„I booked this hotel because it was newly opened, but only realized upon arrival that parts of the property were still undergoing construction. The gym was not yet operational, and several rooms remained closed for renovation. During my two-night stay, there was a serious insect issue in the room, including mosquitoes, fruit flies, flies, and other insects. My friend was bitten multiple times during our stay. On the morning of the second day, I requested a room change, but was informed that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. The staff assured me that they would arrange pest control treatment for the room, but no action appeared to have been taken. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the experience, especially given the lack of resolution despite raising the issue with the hotel.”
