„Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.”

„The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.”

„most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!”

„❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.”

„Couldn’t rate due to the last minute cancellation, was told that their had to go under renovation, hence gotten a last minute cancel 1day prior to our stay. Was left with no choice but book PULLMAN instead.”

„The newly opened hotel is particularly satisfied with the stay, full of orange taste, the room is large, the mattress pillow is very comfortable to sleep, the bedding is clean and tidy, the bathroom is dry and wet, the bathroom is also very clean, the smart toilet, the toiletries are complete with orange characteristics. The room has a small refrigerator, and there are candies and biscuits, intimate. The front desk service is very good, and the demand for the room can also be mentioned. Five-star praise!”

„I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.”

„對於萬達旗下的酒店我報以的希望很大，但還是挺失望的，當天入住晚上停電，實際也不能賴酒店，但接下來的服務，發現床鋪是濕的，讓幫換一下，結果服務員以停電為藉口，遲遲不來，10幾點孩子還睡不了覺，水也不送，都是因為停電？來電了來了一個服務員，嘴裏一直嘮叨説整層就他一個人，忙不過來，這也是顧客的責任？我們房費也是漲了的，沒有人的問題也要我們諒解，湊合住？搞不懂，被單被罩我們自己換的，這就是萬達旗下的酒店？第二天的早餐更是奇葩，啥也沒有，見圖片，不如如家的早餐，水果區衹有半盆橘子，供不起可以不放不給早餐，別作踐自己！早飯還延長到十點，我都不知道給顧客吃啥！這樣的酒店我真心不建議來！”

„This is a heartwarming guesthouse with a sophisticated style and thoughtful details. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are attentive and considerate. The rooms offer stunning snow views right outside the window. The breakfast is nutritious and includes a soup. There are many farmhouses nearby for dinner, offering better value and more choices than eating inside Wanda Plaza! The guesthouse includes a jungle trek and snowmobile activities, one for each day, which the kids loved. The jungle trek was especially special, with only four or five people and two guides leading and protecting them – a forest hiking experience unlike any other, it felt like childhood. This place is perfect for playing in the snow, enjoying the snow, and taking the kids on a vacation. I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was just so wonderful that I'm definitely coming back next year! 🥳”

„The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, and there's an odor in the elevator. However, the room hygiene is excellent, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. You can also enjoy hot spring water showers and direct cold mineral water. The price is very good. The complimentary hot spring tickets offer great value, allowing you to try all the indoor (bicarbonate/strontium pools) and outdoor (herbal pools) hot springs. There are also some spa treatments that are perfect for a family outing. Most pools are warm, but you can also challenge yourself with a high-temperature pool to work up a sweat.”
