„Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.”

„I highly recommend this hotel.The room was big, hair dryer power was strong n made the hair dry up very fast. They also got laundry detergent for the guest to use too. Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer. I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this. This really shows he still cares and puts customers in first place even when he is on leave. 👍 For our PIC, '晚風'.”

„A hotel that exceeded expectations, absolutely fantastic in every aspect! 🏨Room: Very spacious. I initially booked a king room on the fifth floor with a sloped ceiling, but it didn't affect usability at all. Later, I changed to a twin room with two 1.8-meter beds, large enough for a family with two children. There's no particular view from the window, but when you're here, you're out enjoying the mountains anyway. This place is perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The room is fully equipped with a hairdryer, disposable dental kits, and toiletries. ❇️Facilities: The hotel has five floors and is relatively new. It's not a large hotel and doesn't have a dedicated gym, but there are a few fitness machines available if you want a quick workout. 🌈Service: The service is truly excellent. Any questions are answered promptly, and they offer sound advice. They can even help arrange activities if you want to participate in some. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn't arrive until the middle of the night, but they helped us arrange airport pickup and even provided one free transfer to/from the station. 📍Location: From the hotel, it's just a short walk across the main road to the Chixi District Transit Center, making it very convenient to catch a bus to Tianchi in the morning. It's also not far from Wanda Resort by taxi, about a 20-minute drive. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit. It's hassle-free, convenient, and very comfortable. ”

„Couldn’t rate due to the last minute cancellation, was told that their had to go under renovation, hence gotten a last minute cancel 1day prior to our stay. Was left with no choice but book PULLMAN instead.”

„The resort is very well organized and will pick up from the airport with a large bus to Momoland hotel. Manager and staff in Momo are excellent and please add them to WeChat and they will help you navigate the resort with daily piste openings/closing and weather. There's an internal shuttle bus that comes every 1/2 hour to the ski slopes which is just 10 minutes away. If in a hurry - taxi is just 10Yuan anywhere within the resort. Pay by WeChat pay. Room is large but the temp setting is too warm. 25C for winter is quite high and as it's centralized I switch it off and thankfully the windows can get opened. Then the room is really pleasant. Need more lights in the bathroom shower and corridor. I understand Momolands branding is mystery but bathrooms could be brighter :) Otherwise no complaints. Plenty of good food options around hotel and ski village. Ski can get quite crowded but queue moves fast - facial recognition is cool. Piste well designed and safe named after court rankings like gentleman, grand marshall and general (intermediate, advanced) No issues for English speaker - just ask around. Will be back :)”

„The room is spacious and exceptionally clean. We loved the Kang-style bed, which felt very authentic and added a charming touch of Northeast China’s culture. The breakfast was fantastic with a good variety of options. The staff were also very nice and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. The only downside was the pick-up and drop-off service, which is only available for the airport. This wasn’t clearly mentioned in the package details, leading to some confusion. Overall, it was a great stay with unique cultural elements, excellent amenities, and wonderful hospitality”

„The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.”

„Hotel facilities, health, environment are generally good, but there are shortcomings in service. I didn’t order breakfast when I booked the room. When I checked in at the front desk, the staff took the initiative to recommend it and bought breakfast for 2 days. However, I forgot to bring breakfast coupons when I had breakfast on the second day. I told the restaurant staff that I had to catch a plane and go upstairs to pack my luggage after breakfast. I handed the breakfast coupon to her when I checked out. She said that I didn't order breakfast at the front desk, so I put the plate down and had to give the breakfast coupon to her to eat. I had to go to the front desk to ask him to check it. Later, the front desk informed the restaurant staff that I had breakfast. As a restaurant staff, it was right to check the breakfast coupon, but I repeatedly told her that it was still not negotiable because I forgot to bring the meal coupon and rushed to the plane. When I checked out, I handed the meal coupon to her. I was afraid of eating hotel white food. To be honest, I was very unfriendly to the in-house guests. Even if there is really no meal coupon, guests can pay when checking out. I hope the hotel can improve this service. Thank you”

„most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!”

„Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.”
