Spa Hotels in Powiat Luang

Very good choice, definitely the best hotel we had in Laos. Most concern first and it is actually none. The hotel is not located in the center of old quarter. This comes also with the fact of not being so noisy. Furthermore there is free and complete flexible transportation from hotel to center which takes only 5min. Just connect with WhatsApp or Weixin and arrange times. Now the positive things, which are mentioned already quite often. The staff is unbelievable friendly and they help you to organize everything when needed The rooms are clean, very modern with also a good mix of modern and local style. The breakfast was very good and there is a gym you can use. Gym is okay, little bit rusty but also so far the best we had in Laos.

This was my third stay at Pullman Luang Prabang in 2025 (the previous visit was several months ago). The grounds remain attractive and the setting outside town is relaxing in theory, but several aspects of this stay did not match the standard of my earlier visits . Food & beverage changes The menu appears to have been revamped since my last stay, and the previous dessert display at the bar is gone. While others in my group were generally satisfied with their dishes, my Pad Thai was of poor quality (with clumped noodles and an off taste), and the new carrot cake dessert was not to my liking (to put it mildly). Dining logistics & bar policy When we arrived around 1 p.m. on a Monday, the main restaurant was being cleaned, with no tables available and no advance notice that it would be unavailable at that time. We were seated instead in the bar/lobby area, which was not what we had planned after traveling and expecting a proper lunch. In the evenings, the restaurant only served beer and wine; cocktails required going to the bar counter in person, and a Negroni requested one night was ultimately not available. Their cocktail selection is in fact quite limited. Communication & WhatsApp usage Guests are provided with a WhatsApp number described as being for “any” questions, which gives the impression of direct access to the front desk. When I used it to report a room issue, the reply explained that this channel is actually for Reservations and advised me to call the front desk instead, which felt inconsistent with how it had been presented (although they did still assist). Room condition & maintenance Of the two rooms booked, one had a noticeable odor that persisted throughout the stay. The in-room safe in that same room did not function properly; maintenance reset it and it worked briefly, but the error returned within a few minutes, so I ended up using the safe in the other room. Noise & atmosphere Although the property is located about 15 minutes from the city center and is positioned as a relaxing getaway, music from nearby (outside the hotel) could be heard clearly from the pool area on multiple occasions. This clashed with the quiet resort feel at times. Pullman Luang Prabang was previously one of my preferred options in LP, but this stay felt less consistent and polished compared to earlier visits.

There are some issues while we're staying at hotel. at that time, the staff from hotel was kindly helping us and makes us solve the problem :-) During staying at this hotel, we definitely felt like they are taking care of the guests from the bottom of our heart! when we have a chance to come to LPB, we will come to this hotel ! Fantastic stay. Excellent service. Buggy comes almost immediately upon calling even at 5am. The free shuttle to and fro post office is also great and on time upon request. We stayed 3 nights and had a free transport to airport. Highly recommended. Staff are friendly and amazing service.

Spędziłem tam cztery dni i panowała bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Pamiętajcie, żeby zabrać ze sobą repelent na komary, bo komarów z pewnością jest mnóstwo. Praktycznie nie ma tu żadnych udogodnień, tylko dwa małe baseny. Można wypożyczyć rowery za darmo, ale jazda na nich nie jest zbyt wygodna. Personel był bardzo przyjazny, a pokoje były dobrze sprzątane, ale pojawił się drobny problem: pierwszego dnia wanna była prawie sucha, a włącznik był luźny, jakby nie był używany od dłuższego czasu lub nie był sprawdzany. Szybko to jednak naprawili po moim zgłoszeniu. A tak przy okazji, to dość daleko od głównej ulicy; trzeba przejść przez dość wysoki żelazny most. Jeśli nie planujesz wypożyczyć motocykla i masz lęk wysokości, powinieneś to rozważyć. Ale to z dala od zgiełku. Krótko mówiąc, ma to swoje plusy i minusy.

The hotel feel so peaceful and calming. The exterior and interior of the building is outstanding with very beautiful collections displayed in the lobby area. Feels like you're going back to the colonial era. Not too many choices for the breakfast, but they're all delicious. All the staffs were very helpful and they speak english well. Thanks for the pleasant memories, will surely go back in the future.

Really enjoyed our one night stay  . Location is excellent off main market street and nice and quiet . Easy to get to but not suitable for travelers with a lot of luggage as no vehicle access in small walkway however easy if you have backpack or light luggage. Access however by tuktuk ok. Room clean and beautiful with amazing hot large shower.  The manager so helpful and attentive with  a good local knowledge. Breakfast choices great and fresh especially the ‘warm french bread’. Will return again next trip to this amazing little town . A Gem.

Okolica jest piękna, czysta i cicha. To typowo francuska willa z białymi korytarzami, drewnianymi meblami i nieskazitelnie czystymi łazienkami. Zdecydowanie warto tu przyjechać! Jedynym minusem jest to, że może być za mało gości, więc śniadanie nie jest w formie bufetu, a azjatyckie śniadanie było dość rozczarowujące. Śniadanie zachodnie było jednak doskonałe.

LOOK NI MORE for where to stay in Luang Prabang. Amazing hotel with great service. Marvelous rooms. Yoga, cooking class, weaving class, massage, and more than you can imagine. We stayed with our children and they had tons of fun same as us. They solved and paid attention to every need we had. All rooms are build separately so we would come back here as a couple most definitely.

Mój pokój (6 kobiece dorm) był duży, z widokiem na basen, ensuite łazienkę, dobrą jakość lampki rąk, papier toaletowy i gorący prysznic. Bunkowe łóżka są dobre i solidne, ale matryce na cienkiej stronie (Chiński styl). Nie ma w pokoju szafek, więc może się zaciągnąć Poprzednie recenzje wspomniały ”pool zamknięty i budowlany szum boczny” - to zdecydowanie nie było tak podczas mojego pobytu. Hostel znajduje się około 30 minut spacerem od centrum miasta, więc idealnie, jeśli potrzebujesz miejsca do odpoczynku lub na dłuższe pobyty. Oferują oni e-bike/scooters do wynajęcia
