„When I arrived at this hotel early in the morning, I actually felt puzzled, wondering if all the surrounding shops and other hotels were closed. It seemed that not only was it not the peak tourist season, but the economic situation might also be unfavorable, which likely explained it. Since I arrived at the hotel too early, no rooms were ready yet. So, I left my luggage with the hotel first and set out for a tour of the western course of Mount Baekdu. When I returned, my luggage had already been placed in the room assigned to me. The condition of the room was impeccably clean. When I woke up in the morning and opened the curtains, the bright sunlight streaming into the room made me feel incredibly refreshed. I went down to the lobby for breakfast, and the hotel owner personally set the table. The food was exceptionally neat and delicious. Moreover, the owner spoke better English than anyone else at other hotels, which was a great help. It was a clean, cozy, and comfortable hotel to stay in. The only drawback was the lack of an elevator, but carrying luggage up one floor shouldn’t be a problem for most people. This is one great place to stay at. The owner was super friendly and helpful. She went beyond what was needed to make her guests feel welcome, comfortable and settled. She was really helpful because even after I have checked out of the hotel, she tried her utmost to help me with a courier package which I was having trouble to get delivered to my destination. The room in the hotel was spacious and clean. The best part is that it is located right in the middle of a food street within the small town. There was basically no shortage of choices for local food. The hotel also offers free ferry service to pick me up at the train station and it also provides a free sauna service that is located in another venue. All in all, the service was superb and I definitely enjoyed staying in this hotel. I definitely would return to this hotel sometime soon.

Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel. Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

This newly renovated hotel is exceptional in terms of facilities and cleanliness, offering incredible value for money in the Changbai Mountain area! The price is comparable to a full-service hotel in a big city. The hotel's hygiene is excellent; it's cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for six days in three rooms and were all very satisfied. And now for the most important point: the hotel staff are all incredibly nice. They were always ready to answer any questions we had about local attractions. Special thanks to Wang Siqi and Zhang Peng at the front desk, who helped us so much during our stay and were always responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back.

最大的亮點就是在露水河自然保護區裏，是森林裏唯一的酒店，早晚可以享受整個純凈自然涼爽的環境。園區裏有漂流、狩獵，我們都沒參加，就在酒店旁森林裏的各種自然設施裏，比如高空鞦韆，馬鐙橋，孩子就開心地玩了一上午。園區的鹿苑是大亮點，在原始森林裏的鹿羣，可以餵食物，就是單獨收費，但很值得。酒店的炒菜味道也不錯，稍微偏鹹，可以提醒工作人員。
