This hotel is literally ACROSS West Lake. I am still in AWE with the beautiful and memorable experience we had staying in this BEAUTIFUL AND TRANQUIL place. I am attaching photos of the grounds. Just walking around the compound early morning or after dinner is a treat! If I am not mistaken, there are 6 2-story high buildings in the compound that are used as hotel rooms and convention halls or meeting rooms and breakfast place. There was also one building in the compound where Mao Zedong drafted the first constitution! We stayed at the second floor of Building #2. From what I learned, this place is government-run and was renovated and used during the ASEAN summit in Hangzhou where foreign dignitaries stayed. They have a very fast and simple one-man check in counter. Very few English speaking staff, but everyone was very nice and room service was very fast. The room is good for 2pax with a kingsize bed but we opted to pay for an extra bed as there were 3 of us staying in the room. The beddings, towels and toiletries were all high quality and with Dyson haridryer! The scent of their shampoo and bodywash were also very nice. I like that their toilet and shower are separate cubicles which makes the morning rush faster. Toilet is smart toilet - which is a big plus as most hotel toilets do not have bidet! The breakfast buffet that is part of the room package was FANTASTIC! There were 2 options - one is an inhouse buffet breakfast and other one is at 1913, a Michelin-mentioned restaurant which is just beside the compound. We opted to dine at the 1913 on our first morning and thought the food was great with a lot of selection and quality options. Personally, I think the inhouse option was a better breakfast - better than a 5-star hotel breakfast! Since the compound is big, a free shuttle is available to take us to our chosen breakfast place or anywhere in the compound. On our second day, we had to catch a train and had to leave earlier than the scheduled breakfast time, upon request the hotel thoughtfully and generously packed for us a takeaway food which we conveniently ate during our train ride. One of the highlights. of our stay here was the free costume rental and 1-hour photography session that was bundled with our room cost. My 82 year old mom had a grand time! BONUS: the hotel provided a free wheelchair for the duration of our stay which we could use inside and outside of the compound! My mom was able to enjoy the scenery of West Lake because of that! The only downside was despite being a non-smoking room, I could still smell faint scent of cigarette. Overall, this place is SUPERBLY RECOMMENDED!

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious, clean, bathtub, full length window and has mini washing machine with cloth detergent. Opposite is a shopping centre. Less than 100 m is a metro station. We stay there 4 nights. 2 night peacefully but the 3rd night has some guest smoking in the room with the door open and the smoke smell go in our room. Let the hotel staff know but they can only let us move to the other room (which is decline as I lazy to move my stuff again). Overall, I will stay there again if I go to hangzhou. Thanks to Xiao Ji, our room butler, for all her help during our stay.

Fuchun mountain resort is strongly recommended for foreigners like our family. Peaceful Lake with awesome landscape made our family to feel refreshing. Chinese traditional style hotel room is quite cozy. Complementary service like taking a picture by photographer is to be made a reservation when check in, otherwise fully booked in case of weekend.

W środku znajduje się urocze, małe jeziorko z rybami, restauracja serwująca słynną rybę octową, a także herbaciarnia. Lokalizacja jest absolutnie niesamowita, ponieważ można uniknąć tłumów na pozostałej części Jeziora Zachodniego i po prostu delektować się filiżanką pysznej herbaty, patrząc na jezioro. Udogodnienia są również najwyższej klasy: roboty dostarczają jedzenie na wynos i paczki, niezwykle przyjazny personel i doskonałe pokoje. Jedno słowo o doskonałej obsłudze: kiedy przyjechałem i zaprowadzono mnie do pokoju, poczułem silny zapach papierosów. Było jasne, że poprzedni gość palił w pokoju, mimo że w hotelu obowiązuje zakaz palenia. Concierge bardzo się postarał, aby pomóc mi w zmianie pokoju (o 1 w nocy, nie później niż) i dał mi do wyboru dwa pokoje. Jeden z pokoi ma widok bezpośrednio na Jezioro Zachodnie. Był bardzo przyjazny i natychmiast zajął się moim problemem. Pozdrowienia dla Sun Sena! W pokojach znajdowały się również niesamowite, świeże owoce. Po raz pierwszy jadłam świeże nasiona lotosu i byłam zachwycona. Śniadanie serwowane jest w formie bufetu od 7:00 do 10:00. Na miejscu pracują kucharze, którzy przygotowują świeży makaron. Łazienki są bardzo czyste, co jest dla mnie jedną z najważniejszych rzeczy w hotelu. Jest też automat z absolutnie wszystkim, czego dusza zapragnie. Od karmy dla ryb, przez bieliznę jednorazową, po congee i magnesy na lodówkę. Restauracja jest dobra. Obsługa była uprzejma, a jedzenie to tradycyjna kuchnia Hangzhou. To również jedno z niewielu miejsc z „jadalną” rybą z octu z jeziora zachodniego, co jest największą zaletą tego dania. Co więcej, cena jest bardzo rozsądna, ponieważ można zamówić połowę ryby. Reszta jedzenia jest świetna XD. Herbatnia pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Wysokość stołów i krzeseł utrudnia serwowanie herbaty w stylu gaiwan. Ale myślę, że większość gości dostaje herbatę już zaparzoną przez miłą obsługę. Było też mnóstwo świeżych owoców, czyli dokładnie to, czego chciałem. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, na pewno zatrzymam się tu ponownie podczas mojej następnej podróży do Hangzhou. Doskonałe dookoła. Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat.

Great hotel for family with children. All the amenities are of good quality. Only problem is that they close the amenities without prior notice. We used pool and gym everyday. But, last day of our stay we paid for late check out because my little boy wanted to enjoy swimming pool in the daytime before leaving, only to find out later that the pool is closed that day (they did not tell us anything when we went to the swimming pool day before ).

We had such a wonderful time at Voco! The hotel is very clean and beautiful. The views of the lake are gorgeous- especially from the breakfast restaurant and the gym. You can watch the sun set right over the water. The hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options. I do think the restaurant prices for lunch/dinner are a bit high, but the hotel is just a walk away from other restaurants. It’s located on Yangguang Road, right along a running/walking path next to the lake. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Qiandaohu!

We stayed here during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and it was indeed quite crowded. However, I highly recommend this hotel for families with children under 7, it's very suitable. The swimming pool also has a dedicated splash area for toddlers, and the kids' play area is perfect for preschoolers, with all the heights just right. The parent-child DIY activities are also geared towards very young children. Moms can participate in sports while their kids are being looked after. Today, I tried aerial yoga, and Coach Maggie was very patient and taught really well. It was a fantastic experience. I strongly recommend it to anyone with good core strength – it's a lot of fun. The tea garden is not within the hotel grounds, so we didn't get to cycle 🚲. If you want to visit, you have to walk about 1 km. Finally, I have to complain about the buffet restaurant. The food selection was really sparse. There were already very few dishes, and if you went late, you had to wait for them to cook each one individually, which was a bit frustrating. The noodles at the dinner buffet were mushy. But it was still better than the buffet restaurant in Anji, haha.

Pobyt w tym ustronnym, terapeutycznym hotelu, położonym w rajskim nadbrzeżu Xixi Paradise, w coraz bardziej świątecznej atmosferze, sprawił, że każde zdjęcie wyszło pięknie. Pokoje były po prostu eleganckie, a posiłki lekkie, pożywne i atrakcyjne wizualnie – przyrządzone w moim ulubionym stylu. Olejki eteryczne w SPA były czyste, a masaż meridianowy stanowił wyjątkową atrakcję. Skorzystałam z niego dwa razy podczas mojego pobytu i dzięki niemu pozbyłam się bólu pleców i blokad trwających latami. Gorąco polecam, nie przegapcie tego!

Great hotel stay with my kids. A lot of variety for breakfast. My stay was made exceptional thanks to the wonderful service from Li Bin: Nova, Xiao Qi. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their genuine care and consistent attentiveness created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel because of staff like them. Thank you for making my experience memorable!
