„I was looking for a hotel near the airport, and my top priority was an airport shuttle service. Hotels that used to offer shuttle services now only do so for limited hours. Because I had an early morning flight, I searched through various mini-programs but couldn't find any service that would drop me off at the airport that early. I was even considering just taking a taxi. Just as I was about to give up, I found the Ya Duo Hotel. I called the front desk with a 'nothing to lose' attitude, and they told me they offer shuttle service anytime, with no time restrictions. I immediately booked it. Since it was my first stay, it felt like opening a blind box. Now that my trip is over, I can say I was lucky – this 'blind box' turned out great! When I checked in, the two young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful. After booking the 5 AM shuttle service, they even gave me a complimentary fruit platter. The spacious room, powerful air conditioning, and comfortable bedding allowed my tired self to completely relax and sleep until 4:30 AM. If it weren't for catching a flight, I would have loved to stay in that comfortable bed for half the day. I honestly feel that the biggest highlight of this trip was the shuttle service. It was a luxurious seven-seater van; it was my first time getting such a high-end vehicle for an airport transfer! So, this 'blind box' was incredibly worth it. If I fly from Ningbo again, I will definitely choose Ya Duo. A thousand-mile journey, grateful for this encounter! 🙏🙏🙏”

„The fact that going up to the elevator to the floors with the bedrooms required no card shocked me and made us feel a bit unsafe, but the neighborhood seemed safe and cozy and we had passcode to enter the rooms so we had no problem. The workers were very helpful and attentive! The place was cozy and clean with good lighting in the bathroom and good amenities and a nice view.”

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.
