I had a very comfortable stay at Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay, and I must praise the front desk service. The staff were patient, gentle and friendly during check-in. They answered all my questions carefully and introduced the hotel facilities and nearby attractions voluntarily. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room and sea view were great, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The thoughtful service from the front desk left a very good impression. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I come to Zhuhai.

We stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services. The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away. My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.

This hotel is very suitable for families. Rooms are big and extremely clean. You can find a small oven in the room so we were able to prepare food for our baby. Staff is also very attentive and helpful. There is a small playground for kids. Breakfast is a buffet (Chinese and western styles). Location is very central: close to railway station, Macau entry border and the coast. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing! It’s a short trip from the bustling HK. Very peaceful and zen like with breath taking seaview. Alice at the front desk was incredibly efficient, and attentive to all details. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offering suggestions for activities and dining options. She is also fluent in English. We cant wait to go back!

My family and I had a wonderful experience during our stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet featured an impressive variety of offerings that catered to all tastes. The private swimming pool in the Sea View Pool Deluxe Room was a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax with stunning views. Additionally, the property’s proximity to Banyan Tree Resort was a great advantage, offering plenty of dining options beyond those available at Angsana. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I highly recommend this destination!

Położenie jest świetne i dość blisko granicy Macau. Pokój hotelowy jest przestronny i z widokiem na morze. Mogliśmy zobaczyć wschód słońca rano. Śniadanie jest dopuszczalne. Pokój wyposażony jest w maszynę nespresso, ale tylko 4 kapsułki kawy dla dwóch osób przez dwa dni, co jest trochę rozczarowanie. Inne niż to, wszyscy pracownicy są przyjazne.

Pata hotel is part of zhuhai ocean hotspring resort. our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights and werr able to see all the sites including a small theme park (pay per ride) and an unlimited play water park - bring you own towel!!!!! there are frequent buses between the sites. highlight was definitely the hotsprings , we tried more than 30 pools and theres even a large with video screen. just go in your swim suit and a robe and you are ready to enjoy the noodle restaruant beside the hotspring hotel was really good!! breakfast buffet had a large variety of chinese and western foods. would visit again in colder weather

房間不大，床品比較乾淨，酒店大環境比較陳舊，早餐品種還可以，該有的都有，能吃飽，品質就不描述了。沒有想象中離口岸近，酒店門口確實能看到口岸大樓，但是走起來還是有點遠，我拖着個箱子走了大半天，5分鐘是不可能到的。不拿行李的話，算很便利的酒店了。ps：避雷，住在這裡有些小店子的外賣不靠譜，早上8點多點單11點都不送，衹能申請退款，外賣平台也不會給補償，但是耽誤事情很麻煩。不知道這個是城市問題還是店鋪問題，建議外賣還是點連鎖品牌，奶茶送的就很快。

My experience at the Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin was really excellent! The staff members are really friendly and helpful during my entire stay at this hotel, especially for a front desk staff Snowy, she was really nice and polite, and really helped us a lot! The resort was equipped with nice restaurants, facilities like the pool and gym which is excellent for the vacation. This is my second time staying with the brand Angsana, and first time in China! I will definitely recommend this hotel and the Angsana brand to my family and friends!!!

St Regis Zhuhai is always pleasant, but F&B never outstanding . Restaurants close early and we are disappointed to know that the Italian restaurant is not open on Monday and also Tuesday Lunch . Spa is very good and our therapists are very professional. We are most grateful to Mia Lu who stationed at the entrance and she took her time to understand what we wanted to see and recommended Bei Shan arts and culture area 北山文化區- There are many small shops and heritage buildings. The tea shop was surprising good . We’ve around the world on tea tasting, but the young lady owner took her time to design the shop, curate the tea and prepare the modernise version is a winner !! Not a normal Chinese tea experience .. a must do ! Thank you Mia Lu for recommending the area to us .
