We were in Macau and chose this hotel. Excellent service, breakfast coupons, cleanliness, and a super room—that's what you'll find here. My boyfriend and I were delighted with the location and service! The receptionists were very kind and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH. It's a bit tricky finding the entrance of the hotel as you have to go to the side of the building. I'm surprised that the room is soundproof even if my room is next to a busy street.

The location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay.

Location is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless. However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. ========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ========== The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job. If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics. Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.” Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?! I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive. ================================================================================ Facilities: The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.

Its located close to very large traditional market in Macau. The rooms are meticulously clean and well maintained. The ladies or the owner at the lobby are exceptionally kind for Macau standards

The hotel is conveniently located near many popular sightseeing spots, including Senado Square, the Ruins of St. Paul’s, Macau Cathedral, St. Dominic’s Church, and the Museum of Macau, all within easy walking distance. However, it is situated on a sloping uphill street, so taking a bus with luggage can be difficult, and taxis rarely pass by the hotel. You need to walk down the hill to the roadside to catch a cab. The front desk staff were helpful when we asked for assistance in booking a taxi, but getting one was not easy. In the end, we had to carry our luggage down the hill and walk through several streets to catch a cab. The room is quite spacious, but a bit dated, and the window lock was broken.

The hotel has a great location, making it very convenient to get around. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. The room was comfortable and well-kept, which made the stay very relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!

Dobra lokalizacja. W zasięgu spaceru znajdują się atrakcje Półwyspu Makau, takie jak ruiny katedry św. Pawła. Blisko przystanku autobusowego. W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy.
