是讓人流連忘返啊！

這家酒店整體體驗非常棒！酒店整體設施很新，裝修簡約舒適，房間打掃得乾淨整潔，沒有異味，床品也很舒適，讓人住得很安心。前台和服務人員態度熱情周到，有需求都能及時迴應，服務很貼心。地理位置優越，出行方便，周邊配套也很齊全，無論是出行遊玩還是辦事都很便利。性價比很高，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，下次還會優先選擇這裏，推薦給大家！

這裏的服務態度是真的挺好的 我們距離問全家就走兩步 然後水世界也是兩步 然後最主要的是我們住的那天沒有人跟我們一個屋子 所以一棟別墅衹有我們一家人 真的太好了 住了兩天很高興 玩的也很開心

剛到酒店時有一個可愛的小妹妹，應該是剛來沒多久吧服務很不錯，雖然業務還不熟練但討人喜歡。另一個穿黑色衣服的應該是領班？的一個女服務人員，態度很差，和同事相處過程讓辦入住手續的房客聽着很不舒服，職業素養有待提高。另一位男生服務就很周到，還領着我們看房間，給他們兩位善良的服務人員點贊👍訂酒店時包含的咖啡和7種點心，黑衣服務人員説衹剩一種了，拿個大箱子放到我們面前就走了。 酒店附近有很多美食，吃了兩頓同一家的粉，太美味了

這家酒店離出差的地方很近，就在金湖廣場邊上，旁邊就是琅西和金湖廣場兩個地鐵站，從南寧東站打車過來也很快。去青秀山坐地鐵衹要幾站路，地段確實方便。 酒店門口和地下都能停車。樓層高，採光通風都不錯，視野開闊，辦公桌就在窗邊，坐着很舒服。房間打掃得乾淨，沒什麼味道。該有的設施都有，健身房和自助洗衣房都配了，洗衣房洗烘分開，用着也方便。 前台服務很周到，加了管家微信，回覆也及時。他們做的周邊攻略很詳細，附近好吃的、好玩的怎麼走都寫得明明白白。 早餐挺合胃口，居然還有小炒，有點驚喜。整體很適合商務出行，我訂的房間辦公很舒服，辦公桌夠大，插口類型也很全。下次來南寧出差還會選這裏。

在小區裏的獨棟別墅裏。看得出裝修風格，有半開放獨立的小廳，可看電視。有增加一次性拖鞋牙具要求都被滿足了，價格也算優惠。缺點是衞生間百葉窗比較不好用，洗澡私隱不夠好，房間燈光比較暗，房間電視不能用，必須坐外面椅子上看。
