"The floor was soaking wet from the air conditioning. Refrigerator didn’t work moved to a new room the air conditioner leaked water on the floor and that room as well. Management only wanted to give me 10% off the original price I like that value me as a customer and they made a lot of excuses, for the reason why the hotel was having issues they say all the builders been here for 10 years so that’s why we have all these issues to me personally I feel like management because no matter how long you had an establishment you should have the proper people in place in order for your establishment to unsuccessfully"

"Had a wonderful stay at The August Inn once again! Owner is always super helpful and gave us tips and directions to great eateries in the area. Beautifully appointed rooms were so fitting of Old Town Spring; bed was SUPER comfy! Will definitely be back again for a family or girls weekend stay. It is across the train track and inconsistent but its in and out and was NOT a big deal."

"Podłoga była mokre z klimatyzacji. W lodówce nie działało przeniesione do nowego pokoju klimatyzator przeciekł wody na podłodze i tego pokoju. Zarząd chciał tylko dać mi 10% z oryginalnej ceny lubię, że wartość mnie jako klienta i zrobili wiele wymówek, z powodu, dlaczego hotel miał problemy mówią, że wszyscy budownicy byli tutaj przez 10 lat, więc dlatego mamy wszystkie te problemy dla mnie osobiście czuję się jak zarządzanie, bo niezależnie od tego, jak długo miał pan zakład, powinien pan mieć odpowiednich ludzi w miejscu, aby Twoje zakład nie udało się"

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in this area! We were here for my daughter's softball tournament. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very big, clean and comfortable! The room was well stocked with everything upu need to feel like you are at home. Even though the hotel was full we did not hear anything at all! I can't wait until we play in this area again so we can come back!"
