Reservé en este hotel especialmente para celebrar la noche de mi cumpleaños. Como había disponibilidad, tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos un upgrade, así que pudimos disfrutar de una de las suites. A pesar de estar en pleno centro de Madrid, la habitación tenía un ambiente cálido y súper acogedor, casi como estar en casa. Cada detalle hacía que nos sintiéramos especialmente cómodos. La cama era enorme y las almohadas, súper híper cómodas. Me sentía en una nube! El baño era muy amplio y el espejo del lavamanos tenía luces regulables, perfectas para maquillarme. Además, la habitación incluía sauna, un detalle que me esperaba, pero igualmente sorprende cuando lo ves. También nos dejaron caramelos y agua de cortesía. Los productos de baño no sé de qué marca eran, pero olían muy bien. En general, si no fuera porque esa misma noche mi pareja rompió conmigo, definitivamente volvería a reservar. La ubicación es excelente, justo al lado del Parque del Retiro y de la Puerta de Alcalá.

Świetnie się bawiłem w Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Pokój był przestronny, stylowy i super wygodny, z świetnym prysznicem i wystrojem nawiązującym do muzyki. Jedzenie było pyszne, zwłaszcza śniadanie w formie bufetu. Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna. Jest blisko popularnych atrakcji, a pobliska stacja metra ułatwia poruszanie się. Personel był przyjazny i pomocny, a całe doświadczenie było zabawne i relaksujące. Zdecydowanie zatrzymałbym się tu ponownie!

We had a wonderful stay in Crowne Plaza Centew Retiro. Few min walk to Metro. Ginos restaurant and VIPS restaurant are opposite to the hotel and closed at midnight. The junior suite was great with a King bed and a double sofa bed which are big enough for a family of 4. The hotel provided welcome drinks and snacks in the bar. Free Illy coffee capsules and cookies in the room. The minibar in the junior suite was fully stocked and complimentary. All staff are friendly and nice. Thanks Nuria Pastor and your team for the arrangement which made our journey so special. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. The hotel was connected with Voco. We also booked buffet breakfast in Voco hotel with kid price EUR15 and Adult EUR 19. Great variety of food and drinks.

Very impressive! Friendly service. Room was a very good size for our family of 3 adults. Breakfast buffet was excellent!! Location was very good walking distance to many restaurants and stores.

The location is one of its biggest strengths. It’s close to Retiro Park and in a quieter part of Madrid, which makes it ideal if you want to avoid the chaos of the city centre while still being a short ride away from everything. Getting around was easy with taxis and public transport nearby. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed in particular was excellent, which matters more than most people admit after a long day walking around Madrid. Housekeeping was consistent and the space felt well-maintained. Service was generally good. Staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, though not overly warm or memorable. Everything worked, no friction, but also nothing that really stood out. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though it can get busy during peak hours. If you’re particular about a calm breakfast experience, go early. A couple of minor downsides. The hotel lacks a bit of character and personality, and depending on your room, soundproofing could be better. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. Overall, voco Madrid Retiro is a reliable, comfortable option that does the basics very well. If you value convenience, cleanliness, and a quieter location over boutique charm, it’s a strong choice.

Nie rozumiem, dlaczego płacąc ponad 150 euro za noc, nie mogę dostać darmowej butelki wody. Ile to kosztuje? 15 centów? A mimo to muszę zapłacić 2 euro z minibaru. To nie jest zgodne z renomą hotelu. Poza tym, świetna obsługa i miłe podejście do gości. Ładny pokój i dogodna lokalizacja między centrum Madrytu a lotniskiem.

-The hotel's location is excellent for those interested in visiting Madrid's most iconic sights. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to plan routes that cover the most representative sites. -Breakfast is not included, but we recommend it. It is varied, well-stocked, and the restaurant staff are always willing to help. Having breakfast allows you to make the most of your morning visiting places of interest. -The hotel is not new and this is noticeable in the details, but all the amenities work without any problems. -The terrace is a great place to end the night (it closes at 2 AM). It is intimate, quiet, and has good views.

The apartment was hugely overpriced. The location is nowhere near the plush area of Retiro as suggested by the apartment description. The apartments are tiny with no natural light. They are very dark and depressing. The water takes a long long time to heat up. There has been money wasted on fancy bathroom sinks and wooden floors when comfort should be the number one priority. The beds are really terrible and really hard. I developed back and shoulder pain within a few hours of trying to sleep on the bed. The human spine is S shaped and if you lie on a decent bed your shoulder and hip should sink into the mattress. This offers vital comfort and support. The pillows are really cheap and uncomfortable and in the two upstairs apartments you can hear the people in the next room loud and clear. The equipment in the kitchen is very restricted. Not enough knives and forks and the cutlery provided is not suitable. Steak knives all two of them to spread butter!!! Nothing to cut loaves or other food stuffs. Half a tea towel and no kitchen towel which is not practical to buy for a 1-3 night stay. Two toilet rolls, not enough for a 3 person stay. Considering the extortionate price charged for the tiny so called Junior Suite, the owner should have provided more comfort and facilities and the beds are truly terrible and lack of sound proofing being able to hear my neighbours farting was pretty awkward. However, the lady on Reception Mayumi was absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was kind and considerate and a real asset to the company. The male members of staff were not remotely helpful whoever they were. Not a place I would recommend and certainly not at that price with beds that feel like you are sleeping on the floor with a sheet and pillow!

We came to the apartment at 3pm (check in time) and found out that a cleaner was still in the mid-way of cleaning. We talked to reception who immediately sent one more cleaner to help and said the apartment would he ready in 10 mins. We got into the apartment like 20 mins later and felt like that the floor might not have been mopped. I stayed there for 5 nights and found that the sole of my slippers were blackened, which always left dirty slipper print in washroom after shower. We had stayed in a 2 bedrooms 2 washrooms apartment. The furnishing however was very strange. While the master bedroom was equipped with 2 single beds placed together, the other small bedroom with only sliding door was with a double bed! My friend stayed in a 2 bedrooms 1 washroom apartment got a much better configuration which is a normal double bedroom and a twin room (as advised in website). Besides, the living room was a bit dark. On the whole, the stay was still fairly satisfactory. Reception staff was polite, helpful and efficient. Provision of basic cooking essentials including oil was good. Stuff in cleaning kit and toilet paper however was inadequate for a long stay. We needed to go to reception (opens only 0900-1700) to get additional supplies. Wish the cleaner would stock the place according to stay duration of the guests. The apartment is situated in a very convenient location. 5 mins to Metro Palos de la Frontera, 10 mins to Atocha train station, 2 mins to Carrefour Express, 7 mins to Lidl supermarket. There is also another big supermarket Dia nearby. Above all, the building provides free luggage storage facilities in 3,4 & 5 floors. You need €1 to operate the locker but you can it back when returning the key. That’s real convenient.
