I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Plusy. Hotel był nowoczesny, dobrze położony od centralnego placu, a pokoje nieskazitelnie czyste. Śniadanie było dobrej jakości i różnorodne. Minusy. Pracownik sprzątający wszedł do mojego pokoju wcześnie rano bez pukania. Sądzę, że nie zdawał sobie sprawy, że pokój jest zajęty. Leżałem w bieliźnie w łóżku. To spowodowało wiele zażenowania dla mnie i dla niej. Złożyłem skargę. Jednak została ona zignorowana i nie było żadnych przeprosin. Od pracownika recepcji. Zamówiłem jedzenie, a gdy zostało dostarczone przez zewnętrzną restaurację, zostało pozostawione w recepcji hotelu. Gdy w końcu odebrałem telefon z recepcji na mój telefon komórkowy, posiłek był zimny i zepsuty. Recepcjonistka twierdziła, że ​​dzwoniła do mojego pokoju — nie dzwoniła. Inny incydent z personelem sprzątającym, wyrzucili moją butelkę z wodą, gdy sprzątali pokój. Zapytałem, gdzie ona jest, a oni przeszukali czarne torby. Byłem całkowicie zszokowany, że myśleli, że mogą wyrzucić moje rzeczy do śmieci. Personel może być gwałtowny, każdy sektor pracy jest bardzo oddzielony od pozostałych, więc atmosfera w hotelu jest dość zimna. Gdyby mogli zadbać o harmonię personelu, miejsce byłoby bardziej przyjazne.

This hotel was recommended to us by a family member. Great value and great location. However, our room on arrival was a good size, which at first was terrific. However, having got up really early for our flight we thought we’d have a little siesta before going back out again for dinner in the evening….not a good idea as our room overlooked a beautiful church. Sounds good , but it certainly was not when the bells at the church are rung every hour and then followed but an infuriating melody tune after each ring. No sleep was had that first evening or night and it starts again ridiculously early in the morning. So much for a relaxing break !! After visiting reception the following day, they were fortunately able to relocate us to another room overlooking the courtyard. A dreary outlook , but so peaceful which was great. I would recommend this hotel , as great location as walkable to all areas, but only if the room wasn’t within the noise of the church 🥹

Dobra lokalizacja i super przyjazny personel. Śniadanie mało urozmaicone i coś niezbyt pysznego, bardzo mały wybór deserów, dużo bardziej pikantne. Miło znaleźć bezpłatne butelki wody w pokoju. Niestety sprzątanie nie odbywało się codziennie i nie rozumiemy, w jaki sposób wybierali dni na sprzątanie. Ostatniego dnia nie mieliśmy już nawet papieru toaletowego i nigdy nie dostarczyli żelu pod prysznic, a jedynie szampon, gdy się skończył. Dziewczyna z personelu uprzejmie zaoferowała nam trochę swoich.

Hotel jest dogodnie położony tuż za starówką, a okolica jest spokojna, a Stary Kleparz znajduje się w pobliżu. Rzadko hotel zapewnia pokój dla 3 osób, co jest idealne, ponieważ podróżuję w grupie 3 osób. Pokój jest ciepły, toaleta jest w porządku, a personel 24/7 jest przyjazny. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to okazja!

It’s a quaint hotel in an old building. The decor is quite beautiful and is probably its strength in my opinion, particularly the breakfast room. The staff was friendly and helpful enough. The shower was very slow at draining, making a pool to stand in which wasn’t the most pleasant thing. The location is really good though if you want to be near the main city attractions.

ZALETY *Przyjemne, przestronne pokoje z ładnie odnowionymi łazienkami. *Śniadanie prezentuje się schludnie, z całkiem przyzwoitym wyborem. *Codziennie dostarczana jest woda butelkowana, trzeba tylko pamiętać o wywieszeniu tabliczki z prośbą o posprzątanie pokoju. *Hotel jest centralnie położony, tuż przy placu. W pobliżu znajdują się sklepy spożywcze, restauracje, pączkarnie/cukiernie i sklepy z pamiątkami. WADY *Dywany „wyglądały” na brudne i stare, niezbyt przyjemne dla oka, ale takie nie są – po prostu sprawiają takie wrażenie! *Głównym minusem dla mnie jest hałas. Nasz pokój był zwrócony w stronę frontową, przez którą piesi wchodzą na plac. Hotel zapewnił zatyczki do uszu, ale to nic nie dało. Codziennie do 4:30 rano słychać było głośne imprezy, a potem, gdy już się skończyły, przejeżdżały ciężarówki dostawcze i śmieciarki, które były równie głośne! Nie muszę dodawać, że przez 4 noce nie przespałam całej nocy. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, to czysty i bardzo rozsądny cenowo hotel. Dodam jeszcze, że zarezerwowaliśmy 4 pokoje w grupie. Dwa pokoje były w cichej części, a pozostałe dwa w hałaśliwej. Nie wszystkie pokoje są takie same. Jeśli jednak potrafisz przespać każdą porę, to nie będzie to dla mnie aż tak dużym problemem.

Just to the north of the old town of Krakow, Hotel delta is a small hotel that delivers perfect standards however with some minor tweaks it could be even better. First, this is a great hotel, great staff etc however when it comes to the rooms they could be better- for a 6ft 7 guy sharing a room with luggage it is quite cosy 🤣 however if you are a solo traveller I think this would be great to stay here. Next to say is the breakfast- it was certainly good- good array of drinks/ snacks/ cereals but not so much on the cooked breakfast so don't get your hopes up on the hot stuff. Overall it delivered a good couple of nights rest and if you fancy look out for the strange theme that runs through the hotel 👀 amazing time in Krakow and looking forward to going back again soon 🇵🇱
