They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! „This is our second visit, the hotel is good. Although we didn't get the same room as before, the other one wasn't so bad either. They provided a humidifier and there also was a massage chair. There are many restaurants close to the hotel, parking is not a problem. The only downside is that it was too hot in the room during the night so we had to open a window.”

„這幾天住的酒店有些多，需要回憶一下布爾津銀泰是哪一個，每次寫評價都想幫助後面入住的大家可以選擇到心儀的酒店。想起來了，那天銀泰停好車去旁邊夜市吃了冷水魚，超好吃，很鮮。應該是凌晨十二點多才定的這裏，到的比較晚，前台小姐姐很好，給了孩子們入住小拖鞋禮物，還升級了一下房間，休息的不錯。酒店內部忘記拍了。當天應該是去了五彩灘，還有繞到邊境轉了一圈。”

„The room is very clean and comfortable. The boss and service staff are very enthusiastic. They help me carry my luggage downstairs. I am a fellow from Jilin. I am traveling with two elderly people. If I have any requests, I will receive great help and care. Next to it is a restaurant opened by the boss. , I didn’t notice when we were staying that we had packed food outside. We were afraid that we would not be comfortable eating in the room. The boss also asked us to heat the kitchen and arranged to eat in the private room. We were embarrassed to order some dishes, but the boss advised us not to order. They have endless food, not for making money, but for us. I will stay here again next time I come to Beijiang. It's the best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay in Xinjiang, China The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services, This hotel (Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay) is indeed a hidden paradise,I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and serene surroundings,I had the best experience at Kanas Flower Room Boutique homestay. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, safe and secure environment, very delicious food at their restaurant, the staff are all amazing, kind and very helpful, A big Thank you to all the staff working there ( Shi Shi , Hanan . Sune Yue, all restaurant staff and waitress Hannan, and the guy who carved the delicious lamb meat and drove us to the bus station sorry forgot his name ) will see you guys again. The host was friendly and fetched us from the bus stop, and even provided a free room upgrade allowing us to have a direct view to the snow-capped mountains. Very appreciated on the nice gesture. However, we encountered the sewage flowing out from the underground pipes when we were about to take shower. The host was quickly attending to the issue and whole process of cleaning took 2 hours till 12am. Despite the effort, the smell was still in the air and the sewage still flowed out from time to time. Unfortunately, there was no room available for an exchange and we had to bear it whole night. The experience was discounted. In addition, there was sweating smell from the pillow that I had to use once-off cotton towel provided by the hostel to cover the surface. Other than that, the view was nice and the food was decent.

設施：房間裏有很熱乎的地暖，有微波爐和洗衣機，設施很全，從村裡打包吃的回來還能加熱，很方便。熱水出得很快，一開就有，不需要放很久的水才出熱水，衹是儲水量夠一個人洗，另一個需要再等半小時，這個有提前告知，所以我完全可以接受～ 衞生：打掃得比較乾淨，我覺得住得還是蠻舒服的。 環境：民宿就在新村五號站，交通很方便，新村很安靜，有時候能看到牛和馬在附近的草地上吃草，很美好。還可以步行到木棧道去喀納斯河邊，很舒適。 服務：工作人員都是年輕的美女帥哥，服務態度很好，剛到喀納斯的時候遊服中心爆滿，寄存不了行李，打電話給民宿，就給我安排了一個大哥來幫我把行李運到民宿。提前拉了羣，有問題都很快幫我解決。原本第二天要離開喀納斯，結果下雪封路不想走了，又續住了一天，總之是一次很好的體驗！

A special shout-out to the gentleman who welcomed us; he kindly carried my luggage to the room, and I sincerely appreciate the warm reception and attention, especially in the chilly weather. This accommodation boasts the best location, right next to the famous Hemu Bridge and the closest point to access the viewing platform for stunning dawn or sunrise photography. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed complimentary welcome coffees and mini ice creams. The soothing sound of the Hemu riverside flowing nearby added to the overall experience.

這次入住體驗特別暖心，老闆娘太熱心了，我第二天早上6點多要趕去比賽的大巴，她人不在酒店沒法親自送，卻在我的請求下立刻安排了其他人送我，幫我解決了趕車的大難題，特別感動。 還有幫忙搬行李的阿姨，看着年紀不小，我本不想麻煩她，可阿姨身體特別好，三下五除二就把箱子搬好了，特別麻利。房間也很讓人滿意，收拾得乾乾淨淨，還配了電熱暖器，有需要的東西跟工作人員説，都會及時送過來。 唯一美中不足的是洗澡熱水熱力有限，每次衹能洗15分鐘左右，5分鐘後就得慢慢加大水温，到最後最熱也不算很燙。但整體瑕不掩瑜，下次有機會還會選這裏！

Great location, great amenities, great service. Really nice of the hotel to provide free room upgrade. Hotel comes with washer and dryer and those who wish to stay for long duration. Short walk to the transfer station 禾木山庄, easy to get around to most places in hemu village via the free internal shuttle bus, including to the ski resort. If you don't feel like walking, the hotel provides a free shuttle service to 禾木山庄. The driver is helpful and prompt with shuttle service requests. The breakfast spread has a good variety of noodle soup/porridge, pastry, fruits and tasty stir-fried dishes. The chef tries his best to satisfy the customers' requests, even helping me to get coffee when it is not on the breakfast menu. Free fruits platter in the evening.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

Cons: Receptionists creates much confusion and leave a bad experience. I won't return again unless the hotel do something about front desk customer service.. Before booking, they confirmed via wechat that the hotel provides free shuttle to ski resort and guests can use laundry room. Upon check-in, the female staff confirmed the ski resort shuttle service timing and said she will set up wechat group for me. Next day, i turned up at the agreed timing and she claimed that i should have contacted the driver directly if i needed the shuttle service and told me to wait in case there are more guests who wished to go to ski resort last minute. In the end, i never used this ski resort service as revised set off timing at 10:30am was too late. I only take the free shuttle to and fro the transfer station. Even then, the front desk often do not acknowledge my wechat messages, claiming they don't monitor the phone all the time. A few occasions, i had to wait in the cold. Towards the end, i just contacted the driver directly, who is more prompt. There was one evening (about 6:30pm) i wanted to use the mini washer in the laundry room as i only had a light load and requested for help from the male receptionist on duty. He claimed the laundry room is only for the hotel's use. After I insisted, he told me he didnt know how to use the washer and told me the last wash must be before 7pm. How ridiculous! I know some hotels have laundry curfew but not so early. Some people may not even be back from the ski resort or dinner. Pros: Polite driver and breakfast staff. Newly renovated, clean interiors. Great variety in breakfast menu with changes every day.
