What I like: 1. Location is convenient. Near many of the places we wanted to explore and visit in Shenzhen 2. Room was clean and spacious as well. 3. Nice and friendly staff 4. Love the room. Smart tech fitted, with a smart toilet and bidet 5. Like that the shower and toilet are segregated 6. Can do laundry and detergent is provided 7. There's a small exercise area with a walking pad, steps and dumbbells if you wanna work out There's a porridge supper from 8pm-12am There's a lot of food options nearby Negatives: 1. Not a major problem but there's no drop off/pick up point for cars. Need to watch for traffic when crossing to get to the didi. But I realize it's quite common in China for mid range hotels. 2. Room soundproofing was ok, mostly quiet when we stayed. Day time can hear the car horns, but night time is nice and quiet, great for sleep

I really like this hotel the other reviews say that some of the rooms are difficult to find and it’s like a maze inside and that’s no lie but there’s usually staff wandering the halls. You could ask him they’re very helpful the front check-in is professional and fast the hotel is also very easy to find in convenient nearby metro station. Happy travels.

Całkiem przyzwoity hotel z bardzo przyjazną obsługą. Udogodnienia są dobre, poza pilotem do telewizora (nie da się przełączać kanałów ani praktycznie nic!). Hotel codziennie wieczorem serwuje gościom desery, które są dostarczane do pokoju przez roboty. Pobyt był całkiem komfortowy, w pobliżu było wiele restauracji, a nawet kilka sklepów dalej można było skorzystać z masażu TCM.

(Vietnamese below) We truly value customer experience, and we had an excellent stay at Summer. Check-in: The receptionist (the girl with glasses) was able to communicate in English, and she was incredibly friendly and kind. She guided us very enthusiastically. The lobby on the 3rd floor is beautifully designed. There’s even a gym area, as well as self-service washing machines, dryers, and an ironing station right in the common space, very impressive. The waiting area is also nicely decorated with books, making it a perfect spot for photos. The room and bed were extremely spacious and comfortable. One thing we especially appreciated was that the hotel provided two key cards per guest, and even kept one card inserted in the room to maintain electricity. So when we went out, the room still had power for charging our devices, such a thoughtful detail. Breakfast had a good variety of dishes. The hotel is located in a central area. Right next door are Luckin and Starbucks, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to a market, so it’s perfect for evening walks, shopping for souvenirs, and enjoying a relaxing foot massage. Just step outside, turn left, and within a few steps you’ll reach the metro station, extremely convenient. This was our last stop before flying home and was the most disappointing of all 6 places we stayed at during our two weeks in China. We had high expectations of Orange hotel as the one we stayed at in Emeishan （峨眉山) was splendid and beautiful, which added to our disappointment when we stayed here. One big callout is that the hotel shares the same building with other businesses including a medical insurance facility, and there are only 2 lifts servicing the whole building with 30 floors! It was such a frustrating long wait each time we wanted to go up or down, especially during peak hours (coincidentally also the period hotel guests usually go have breakfast and go out). The first room we got was not clean and really small compared to the photos advertised online. Apparently they have a lot of different room types all classified as the same type online, so make your requests / preferences clear when booking. I also empathise with the staff. They tried their best in being accommodating and responsive but it was obvious that they were understaffed due to the high volume of guests and all having their personal requests. Interactions with them were generic, and we did not feel the warmth and personalised service we received from staff at other hotel chains. Breakfast was quite nice, above average with some good options but nothing much to shout about. They have 2 washing machines and 2 dryer machines for guests to use, which we didn't get to use due to the high number of guests staying there However, its location is very convenient and only 2-3 mins on foot to the nearest MRT station. We chose to stay here due it's close proximity to Futian station (only 15mins on high speed rail to Hong Kong). All in all, I would avoid this Orange hotel (and actually all other Orange hotels) in the future, with so many other better options to choose from.

Właśnie zakończyłem niesamowity pobyt w hotelu Yutai i nie mogłem się doczekać, aby podzielić się swoimi wrażeniami! Od momentu zameldowania serdeczność i troskliwość personelu sprawiły, że poczułem się jak w domu. Pokój był nieskazitelny, z nowoczesnymi udogodnieniami i zapierającym dech w piersiach widokiem. Restauracja na miejscu serwowała pyszne dania, a basen na dachu był idealnym miejscem na relaks. Niezależnie od tego, czy podróżuję służbowo, czy prywatnie, ten hotel przerósł moje oczekiwania. Nie mogę się doczekać powrotu! Gorąco polecam!

Bardzo dobra wartość. Nigdy nie spodziewałem się czegoś tak dobrego. Zdjęcie pokazane online jest dokładnie takie samo jak pokój. Obsługa również była naprawdę dobra. Wielkie podziękowania dla numeru 03,08. Oboje byli bardzo mili i byli w stanie sprostać moim potrzebom. Bardzo uprzejmi. Następnego ranka padał deszcz, a oni oferują osłonę przeciwdeszczową, więc mogliśmy przejść do lobby bez konieczności zmoczenia się. Jestem w szoku z kwoty, którą płacę, będę miał tak dobre zakwaterowanie. Przyjadę ponownie.

If you are a light sleeper, avoid this place!!! The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear people talking in their rooms through the walls. I got woken up three times because of people talking either in the hallway or in their rooms, and I already had earplugs and white noise playing. However if you’re a sound sleeper, service was friendly and helpful from the receptionist to the cleaning lady and breakfast uncle 😂 they let us stay until 1 pm for check out. Breakfast was ok. The big projection screen was nice. Room layout was standard. For the price, it’s pretty good and a five minute walk to the OCT loft main area. Just a shame for light sleepers 🥲

Stayed here a short time, but was satisfied with the room. The staff were very responsive when we had a problem with the router (I needed to turn it off and on again to make it work). Wifi worked well, shower had hot water, soap and shampoo, I did not use the kitchenette at all. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Be aware that you will not find the place without watching the video—the building is very close to the station, but the way to the place is like a maze, and sometimes the road seems blocked. After you find it, it’s super convenient! Would stay again, 5/5 stars.
