We stayed at the Grand Emperor Hotel in the Queen Suite and found it very suitable for a family stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with enough space for both adults and children to move around without feeling cramped. The bed was large and comfortable, and the overall room layout worked well for family needs. The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and dining options, which made getting around with kids much easier. Housekeeping was reliable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the Queen Suite offered good comfort and space for a family trip.

Our room was being upgraded to a suite, thanks a lot! It was spacious and felt very nice. Though this hotel has no casino and shuttle bus, it is well worth the money. Near to the Oceanus where we can fully utilize their buses. Near to the outer passenger port where buses of almost all casinos come here and one can easily hop on to those buses. Near to the Sands too. A very pleasure experience staying here. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby too.

Everything is good. Nearby to fisherman wharf. Good restaurant at hotel. Vic's. Friendly and kind staff especially front receptionist. Not sure their name, but two nice lady. Walking distance to MGM, WynN etc. Opposite have some good museum, and btoh size have big casino. Also, just found that this is 赵露丝 打卡酒店。good place for photo!

Location was the highlight of the hotel - near to a supermarket, about 10-min walk to a delicious halal restaurant (Indian Garden restaurant), about 15-min walk to Taipa village. Amenities were okay enough but there was limited time (two hours) to use the iron & ironing board. The iron was not working properly so it took a long time to iron just one piece of headscarf. Service wise - the front desk guy who accommodated us during check-in was quite good in English, so he answered our inquiries well enough. However when we were checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage and asked on how we can get a taxi to the high speed train station but the front desk lady only said “you ask there (pointing at where we should be leaving our luggage)” when we asked at the luggage counter the guy said “you ask there the reception”. So we just decided to look for our own taxi - we were lucky enough a taxi driver was kind enough to wait for us at the designated time. Overall, it was an okay experience staying at the hotel.

Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

Hotel położony jest obok kasyna. Środowisko jest przeciętne. W pokoju panował silny zapach dymu. Poprosiłem recepcję o zmianę pokoju. Recepcja natychmiast rozwiązała problem i zmieniła pokój nadal był zapach dymu, który był mniejszy niż przed zmianą. Pokój był dość duży. Tak, oczywiście cena też nie jest niska.

If you want to visit Macau and relax at the same time, this is a nice hotel to stay. Great breakfast, 😋 Nice service. They also have a water filter which you can use to refill a jar at any time. The restaurant offers a nice variety of dishes and there is another restaurant a few steps away. There are showers in front of the beach so it's very convenient if you want to get into the sea. The swimming pool doesn't work during winter or spring. That's it. Oh you can get there by bus lines 26A and 21A. If you go by bus, notice there are some stairs before you reach the car entrance.

The room itself was great—very clean and tidy, providing a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Macau! The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The jacuzzi was a big highlight relaxing, and exactly what you need to unwind. 🛁✨ What really stood out was the staff who can speak Tagalog, which made communication easy and made us feel very welcome as Filipinos. The location is also great, close to key spots and very convenient for getting around Macau. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and great service. Will definitely stay here again!
