„Came back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.”

„The hotel is well located, about 30 min by taxi from Baishan Changbaishan airport, 10 min walk from the West slope departure center as well as many restaurants. It looks majestic from the outside and inside, although a bit old. You can enjoy inside and outside hot springs of different kinds and temperatures. There is a huge buffet with various choices for breakfast (Chinese dishes mainly, two kind of fruits and some Western options). The room was very spacious and comfortable. The carpet floor was not very clean and the room smelled like cigarette on the first day, although we asked for a non smoking room. After leaving the window open the whole day it was better and the smell did not come back.”

„❄️ The hotel is not the most convenient choice for families with young children or for less experienced skiers, as it is located away from the city centre. Guests always need to rely on shuttles or taxis to get around. The city centre is also where the hot springs, water park, and the snow and ice attractions are located, so unfortunately a lot of time is wasted in transport. 🚐 Shuttle service is a clear area for improvement. The frequency is limited, and we often had to wait quite a while—sometimes missing two full shuttles before being able to board. Increasing the number of shuttles would make a big difference. 🎿 Ski passes are flexible: they can be used on any day, including check-in and check-out days. Usage is limited to once per night, and you can choose either daytime or nighttime skiing—but not both on the same day. However, you don’t need to use them on consecutive days, which gives families more freedom to plan rest days. 🏠 On the positive side, the room was spacious and well equipped. The bar, fitness area, ping-pong room, and yoga room were all enjoyable and added variety to the stay. Breakfast is also quite varied and good.”

„The resort is very well organized and will pick up from the airport with a large bus to Momoland hotel. Manager and staff in Momo are excellent and please add them to WeChat and they will help you navigate the resort with daily piste openings/closing and weather. There's an internal shuttle bus that comes every 1/2 hour to the ski slopes which is just 10 minutes away. If in a hurry - taxi is just 10Yuan anywhere within the resort. Pay by WeChat pay. Room is large but the temp setting is too warm. 25C for winter is quite high and as it's centralized I switch it off and thankfully the windows can get opened. Then the room is really pleasant. Need more lights in the bathroom shower and corridor. I understand Momolands branding is mystery but bathrooms could be brighter :) Otherwise no complaints. Plenty of good food options around hotel and ski village. Ski can get quite crowded but queue moves fast - facial recognition is cool. Piste well designed and safe named after court rankings like gentleman, grand marshall and general (intermediate, advanced) No issues for English speaker - just ask around. Will be back :)”

„Impression: The hotel is so cute and really kids oriented. Its newly built and opened, hence not all taxi driver knew about the location. In Trip.com - English, the name is Sunggari Club Hotel. But if you want to ask taxi driver or bus, you should mention Sungouli instead and search in Amap using chinese name given in Trip.com. Location: West slope of Changbaishan. If the weather permitted, you can see the peak of Changbaishan from far away but very nice view. It was more happening at night around Swissotel area and more shops and restaurant around that area. Hotspring located in Clubmed building not far ifrom Swissotel and Burger King. The shuttle bus will only drop and pickup at Swissotel and not Clubmed, so you have to walk back to Swissotel once you finished with the hotspring. Pros: 1. Kids friendly - decorations, play area, room. All so cute and pretty. 2. The room package inclusive of the entrance vouchers and activities - skiing, deer place, hot spring, special event, breakfast. So it is really worth the money. 3. All the staffs are so friendly and helpful - even tried their best to communicate with us in English. 4. There is laundry room with washing machine and dryer and the detergents to wash and dry your clothes. Cons: 1. The hotel supposed to be kids friendly, but smoking is allowed inside the hotel. We've requested non-smoking room and we've got it. but the problem is, it is not non-smoking floor. Shockingly, there is smoking area in the hallway of the rooms besides the elevator in every level. So the smell will travel to the entire hallway and into the room. Since it was winter and heavy snow, we can't really open the window to let the smell get off. It was so suffocating. Really frustrated in regards of this as I strongly suggest for the hotel to consider implement a strict rules not allowed smoking in the premise and have a dedicated smoking area far from the room and eating place to promote safe place for the kids. 2. Even the hotel considered new, the toilet bowl still old-school, not automated as most of the new airbnb/homestay that we went. So for Malaysian, no bidet is the big concern 😅.”

„這次入住山居·雲舍中古南洋風民宿體驗太驚喜！民宿距離長白山西坡集散中心500米，出行很方便。整體氛圍感拉滿，庭院景緻雅緻，處處都是打卡點位，花草點綴，隨手拍照都很出片。房間空間寬敞通透，軟裝精緻考究，衞生做得十分到位。 周邊地道東北餐飲齊全，停車便利，還可以順道遊玩天沐温泉，森林公園，領略山野風光。閑暇坐在院中看書，店家服務熱情實在，貼心周到，不管是登天池還是周邊遊玩都能給到實用建議，來長白山旅行，這裡是非常值得選擇的落腳地。”

„most affordable option within the entire ski resort, located at the end of the resort but the resort isn't very big so walking a few mins more is perfectly fine. Very nice and comfortable, ski passes for each night of stay, access to the hotel's own hot spring (i believe it is the only hotel in the resort with this), buffet breakfasts, and free airport pick-up/drop-offs make this hotel a very good value stay!”

„I had memorable experiences of visiting Changbaishan west. The journey of stunning winter scenery from the bus then exciting snowmobile riding to the summit to see breathtaking views marked this stay as the best of my trip. As a non-Chinese speaking foreigner, the hotel staffs/receptionists were so kind and get me through difficulties and guided me step-by-step to get to Changbaishan. Hot springs bath was nice, breakfast was rich with fresh coffee while not many hotels offered. Location is just opposite the entrance of changbaishan ticket gate where you can beat the crowd to the mountain if you start early. Highly recommended for anyone who seeks comfortable of climbing Changbaishan, for foreigners you may just having a translator app then you will be fine.”

„Overall, our stay was excellent. We experienced a minor issue at the beginning due to a language barrier. The package stated that free ski access was included daily, but we were initially informed it was only valid once. Fortunately, this was quickly resolved, and we received exactly what was published: free ski access throughout our 3-night stay, daily breakfast and dinner, and one rafting experience which was fantastic value. What truly stood out was the level of assistance from the staff (Emily, Sunny and Ada). As someone who relies heavily on Google Translate to communicate in Mandarin, I really appreciated how patient, helpful, and supportive they were throughout our stay. They assisted us every step of the way. Highly recommended.”

„Couldn’t rate due to the last minute cancellation, was told that their had to go under renovation, hence gotten a last minute cancel 1day prior to our stay. Was left with no choice but book PULLMAN instead.”
