Jest to bardzo wygodne i bardzo blisko hotelu Sofitel Ponte 18. Bardzo łatwo zidentyfikować i znaleźć lokalizację. W odległości spaceru od atrakcji i przystanków autobusowych znajdują się w odległości 20 metrów. Polecę ten hotel na pobyt.”

„I had a wonderful stay at Family Inn! The entire place was very clean, and the room was kept in excellent condition throughout my visit. The location is perfect—easy to get around, with convenient access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The service was especially impressive. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, which made the whole experience even better. Amenities were simple but well-maintained, and everything in the room worked perfectly. I stayed with friends, and we all felt comfortable and welcomed.”

„Enjoyed my stay at Caravel Hotel. Direct bus from Airport. 3min walk from bus stop to hotel. Staff was very friendly, allowed early check-in. 500MOP deposit was collected at check-in, which was promptly refunded a day after check-out. 5min walk to shopping streets which are connected to Ruins of St Paul. Very accessible and convenient, plenty of food options. Room size is sufficient for solo guest. Cleanliness and ammenities were satisfactory. Would stay again.”

„This hotel IS ACTUALLY VERY GOOD! Spotless with very strategic locations. But if you’re non smokers and allergic to cigarettes smoke, DON’T EVER THINK ABOUT staying here. It’s a small hotel and the rooms are quite small with narrow hallways. That’s not an issue but most guests are SMOKING IN THEIR ROOM and the smell is SOO STRONG. I never had a sleep for two nights straight. That’s really UNFAIR. I paid just like any other guests but I couldn’t enjoy my rights for a peaceful comfortable sleep. Not even an hour! Mind you, this is a non-smoking hotel. Signs are everywhere with fines of MOP 1500 for violations. But people are still smoking cuz the policy isn’t really enforced. It’s just formality. I really wanted to check out after one night but unfortunately the booking couldn’t be modified or refunded. So, I had no choice but to suffocate from the smell of cigarettes. However, I have to appreciate the staff hospitality especially the guy whom I reported the issue. He tried to find me a better room but unfortunately none was available. Well at least he tried and he apologized for what happened. This is really commendable. But as a hotel, it could do better by strictly enforcing the policy of non smoking. It shouldn’t be hard to identify the guests who smoke.”

„Przebyliśmy dwie noce. Wiedzieliśmy, że dostarczają tylko ręczniki do usuwania, więc przynieśliśmy nasze własne. Nie spodziewaliśmy się, że są jednorazowe pościel (rysunek). To było bardzo niewygodne uczucie na skórze, sprawiło, że pot jak szalony prawdopodobnie z powodu tworzywa sztucznego jak tkaniny. Porwano też w pierwszej nocy, spodziewałem się, że będzie się wymieniać, gdy przynoszą nową wodę (to bardzo powszechne, aby dostać dwie butelki wody na noc), ale nie. Więc zostałem z roztrzaskanych jednorazowych arkuszy i rzeczywisty koc przeszedł. To sprawiło, że pomyślałem, jak często to musiało się zdarzyć wcześniej: ludzie zaczynają pocić (makau jest ciepłe i trochę wilgotne) w rzeczywistym kocku, który prawdopodobnie nigdy nie jest czysty z powodu jednorazowych arkuszy. Następni goście to samo dzieje się, więc zasadniczo wszyscy śpią pod tym samym kockiem. Również łóżko było bardzo twarde (nawet dla azjatyckich standardów). Mój partner i ja jesteśmy w wieku poniżej 25 lat i ból pleców następnego ranka. Cały hotel, a także pokój był bardzo wilgotny, pachniał jak papierosy/cygara i nie można otworzyć żadnych okien, nawet częściowo. W przeciwnym razie wygląda jak zdjęcia, a reszta pokoju/bath był czysty, z wyjątkiem zapachu i prawdopodobnie łóżko. Jeśli chciałem znów odwiedzić Makau, prawdopodobnie dostanę hotel w Zhuhai (kontynentalny Chiny), który jest mniej drogi i lokalni mówili nam, że jest 24-godzinna kontrola granicy i cały proces zajmuje tylko około 10 minut.”

„Pokój był czysty, a łazienka miała schludne oddzielenie prysznica od toalety. Obsługa w recepcji była bardzo ciepła i serdeczna. To hotel, w którym zawsze zatrzymujemy się podczas pobytu w Makau. Gorąco polecam. Lokalizacja jest również doskonała – niecałe 10 minut spacerem od Grand Lisboa.”

„Stayed at Vila Universal for a quick solo trip and honestly, it overdelivered. The room was surprisingly huge for one person, which made it feel more like a small apartment than a budget stay. They set me up in a smoking room as requested, and it was clean, well kept, and didn’t have that stale smell most smoking rooms suffer from. The shower had proper heating, consistent flow, and zero drama. Location is the real flex here. You’re basically a short walk from Senado Square, so going out for food, photos, or a late night wander is effortless. Staff was straightforward, efficient, and didn’t make check in complicated. Overall, it’s practical, comfortable, and extremely convenient for anyone who wants to stay near the historic center without paying a premium. Would stay again.”

„This hotel offers a great value for money. The rooms are simply designed and clean, centrally located , close to the Mont Fort and the ruins of Saint Paul. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, 🔆 but the hotel is located on an uphill road, which can make it a bit difficult to get to the closest bus station, especially with heavy luggage.”
