Location is very good, right in the center and near the Gondola rides and private water taxis. Only issue was that our room had small toilet flies flying around, saw at least 5. Front desk staff were mostly helpful too

Location is very good - closed to bus station and water bus. Staff were very helpful and nice. At the evening Palazzo looks amazing! It was building in the XV century, so it has special character and you can feel it in the air!

Very nice old palace with classic style interiors.  Location: close to the water bus stop of Ca' d'Oro, 10 minutes walk to Rialto and close to the food area of Cannaregio Service: Amazing staff, always with a smile and willing to help F&B: Breakfast is always the same and with limited choices (this is not meant to be negative for me) but, the quality is top notch. The afternoon tea time in the afternoon is complimentary but unfortunately I have never tried it Rooms: Big rooms (at least mine), big bathroom, very comfortable bed.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, tuż obok dworca, skąd można dojechać do Wenecji. Miejsce jest zadbane, a ludzie bardzo przyjaźni. W pobliżu znajduje się kilka restauracji, zwłaszcza azjatyckich, jeśli ktoś przegapi. Ponadto w pobliżu znajduje się supermarket Ali, w którym jest wszystko, czego potrzeba.

Świetna lokalizacja na pobyt poza Wenecją. Łatwo dojechać pociągiem do Wenecji, ponieważ dworzec kolejowy znajduje się w odległości spaceru od hotelu. Jeśli jedziesz, bezpłatny parking za hotelem. Pokój w hotelu jest czysty i wygodny, śniadanie jest całkiem przyzwoite i smaczne. Jeden z popularnych hoteli w Mestre.

Jest to bardzo dobry hotel. Czysto, blisko dworca, niedrogo ❤️❤️❤️ Jest to najlepszy hotel w dobrej cenie i blisko dworca kolejowego. Polecam, jeśli chcesz podróżować po Wenecji.

We stayed three nights here. Hotel is conveniently located right next to the ferry station. Breakfast was good and has good variety. Probably the best hotel on the island until we received really bad service which lost all marks on our last morning of stay which I’ll elaborate later. We had to catch the first flight and needed to have a quick breakfast before departure after our stay. Since we stayed there for three nights, we had breakfast and also dinned in their outlets throughout our stay, we were surprised the staff told us they don’t have our records on the last morning, we are not seated for breakfast and had to wait for them, it would be better if we get seated to allow hotel to sort it out since we have to leave for our flights. Unfortunately the staff also told us “they have hundreds of guest so it’s not possible to recognize us”. “There is no record”, and after waiting for over 10 min they came back and told us again “there is no record”. I asked to sort out the matter with the manager and they just told us we can walk over to the counter while there is a long queue of guests. Without cutting the line I waited at the lobby. After the staff at the counter also did not follow up about the situation after the queue was cleared or apologize for the rude attitude. We left the hotel after they ruined our experience at Venice. The entire good experience was lost due to lack of hospitality service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here, and it is a disgrace of the Hyatt brand.

I’ve chosen this hotel for it closeness to airport, coz I arrived late night. There was long line for taxi, no another transportation at night. The location of the hotel makes possible to walk to it, 20 min. I had small and clean room , nice breakfast. Atmosphere is quite nice and calm at the hotel. Also there is a bus stop close to get to city center. I would advice to add the compliment water for your guests.

Overall, it's excellent value for money.

Неплохой отель в жилой части Венеции, мало туристов , но сам отель сильно уставший , на свои звезды не тянет, на одну ночь летом норм
