Lokalizacja hotelu jest doskonała. Kluczem jest to, że hotel nie jest duży, więc jest bardzo humanitarny. Restauracja też jest świetna, ponieważ poszłam tam zaraz po tym, jak moje yang zmieniło się z yin w yin, szczególnie bolało mnie gardło. Byli bardzo troskliwi i dali mi gotowaną gruszkę o lekkim leczniczym zapachu. Po zjedzeniu bolało mnie gardło. Poczułem się komfortowo. Kiedy jadłem chleb, przynieśli mi garnek zielone rośliny i pokrój je dla mnie z oliwą z oliwek i chlebem. Smakowało dobrze! Nadal podoba mi się ten hotel i prawdopodobnie zatrzymam się tam następnym razem, ale z jakiegoś powodu czajnik jest zawsze trochę zakamieniony, więc następnym razem przyniosę własny czajnik.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

Największą zaletą tego apartamentowca jest jego doskonała lokalizacja. Położony w centrum miasta, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru od targowisk, zabytków i stacji metra (linia 3 zapewnia bezpośredni dojazd na lotnisko w 40 minut). Na dole znajdują się tętniące życiem restauracje, co czyni go niezwykle wygodnym. Pokoje są bardzo przestronne i z łatwością pomieszczą trzy- lub czteroosobową rodzinę. Są w pełni wyposażone, co pozwala na gotowanie jak w domu. Hotel oferuje szeroki wybór świeżo przygotowywanych śniadań. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jest całkiem nieźle. Jedynym minusem jest hałaśliwe otoczenie; w restauracjach i barach na dole panuje hałas do 2-3 nad ranem każdego dnia.

The hotel in general was great. They did not reach out prior to arriving asking whether we are okay or need assistance to the hotel. I've encountered other 5 star hotels that do so. Upon arrival they were quite friendly and informative. A deposit for the mini bar was required of 60 euros per day of stay which they didnt inform the guests of prior to arriving. That could've been easily avoided. The room was clean, and an adequate amount of amenities provided. We had some issues with the trash can and the body wash had to be refilled after the first day but they attended to that immediately. The gym is good, well equipped. The location not bad, about 20min from the nearest metro Neos cosmos, and about 30minutes walk to Syntagma Square. The asthetics of the hotel is beautiful, there's a good bar and club within the hotel. Room service was offered and efficient daily.

Pierwotnie wybrałem hotel jako przystanek na odpoczynek, ale spotkało mnie wiele niespodzianek. Lokalizacja hotelu jest świetna, w odległości spaceru od Placu Syntagma, targu handlowego Plaka i Akropolu. Restauracja na najwyższym piętrze hotelu to naprawdę najlepsza platforma widokowa, z której można podziwiać nocny widok na Akropol. Śniadanie jest również bardzo obfite, smaczne i dobrej jakości. Pokój był czysty i prysznic był dobry. polecić!

Review for NYX Esperia Palace Athens – Luxurious Stay with a Few Caveats We stayed at NYX Esperia Palace Athens for four full days – two couples, each in an Executive Suite with access to the business lounge. The welcome was warm and efficient, and we received our rooms exactly at 3:00 PM, as per hotel policy. The suites were clean, stylish, and well-equipped with amenities such as disposable toothbrushes, shaving kits, loofahs, a hairdryer, and more. One of our suites, located on the 7th floor, even had a partial view of the Acropolis, which was a lovely bonus. The room’s climate, lighting, and curtains were all operated through digital controls, designed to pamper guests — although, in practice, they were not very intuitive and required a bit of trial and error. For instance, turning off the bedside light required getting up and walking to a control panel. The TV included Israeli channels (11, 12, and 13), which we appreciated. Breakfast on the 10th floor was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options, and the waiter service was above average. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional care provided by Ilia, the hotel's Public Relations Manager. She guided us almost from the moment we arrived until we left — recommending excellent tavernas, booking taxis, restaurants, and arranging a private guided tour. On our last day, we were also warmly greeted by Dionysia in the lounge — charming and attentive. That said, there were some drawbacks: Reception service was inconsistent – not all staff members were welcoming; some appeared cold or offered forced smiles. The business lounge was disappointing – small, crowded, with modest food and drink offerings and uninspiring seating. It felt more like a repurposed room than a proper lounge. The pools require advance reservation, with no room for spontaneity. Usage hours are segmented (e.g., 1–4 PM or 4–7 PM), and spots after 7 PM are very limited. The rooftop pool area is crowded, and the adjacent restaurant is also open to non-guests. Rooftop restaurant experience: One evening we returned from a night out and hoped to enjoy a drink with a view. Although two front-row tables overlooking the Acropolis were available, we were initially told they were reserved. Minutes later, we were informed we could sit there for a €25 minimum spend per person. The sudden shift from ”reserved” to ”available for a price” was off-putting — especially as hotel guests staying in suites. The guided tour recommended by the hotel involved nearly 4 hours of driving during a 5-hour trip, leaving us with very little time at each stop. We suggest skipping it. Bottom line: The hotel is modern, very clean, and the suites are luxurious. Service is mostly excellent, particularly thanks to Ilia and Dionysia. However, don't count on spontaneous access to the pool or rooftop restaurant — enjoying those requires planning ahead, much like booking a theater show. If you value well-designed suites and structured experiences, this hotel may be a great fit. If you’re looking for flexibility and full-day pampering from hotel facilities — you might find it a bit limiting.

It was a really pleasant stay at the Brown hotel. Excellent location, really kind stuff. Room was clean and warm. And the manager Stive is there to make a difference in the positive way with all his help. Enjoy

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στην κατάλληλη τοποθεσία -πολύ κοντά σε metro - ηλεκτρικό που το καθιστά πολύ βολικό για τις μετακινήσεις. Πολύ όμορφο design στα δωμάτια και το πρωινό με πολλές και νόστιμες επιλογές, από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε φάει σε ελληνικό ξενοδοχείο. Θα το επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά.

Hotel znajduje się około 20 minut spacerem od Akropolu, ma dobrą lokalizację, ponieważ jest to hotel międzynarodowy, wyposażenie pokoi, śniadania itp. są na wysokim poziomie, a warunki życia są dobre. Hotel może zapewnić nocną przechowalnię bagażu, która jest odpowiednia dla turystów przebywających w centrum Aten, którzy mogą tymczasowo przechować bagaż przed wyjazdem do innych miast poza Atenami na krótkie wycieczki.

Absolutely loved my time in this hotel! Had a great time, amazing poo, incredible roof top restaurant, the most iconic view possible ever in all of Athens with a beautiful setting!! Could not have asked for more!! totally loved it would definitely come back :) Also loved the set out, all of the marble, the foyer and the staff were amazing to me and the restaurant team really did a lot to look after me and my dietary sensitivities!! Mega love to all who looked after me and massive massive thanks!!
