„The receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.”

There are two towers in G7 building, make sure to check the building A or B on your booking.
There are a lot codes to access the building, lift and room. When accessing from Skywalk, you need to go down from level 3 to level 1 (ground floor), then walk out the building to go to the main entrance.
We liked the apartment a lot and it has a lot of features, with two watching machines and a dry cleaning machine. It also hasHeated floor.”

„This hotel was a last-minute, random pick on Ctrip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much value it offered! First off, the room was very spacious. We stayed in a family deluxe double room with one large and one small bed; the mattresses were comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. We booked it for just over 300 [currency] and it even included breakfast for three. The breakfast was simple – instant noodles, cereal with milk, bread with jam and peanut butter – but it was perfectly sufficient. There's a small entryway where you can take off your shoes. The hotel doesn't provide disposable slippers, so you'll need to bring your own, but they do offer toothbrushes and razors. The toiletries are of good quality; my hair felt very soft after washing. There were also sachets of facial cleanser and massage cream, plus four hair care products, though I didn't use them and don't know what they were. My favorite part was the bathroom – it's really spacious with a large bathtub. Soaking in it after a long day of exploring was incredibly relaxing. The bathroom's cleanliness also impressed me. All in all, it was an excellent choice!”

„The hotel is located in a prime location where two metro lines intersect, enabling me to travel quickly to either the Gwangalli Beach or the Nampo region. The room was extreme clean, and there was a washing machine within the room itself. The staffs were very patient and friendly, and the room I had has a good view of the city. Jego największą cechą jest to, że dom jest przestronny i posiada trzy duże łóżka, może pomieścić wiele osób i nadaje się do podróży grupowych. Zarezerwowałem apartament z widokiem na morze, z dużymi oknami po obu stronach salonu, z widokiem na morze z jednej strony i miasto Busan z drugiej. Hotel ten znajduje się w pobliżu stacji szybkiej kolei Busan, która jest połączona ze stacją Busan linii metra 1, dzięki czemu transport jest bardzo wygodny. Jedynym mankamentem są przybory toaletowe; po pierwsze, nie ma dużych ręczników kąpielowych, ale jest dużo ręczników do twarzy; nie ma jednorazowych kapci, tylko dwie pary plastikowych kapci, a wiele hoteli w Korei ostatnio nie zapewnia szczoteczek do zębów, więc musisz przynieść własne lub kupić je w supermarkecie na dole. Jednakże na dole w budynku B, w którym mieszkamy, znajduje się CU, co jest bardzo wygodne do sprzedaży rzeczy.

LLazooLocation was right next to the subway station. Very clean and with good facilities. One thing that was greatly appreciated was the simple and well translated instructions for air conditioning. No more using Papago and struggling to figure it out. Also the view from the balcony of the main street was perfect.

EExpatI really like this hotel.  The staff on the 12th floor was absolutely amazing. One thing to note about this particular hotel is that holidays have very strict rules in that there are no special requests. One thing I did not like is the fact that they wanted to take down a credit card number when I checked in even though I’m using trip.com. I understand that there are not special requests and checkout times are not very flexible during holidays, though I do feel the fact that I could not use the swimming pool on the day of checkout after my checkout time of 11 AM was unreasonable. Because I had a late flight going back to Shanghai, I felt it would’ve been more appropriate to allow me to use the pool after I checked out so I could utilize my time at the hotel a little bit better. There is an alternative terrace for people who smoke cigarettes.  there are some room rooms which allow pets, and I think my room was treated well considering that. The air conditioner goes directly onto the bed, so maybe I had to get up a couple of times to turn it off or on.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Although there was not a luggage rack, I was able to make it work in terms of the seating area in the room. The view from the hotel room was really nice because you could see the train station. The walking distance to the bus stop was good. I don’t understand those little call-girl cards at the entrance, but I think that’s just part of Busan.
 The hotel had nearby bus service and the train station was only 350 m away next to the bus stop.  The view from the pool was beautiful even though there’s a lot of buildings in the process of development.  the buildings under construction had their lights on at night so it made everything really pretty and photogenic. The food was delicious, though I do think it was a little bit overpriced. I do appreciate the free perfume and feel the breakfast was tastey as well.  I would actually stay there again because of the price and hope that they can expand their luggage storage area so the lobby looks a little bit more inviting.

GGośćExcellent 2 minute walk to Busan Station. Stayed 4 nights in Room 710. It was a big room with 2 single beds and spacious bathroom. It was mostly clean except for some dust on the window ledge and partition paneling. The bed area had USB-C and USB connections. I did not eat the hotel breakfast because there was a convenience store next door. We really liked this hotel but the bidet function was not working and the front desk staff did not help or explain the issue. I even showed the staff my short video but he could not explain properly in English. The housekeeper was more helpful and maybe I should have asked her instead. The most negative part of the bathroom was the lack of a shower curtain so the water went all over the floor. The best part though was the big window facing the ocean and city lights at night.

GGośćThe hotel is very close to the beach and has the sea view. These were two important requests for me. The room is big enough. The breakfast is ok but we preferred to eat out. They took out the trash every day and made a bed once, it was all about cleaning. They do not renew shower detergents. The receptionist is welcoming and speaks English well. And again, the area is perfect for tourism and go to the beach. There is a laundry room there in the B2 floor.

Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby.
