I rate the hotel in terms of price and quality. Considering the fairly low cost of renting a hotel room, I rate the stay quite highly. The hotel itself is located quite close to the center, within walking distance of shops, the metro, and some of the main attractions of the city of Xi'an. I would like to separately highlight the cleaning of the rooms, which conscientiously performed their duties every day. I previously had the experience of renting a hotel in Turkey in the city of Antalya, and they cleaned there only when they apparently wanted to. I could hang a sign saying do not disturb, but the staff still came in. Here, cleaning was done every day for a week and only on request (sign) or when we were not in the room, even when we forgot to hang it. Special thanks to the administrative staff at the reception, who helped in every possible way in solving problems. Of the minuses, I will note the following: - for us it was a surprise that there was no refrigerator and safe in the room. I consider this a minus that needs to be improved. - when booking, it was indicated that a razor was included. It was not. - Terrible elevator logistics. This point urgently needs to be improved! You enter the hotel on the first floor, enter the elevator. To go up to the 5th floor, you first need to go up to the second, there go along the corridor to another elevator. On the fifth floor there are 2 elevators that come as they want. In fact, there is one main elevator - the right one, or the left elevator can come, which does not have an exit to the second floor. The constant struggle with these elevators took at least 10 minutes. Because the elevator that was needed stubbornly did not want to come. - One of the advantages is free washing and drying of clothes. But immediately a big minus. The laundry is on the second floor of the hotel. There is one washing machine for the entire department, as well as a machine for drying clothes. Considering the hot weather in the city of Xi'an, people wash there constantly and the queues for washing and drying are huge. Install at least one more machine. This will significantly simplify the life of hotel customers and raise your rating.

西安鐘樓旁的神仙酒店，住進古城的煙火裏！來西安玩，選這家鐘樓附近的酒店真的是挖到寶了！果斷五星好評！位置真的絕了，步行到鐘樓也就幾分鐘，傍晚溜達着去看鐘樓夜景，吹着晚風別提多舒服了。周邊交通超便利，地鐵口近在咫尺，去兵馬俑、大唐不夜城這些景點都很方便，樓下還有不少地道的西安小吃，肉夾饃、涼皮、羊肉泡饃應有盡有，吃貨真的會狂喜！房間佈置得温馨又舒適，床品乾淨柔軟，躺上去瞬間卸下旅途疲憊。房間裏的設施很齊全，智能馬桶用着很順手，空調製熱效果超棒，冬天入住也暖乎乎的。最值得誇的是隔音，窗外是熱鬧的街市，房間裏卻安靜得很，一夜好眠到天亮。服務更是貼心到心坎裏，前台小哥辦理入住又快又熱情，還主動給我們遞熱水、送西安旅遊攻略。每天出門回來，房間都被打掃得一塵不染，連洗漱台的水漬都擦得乾乾淨淨，阿姨還會把我們隨手放的行李擺得整整齊齊，真的太暖心了！性價比超高，不管是情侶出遊還是家庭旅行都很合適，下次來西安，必須還住這家！

Great room and beds, perfect for 3 adults. Breakfast was small but flavorful, and the front desk has free tea for guests. Service was great! Only qualm was that there was a pretty strong smoke smell in the corridors and room.

The hotel is on the rooftop of a building that has mainly food stalls. It was a bit tricky to get in, but once you find the elevator its easy. Else use the escalator two times and you‘re directly there. Behind the hotel is a hairdresser(for your orientation in case you don‘t see the little building immediately) The view is really nice! Inside you‘re greeted by not only one but three kitties.  The host was welcoming and stored my luggage because it was not check in time yet. I went to see the terracotta army. I recieved my passcode via Wechat and when i got into my room, my bag was already inside. I enjoyed the night view and there is a play you can listen to from afar. The afternoon tea and breakfast was nice. It wasn‘t like a gourmet experience, but tasted simple and made me appreciate the little things in life. The place is nicely decorated. I had the room with the sky view. The bed was soft. I almost went for the tatami room, but I realized the bed wouldn‘t be soft. So if you book think about what kind of experience you want. I think this place has 4 double bed rooms (2 soft bed, 2 tatami) and a family room.  Overall I definitely recommend this place. It‘s just so lovely pet and play with the cats. Luckily all of them love getting pet. Orange is just a little more shy, but is willing to with patience.  The reason I chose this is because it‘s close to the terracotta army. And I specifically chose this because Iike the interior. I always have a hard time picking hotels because I want it looking nice from the inside. I didn‘t with this one and it was worth it!

The hotel staff are amazing and very welcoming and kind and helpful. I arrived at midnight around 3:30 but still a beautiful girl was communicating with me until I didn't arrive and she helped me out to get in my room and she provided an upgraded room. Room service is quite good with almost all amenities. The location is amazing around the hotel there are two super big malls and there are several shops and street food to enjoy. Easy to get everything including the transport facility. I enjoyed a lot in my 5 days staying in this hotel and I would highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are planning to travel in Xi'an. I would be glad to come back again during the December break. Thanks!

Pokoje i części wspólne w He Shu Da Yin Art Hotel są bardzo czyste, a obsługa sprzątająca pracuje codziennie. Chociaż hotel nie znajduje się w samym centrum miasta, dojazd jest dość wygodny, a do głównych atrakcji i centrów handlowych można dojechać w rozsądnym czasie, więc codzienne przemieszczanie się nie jest problemem. Od lobby po pokoje, wszędzie można podziwiać starannie zaaranżowane dzieła sztuki i elementy designu. Robienie zdjęć i podziwianie estetyki przestrzeni to prawdziwa przyjemność, co sprawia, że hotel jest idealny dla gości ceniących artystyczny klimat. Niestety, w okolicy hotelu nie ma wielu opcji gastronomicznych. Aby zjeść obiad lub późny posiłek, trzeba przejść pewien dystans, co może być nieco niewygodne dla gości, którzy nie chcą daleko szukać jedzenia. Hotel dysponuje pralnią, ale zarządzanie suszarkami jest niewystarczające – zdarzyło mi się, że ktoś wyjął moje ubrania w trakcie suszenia, przez co nie były do końca suche. Takie „samowolne przerywanie korzystania ze wspólnego sprzętu” zdecydowanie psuje wrażenia. Sugeruję, aby hotel wzmocnił komunikację dotyczącą użytkowania lub stworzył wydzielone miejsce do odbioru ubrań. W hotelu nie ma tradycyjnego ogrzewania, a jedynie ogrzewanie podłogowe. Po zameldowaniu było nieco chłodno, a później często robiło się zbyt gorąco. Regulacja temperatury była możliwa jedynie poprzez otwieranie zasłon, co nie było zbyt komfortowe. Goście wrażliwi na temperaturę powinni być na to przygotowani. Pomimo pewnych niedociągnięć w zarządzaniu pralnią i kontrolą temperatury, He Shu Da Yin Art Hotel zasługuje na pochwałę za czystość, artystyczną atmosferę i ogólne środowisko. Jeśli cenisz czyste i schludne otoczenie oraz unikalne wrażenia estetyczne, a jednocześnie jesteś w stanie zaakceptować wspomniane drobne niedogodności, to nadal jest to doskonałe miejsce, które może przynieść inspirację i relaks. Mam nadzieję, że hotel będzie nadal optymalizował zarządzanie detalami, aby piękno sztuki i troskliwa obsługa szły w parze. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Cztery i pół gwiazdki, z potencjałem na pięć)

To świetny hotel. Jest higienicznie, czysto, ciepło i dobrze wyposażony. Pokój jest w pełni inteligentny i sterowany głosem. W pokoju znajduje się mała lodówka, automat do napojów, pralka i proszek do prania oraz miejsce parkingowe. Otoczenie jest dobre i jest blisko wielu atrakcji. Najlepsze jest to, że pani w recepcji była bardzo entuzjastyczna i zapewniła dobrą obsługę. Polecaliśmy na jeden nocleg

Obsługa hotelu jest bardzo dobra. Zarezerwowałem łóżko o szerokości 1,5 metra, a za darmo dostaliśmy pokój o szerokości 1,8 metra. Dostaliśmy też bardzo obfite śniadanie. Hotel znajduje się tuż przy wejściu do metra, co jest bardzo przyjemne. Polecam!

Zrobiłem rezerwację z wyprzedzeniem przed przyjazdem do Xi'an na Nowy Rok. Lokalizacja pensjonatu jest bardzo dobra. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra Yongningmen i łatwo ją znaleźć! Znajduje się w odległości krótkiego spaceru od Wieży Dzwonu i Bębna oraz Murów Miejskich. W pobliżu znajduje się wiele hoteli, a metrem można dojechać do różnych atrakcji. Wystrój sklepu jest bardzo ładny, a pokój jest również bardzo piękny. Kawa przygotowana na dole jest również dobra. Można pić kawę w słońcu na dachu, można też zobaczyć mury miejskie B&B podczas spaceru po murach miejskich. Obsługa jest również bardzo dobra. Pomogą z bagażem. Wcześniej dodałem WeChat. Jeśli mam jakieś pytania, szybko odpowiem. Izolacja akustyczna jest trochę zła, ale podczas Chińskiego Nowego Roku było dość głośno. Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony! Zatrzymam się tu następnym razem, gdy przyjdę zagrać!

地理位置離火車站很近，也就幾百米，酒店在大明宮宴的內部，酒店門前有着一路的紅色氛圍燈，建議夜晚入住。房內設施和攜程界面描述完全一致，解構風裝修尤為獨特，內部設施的觀賞性很好，早起陽光明媚，拉開窗簾可以看見近在咫尺的火車軌道，還有列車上的人們的笑臉。當然夜晚還可以伴着列車駛過的聲音入睡，推薦睡眠質量好且喜歡火車高鐵風景的朋友來入住。
