„I think they clean the room everyday even without telling them, I’m not sure though so if you want them to clean it, do tell them. Location was around 30 mins walk from the entrance of Jiuzhai Valley, they do offer sending you to the entrance in the morning (from 8am to 12noon if I remember correctly). The hotel has a steep slope before reaching it, but just down the slope you can ride bus going to the train station. Service was okay, they mostly tell you to look it up on WeChat. The WiFi was so slow!!!! Hot water was nice and the pressure was good as well. Breakfast was very very simple, all steamed. Steamed dumplings, buns, eggs, mantou, and corn. Coffee was 3in1 machine, so it was sweet.”

„Highly recommend this place. It has a nice lobby, the rooms are clean, and hotel provides breakfast options. Laundry facilities are available too. It’s also within walking distance to Jiuzhaigou National Park. I found it very helpful to stay near the park, as getting a Didi at closing time can be quite challenging due to surge in bookings and longer wait times. The hotel is located on a street with food and gift shops, which is great for dinner and evening strolls. It is also close to Starbucks, as well as other local coffee and bubble tea shops like Chagee, Luckin Coffee, Mixue & Auntea Jenny. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Jiuzhaigou National Park. Tips: Get train tickets to Huanglong and book a shuttle bus to the scenic area via Trip.com (there may be about a 15 minutes walk to the hotel, or you can take a Didi if you have a lot to carry). Alternatively, if you can’t get train tickets, you can book a direct shuttle from Chengdu, which takes about 6–7 hours and drops you near the hotel. Bookings can be made on trip.com as well.”

„The room was very clean and tidy! I felt completely at ease staying here. The room was also very spacious, and the service was excellent. Even though it's located on a mountain, there's a dedicated shuttle service for pick-ups and drop-offs, including for meals. You just need to contact them via WeChat. Every staff member was enthusiastic and friendly. I had a very comfortable stay!”

„Moja niedawna podróż do Jiuzhaigou była niezapomnianą rodzinną przygodą. Wyruszyliśmy wczesnym rankiem, pełni zapału, by podziwiać zapierające dech w piersiach krajobrazy, z których słynie to miejsce wpisane na Listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO. Naszym pierwszym przystankiem był zachwycający 长海 (Chang Hai), który dosłownie zaparł mi dech w piersiach. Żywe kolory i spokojna atmosfera sprawiły, że był to punkt kulminacyjny naszej wizyty. Po nacieszeniu się pięknem 长海, podążaliśmy za znakami i ruszyliśmy w dół, by odkryć kolejne malownicze miejsca. Każdy kolejny widok był wspanialszy od poprzedniego, ukazując unikatowe walory naturalnego piękna Jiuzhaigou. Około 10:30 udaliśmy się do centrum parku, gdzie znaleźliśmy różnorodne opcje kulinarne. Jedzenie było pyszne i zaspokoiło różne gusta. Postanowiłem spróbować pierogów, które były pyszne i stanowiły idealny sposób na uzupełnienie energii przed dalszą eksploracją. W południe wskoczyliśmy do autobusu na drugą stronę parku, która była równie urzekająca, pełna pięknych widoków i spokojnych jezior do podziwiania. Zakończyliśmy dzień, wracając do wejścia do Jiuzhaigou około 16:00. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, doświadczenie było niesamowite, łącząc zapierające dech w piersiach krajobrazy z pysznym jedzeniem i wspaniałym czasem spędzonym z rodziną. „I had great experience here. The hotel name is all in Chinese. It’s located next to the dumpling restaurant and in the middle of everything. It is not too far from the national park. Because staying inside the Jiuzhaigou scenic area can be quite expensive due to high demand, we opted to stay in the nearby town instead—about a 30-minute drive away—and chose Ji Hotel. When we arrived, I wasn’t feeling well due to period cramps, and one of the male staff noticed. He quickly brought hot water and checked in on me. That small gesture made me feel very cared for—I instantly had a good impression of their service. The room we were assigned was surprisingly spacious—three of us could open our large suitcases at the same time and still move around comfortably. Cleanliness was great, I had no complaints. The only downside was the lighting in the room—not ideal for girls who need to do makeup, quite dim and yellowish. They also have a self-service laundry room with detergent provided, completely free to use, which was super convenient for travellers. As for breakfast, I didn’t have high expectations since many hotels in China tend to serve quite simple breakfast buffets. But Ji Hotel actually surprised us with a good variety of dishes—it genuinely felt worthy of the price. Also, there isn’t much around the hotel in terms of food, and hygiene can be a concern (we had dinner nearby and I ended up with diarrhoea 🥲). So honestly, I highly recommend eating the hotel breakfast, especially if you’re planning to walk several kilometres in the high-altitude scenic area. Good energy starts with a good breakfast! Overall — very satisfied with the stay. Comfortable, convenient, good service, and great value for money. ✨

This is a great traditional tibentan style guest house. Rooms are clean, modern and functional. The breakfast set is delicious too. What really made my stay a fantastic one is the warm hospiality of the host. He went extra miles to send me to see a doctor on the first day and even invited us to tea in the second night's evening, something you don't really get in a normal hotel. Overall i will highly recommend this place as a base to explore jiuzhaigou.

This is my second stay here. My first visit was in 2023, and even then, the service, cleanliness, and overall environment left a great impression. This time was no different. Our high-speed train was scheduled late, and we wanted to freshen up before heading out, but ride-sharing options were scarce at that hour. The staff (a lovely young lady) actively helped us find a car, and in the morning, they even arranged a taxi to take us to the attractions. The hotel's restaurant is also fantastic! The lady who makes the butter tea there was incredibly kind. On our first day, we were too full to finish the butter tea and asked if we could take it to go the next day when we checked out. She readily agreed. Honestly, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and incredibly heartwarming. When issues arise, the staff genuinely considers your needs and goes above and beyond to resolve them. Plus, the rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend considering this place if you're planning a trip!

總結：很好，乾淨暖和，除了淋浴沒有缺點。 出行：步行十五分鐘可以坐九旅悦行的國大站到高鐵站，接送僅早上到景點的單程。 環境：店不大，但是房間不擁擠，餐廳看起來不錯。 設施：沒搞懂沐浴頭怎麼用的，有熱水暖氣空調沙發燒水壺吹風機。廁所乾濕分離，不透人，一次性浴巾洗臉巾（有點硬）梳子牙具洗漱杯。 房間設計：我倆都會室內設計，覺得這個房間不錯，環境好看燈組也合適。除了有張床閲讀模式的燈會刺眼都很完美（不過閲讀模式可以不開）。

Flowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

Had a very accomodating time at this hotel! Travelling as a couple who both know zero mandarin was daunting, however the hotel staff were very happy to help using a translation app. Wang Fang (王芳) in particular helped us arrange tickets for the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and helped us confirm the location of our shuttle back to the train station - ensuring we had a safe easy trip. 1. Lokalizacja była w zasięgu spaceru od parku Jiuzhaigou. Jednak taksówki nie mogą parkować przy ulicy, przy której się znajduje, więc musiałem przejść kawałek. 2. Pokój jest dzielony na osiem łóżek piętrowych, a nie na cztery, co sugerował opis. 3. W mojej pierwotnej rezerwacji zaznaczyłem, że preferuję pokój dla niepalących. Niestety, niektórzy współlokatorzy, z którymi dzieliłem pokój, palili w pokoju, a cały pokój stale pachniał dymem. Wpływało to na mój cykl snu i zdrowie. Pamiętam, że w pokoju był znak zakazu palenia, ale kierownictwo hostelu nie przestrzegało tego ściśle. 4. Karta do osobistej szafki nie działała i musiałem ciągle prosić recepcję o pomoc w jej otwarciu. 5. Personel recepcji był dostępny i pomógł mi zagotować wodę, kiedy potrzebowałem uzupełnić butelkę. 6. Jednorazowo dostępne są kosmetyki, takie jak szczoteczka do zębów i ręczniki papierowe. 7. The hotel is conveniently located near the entrance of the national park — about a 15–20 minute walk. The area in front of the hotel is lively and well-lit at night. There’s a beautiful river flowing right across the street, so I recommend booking a room facing the front side for the best view. The staff were very kind and helpful. I couldn’t find the bus schedule back to Chengdu, and even though they didn’t speak much English, they did their best to help me until I managed to get a ride back. I really appreciated their effort. However, note that the lobby is on the second floor, and you’ll need to carry your luggage up yourself as there’s no elevator to that level. My room was located in the middle section of the building — the window opened into the hotel corridor instead of outside. The room only had a heater with no cooling option, so I had to choose between keeping the heater on and closing the window (which made the air feel stuffy), or opening the window and letting cigarette smell from the hallway come in. Either way, the air circulation wasn’t great, and it affected my rest. Overall, I recommend choosing a corner or front-facing room with windows that open to the outside — the atmosphere is much better there.

Już pierwsze wrażenie, jakie wywarł na mnie ten hotel, zrobiło na mnie ogromne wrażenie. Lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko wejścia do Jiuzhaigou, a w pobliżu znajduje się wiele restauracji i sklepów spożywczych, co jest absolutnie wygodne. Poza tym pokój, który na pierwszy rzut oka widziałem, był stosunkowo czysty. Jednak sytuacja zaczęła się pogarszać. W łazience, jeśli przyjrzeć się bliżej, brakowało ręczników do stóp i dłoni, co oznaczało, że po prysznicu podłoga zamoknie wszędzie. Udogodnienia były kiepskie, spłuczka i prysznic były luźne i wymagały naprawy. Co więcej, powiesili torbę z suszarką do włosów, nawet bez suszarki – po co? Pokój był w porządku, nie rewelacyjny, ale też nie tragiczny. Rano muszę wstawać tak wcześnie, bo samochody i autobusy trąbią na siebie nawzajem. Nie rozumiem, dlaczego tak wiele osób tu tak robi. Dla mnie to niegrzeczne i krzywdzące dla innych, gdy śpią. Internet jest tu niesamowity pierwszej nocy, bardzo szybki i skuteczny, ale drugiego dnia kompletnie się zepsuł. Overalls to niedrogi hotel otoczony licznymi sklepami i restauracjami, położony blisko dzielnicy Jiuzhaigou, ale jednocześnie uciążliwy dla osób z hałasem. Wnętrza nie były tak dobre, jak na zdjęciach. Poszukam innego hotelu.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
