„Staff are friendly and welcoming. Location central. Quite comfortable. Bathroom sink was leaking, though room is clean. Public area doesn't seem used much these days, doesn't serve drinks, no one playing music.”

„The kid 小李 is really helpful. At first I was given a room that was at the adjacent tower and it was under renovation and dark hall ways and stairs. I asked if there was any room in the main block. After feeling disappointed for. While in the room, about 20 mins later, Xiao li informed me he spoke to his boss and gave me an upgraded room on the third floor and we moved. It was a far better well lit, big room with two double beds and good lighting. The only setbacks is that the shower drain is slow and water overflows back into the room. Hot shower was great. There’s no lift but xiao li was very eager to help me carry both my cases. He was just awesome with his willingness and customer service. Final the projector acreen over hangs the toilet and show cubicles and the power cables were loosely overhanging. Seemed that something can be done to rectify those few matters and will definitely make the room so so much better. Location wise is perfect and there is also the direct bus services to the city and the railway station, at very cheap price.”

Cleanliness: Clean, quiet, no issues. Environment: Very nice, everything is nearby, a food street downstairs, very convenient, and easy to access for errands in the city. Service: The owner is very nice. I originally booked a double room, but we added a colleague and changed it to a twin room. The owner readily agreed without hesitation. Overall, it's a very good hotel for this price, excellent value for money, highly recommended.”

„We had an amazing time at this hotel. The owner run hotel was hands on in getting us checked in and also providing advice on the best routes to tour areas and transport directions. The rooms looked relatively new and was clean and well presented. Bathrooms were also clean and looked pleasing. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall would recommend staying here if in the old town area.”

„Great hotel and friendly owners and staff. Communication is limited as I don't speak Chinese but the helpfulness and warmth carried over. Via translation got lots of help on how best to see the local attractions. Location is excellent, bathroom creates a great photo moment I call east meets West. Beautiful building too with balcony and fly screens. Unfortunately they could not control the weather but it was a great place to be regardless. Also easy to catch the tourist bus from libo railway station. Get off cross the road. One street back from the main one and go left.”

The hotel is convenient, located on the bus route of 11, which goes to both the scenic area and high-speed railway station. Other buses and taxi are available. The hotel does its daily upkeep. Shops nearby provide convenience. But expect some noise level till late evening but comfortable and quiet sleep during night .hotel only provides a one-time use disposable towel. The staff are friendly and helpful.”
