My stay at El Nido Resorts Lagen Island was nothing short of extraordinary. The staff's warmth and genuine hospitality were exceptional; they always wore smiles and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. From assisting with ferry bookings to surprising me on my birthday with a beautifully decorated bed and a delightful cake, their thoughtfulness was truly heartwarming. Special thanks to Carell, Jojo, Harnie, John, and Arvin for their outstanding support. The resort's happy vibe upon arrival sets the tone, and you leave with a smile, longing for more. The complimentary tours, seamlessly integrated into the package, were made exceptional by the supportive guides, creating a private and well-timed experience. Opting for the overwater bungalow was a unique and enchanting experience, adding to the paradise that is El Nido Lagen Island. The buffet-style meals offered three times a day were a culinary delight. I wholeheartedly recommend El Nido Resorts Lagen Island for an unforgettable and highly recommended getaway. Bardzo podobała nam się nasza podróż do Astoria, Palawan. W hotelu jest wiele udogodnień, które pomogą Ci się zrelaksować i poczuć komfortowo. Jeśli zarezerwujesz ten hotel, będziesz mieć bezpłatny dostęp do prywatnego parku wodnego, rowerów, pola golfowego, desek do pływania wiosłem, kajaków i wielu otwartych basenów. Bezpłatna przejażdżka łodzią na wyspę Open See Sand była naprawdę niezwykła. Jest wiele restauracji i barów oferujących różne rodzaje jedzenia. Moim zdaniem najcenniejszym zasobem jest lokalny personel. Czuliśmy się jak w domu i chcieliśmy wrócić, ponieważ wszyscy byli tak wspaniałymi gospodarzami. Wielkie podziękowania dla załogi Astoria za stworzenie wspaniałych wspomnień.

Excellent experience to relax and disconnect. The place is a piece of paradise. The only point which is not mentioned in the booking is that there is an additional charge of 1.700 pesos road trip from airport to the hotel per person, very expensive for the local pricings

To był najlepszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek się zatrzymałem. Hotel jest zupełnie nowy, a wszystkie udogodnienia są tak piękne! W pobliżu znajduje się wioska z lokalnymi mieszkańcami i jest wiele fajnych sklepów i kawiarni z lokalnym, tanim jedzeniem. Bardzo wygodne! Co również uderza, to jak dobra jest obsługa. Wszyscy są bardzo kompetentni i szczerze szczęśliwi. Chcę WIELKIE podziękować Niki z recepcji i Amy z restauracji. Są tak profesjonalne i po prostu doskonałe w swojej pracy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, świetnie się tam bawiliśmy.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Huni Lio. We stayed in the family room. You can comfortably sleep 4 to 6 if you use the sofa. The crew really took care of us. Lio is a nice relaxed respite from the back packer hustle and bustle of Elnido. Dining choices are so tasty. The beach is beautiful. Watch out for big waves and sandflies/ nikniks - cover up, pack antihistamines and insect repellants. Just a few helpful tips and feedback: 1. Improve the brewed coffee that comes with breakfast or waive the charges to serve the coffee from the expresso machine. 2. The laundry and swimmers hanging in balconies facing the mangrove forest won’t dry even after 5 days leaving a stank so bad. We moved our rack indoors to dry in front of the AC. 3. There’s a constart hum and vibration at the end of the room, last bed. Light sleepers should avoid this bed. Finally wish there was a second bathroom lol but overall the waiting and jesting is part of the wholesome family fun.

Overall, I would this hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. It provides good value for money and relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location, making it ideal for families,business travelers,couples. I would definitely consider staying here again

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Od momentu rozpoczęcia podróży z hotelowym prywatnym transferem wszystko było wyjątkowe. Przyjazna obsługa jest naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie – sprawili, że czuliśmy się mile widziani i zaopiekowali się nami na każdym kroku. Ich prywatny port to prawdziwa rewolucja: brak długich kolejek, brak kłopotów i płynny, bezstresowy proces od odbioru do odwiezienia. Obsługa w porcie była niezwykle serdeczna i pomocna, a świeże drinki powitalne były przepyszną ucztą, której koniecznie trzeba spróbować! Sam rejs statkiem przebiegł bezproblemowo, a priorytetowe wejście pozwoliło nam całkowicie ominąć opłaty podróżne i kolejki – gorąco polecam tę usługę! Po przyjeździe do hotelu zostaliśmy powitani z szerokimi uśmiechami i serdecznością. Niespodzianka powitalna czekająca w naszym pokoju była przemyślanym gestem – od razu poczuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Jeśli chodzi o udogodnienia, widać, że pracują nad ulepszeniami i z niecierpliwością czekamy na to, co przyniesie przyszłość. Świetnie bawiliśmy się grając w tenisa stołowego, chociaż piłeczki mogłyby zostać odświeżone. Jedno małe życzenie – chcielibyśmy, żeby basen był otwarty jeszcze dłużej! A teraz specjalne podziękowania dla dream teamu: Munda, Gie, Gino, Noela i Sandy – naszych prywatnych przewodników, którzy przekroczyli wszelkie granice pod każdym względem. Sprawili, że poczuliśmy się jak członkowie rodziny królewskiej! Zawsze uważni, troskliwi i pełni serca. Miałem nawet drobny wypadek i stłukłem nogę, a ich pierwsza pomoc była natychmiastowa i profesjonalna. Bez wątpienia gorąco polecamy zarezerwowanie z nimi prywatnej wycieczki. To nie tylko wycieczka – to niezapomniane przeżycie prowadzone przez najżyczliwszych i najbardziej niesamowitych ludzi. Nie możemy się doczekać powrotu! PS: ich prywatne molo jest najlepsze na zachód słońca

Hotel (budynek czteropiętrowy) dzieli część wspólną z sąsiednim, droższym obiektem - można korzystać z basenu i baru. Hotel jest raczej odpowiedni dla turystów z plecakami, bez szczególnych oczekiwań. NIE polecam go rodzinom i parom podróżującym w romantycznej atmosferze. Pokoje są bardzo małe, ciemne (widok z okna na ścianę), czuć wilgoć. Nie ma lodówki. Śniadania są skromne, ale zaspokoją głód. Pościel jest normalnej jakości, prysznic ma dobre ciśnienie ciepłej i zimnej wody. Sprzątanie na życzenie.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! After a long journey, we were picked up at the airport by a driver who already had our names, making the arrival process smooth and easy. We arrived very early, but the staff was very accommodating and allowed us to use the on-site facilities while we waited for check-in. Taking a dip in the pool after a long travel day was the perfect way to relax. The breakfast was good, and the staff also helped us arrange a scooter rental, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. A well-deserved 5/5!
