„It’s surrounded by massage parlours but felt quite safe. Can walk to the busy part of Naha in about 15 minutes. The only reason I’d stay here again is if I wanted to onsen. That was the biggest draw for me. There wasn’t much customer service. Check in with a computer. Same with check out. We had a small Honda N box and they said it’s too tall for their car park. They provided a list of nearby car parks. Again not much service there.”

„Staff were nice and friendly. All of them were helpful. The public bath was great. Location is good with around 5min walking distance from the train station. There is a big mall nearby for shopping and dinning too. The only bad thing is that the room is a bit small and can barely open a 28inch luggage.”

Even now—almost a month later—I can still recall every moment with vivid clarity. If it weren’t for the limited parking, I’d confidently call it Michelin-worthy! This hotel is an absolute hidden gem, and without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on our next visit to Okinawa!”

„Our check-in date happened to coincide with a typhoon in Okinawa. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful; despite the strong winds and heavy rain at the front entrance, they still managed to unload our luggage from the car and arranged for us to check in early. We were initially worried about parking safety at the pier, but the parking area inside the pier was actually very safe. Although it cost 2000 yen, which was a bit pricey, there was a semi-open walkway connecting to the hotel, so you wouldn't get wet in the rain unless it was a typhoon. The newly opened hotel was even more beautiful in person than in the renderings. While the weather wasn't as expected, we still enjoyed soaking in the clean and modern public bath, grabbing snacks at the Lawson shopping mall downstairs, taking a nap, and enjoying a delicious cocktail and a high-quality dinner at the hotel restaurant. We booked a bayside twin room with a fantastic view and extremely comfortable bedding. The spacious bedroom had a large sofa and a huge TV, but the bathroom and washbasin were a bit cramped. However, since we had access to the large public bath, it was all quite comfortable. The hotel's location is convenient for those driving, with a fish market and supermarket nearby. The pier for outlying islands is right downstairs; many popular island snorkeling and diving destinations depart from this pier. The hotel also offers several summer water sports packages. For those driving or without a car, you can consider taking a boat from another pier to the north to avoid traffic jams. In terms of location, it's convenient for those driving or travelers wanting to visit outlying islands. It's close to the city center but has a resort-like feel. It's over 15 minutes' walk to Kokusai Street, and the monorail isn't close either. If you want to shop on Kokusai Street, book a hotel on Kokusai Street. However, there seems to be a bus to the airport at the front entrance. Overall, the accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and if the price is reasonable, I would definitely consider staying a few nights next time to plan a trip to the outlying islands.”

„The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. The breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of variety. Not many amenities but we barely were in the room as we were out most of the time.”

„Unfortunately the room wasn’t clean: hairs on the beds and hairs in the shower. (See picture) Location is not super close to the main attractions. 10 minutes walking to the mononrail. 20 minutes to the min nightlife street. Breakfast is good. Pool is fine but small.”
