Excellent Service. Very friendly and welcoming. The view from the room is unbelievable. I would strongly recommend this hotel to others.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

Hoshino Resorts jest rzeczywiście bardzo dobry. Pokoje w tym hotelu są największe spośród japońskich hoteli, w jakich kiedykolwiek przebywałem. Są tam korytarze i pokoje, przybory kuchenne, pralki i tarasy. Niestety codziennie wracam za późno, bo inaczej mogę spróbować dostać wołowinę wagyu. Jest też basen, ale zimą jest zamknięty. Lokalizacja jest bardzo blisko Manzamo. Przed hotelem znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, ale lokalizacja jest nieco odległa. Nadal zaleca się jazdę samochodem, ponieważ dostępny jest bezpłatny parking. 2 punkty, które moim zdaniem można poprawić, 1) Palarnia znajduje się obok windy, więc podczas oczekiwania na windę zawsze unosi się zapach dymu 2) Ciepła woda nie jest wystarczająco gorąca

I went to check it out since it had just opened. This time, I booked almost at the last minute without doing any research, but I was surprised by the size of the room when I stayed there. I only stayed for one night, but if I hadn't booked another hotel for the next day, I would have wanted to extend my stay by another day. The room was fully equipped with amenities, and it's rare to find a hotel these days that even provides basic skincare products, so I was very grateful.

Ze względu na bardzo dobre opinie wybraliśmy ten najbardziej wysunięty na północ hotel na Okinawie, mimo że był grudzień i dotarliśmy tam po przyjemnej jeździe. Jednakże, być może z powodu błędu systemu, szczegóły rezerwacji dokonanej za pośrednictwem Trip.com nie obejmowały dostępu do saloniku klubowego, w związku z czym nie było usługi parkingowego i musieliśmy udać się w drogę powrotną na odległy parking, gdzie było zimno. Chociaż nie miało to nic wspólnego z nami jako gośćmi, recepcjonista odpowiedzialny za sprawę wydawał się niezadowolony po sprawdzeniu, ponieważ interakcja była rozczarowująco biznesowa i pozbawiona gościnności. Ponadto, być może przez przypadek, inna osoba, która prowadziła wózek dla gości w tę i z powrotem w deszczu, prowadziła go nieostrożnie, więc mój mąż i ja wymieniliśmy spojrzenia. (Pracownicy wózka byli zazwyczaj bardzo uprzejmi i mili.) 　 Podsumowując, lokalizacja klubowego saloniku i śniadania, a także jedzenie i napoje, były doskonałe, i chociaż sam obiekt jest z pewnością stary, wszystko w nim było czyste i dobrze utrzymane, więc to wstyd. Następnego dnia wymeldowaliśmy się, pogoda była piękna i ciepła.

最高でした！ 部屋は広くてとても綺麗でした。 ドラム式洗濯乾燥機がついているので、翌朝までに完璧に乾かすことができたのもよかったです。 2人で泊まるには広すぎるぐらいでした笑 予備の寝具もあったので5-6人のグループでとまるのも楽しそうです。（隣は民家なので、外で騒ぐと迷惑になってしまいますが、、、） 当日は近所のしゃぶしゃぶ屋さんに歩いて行きましたが、夜は付近に飲食店が少なそうな雰囲気でしたので、食材を持ち込んでキッチンで調理しても良さそうです。（食器や調理器具は一通りありました） 夜は周りに電灯がないので星がよく見えて綺麗でした。 少し駐車場への入り口がわかりづらい（すごく狭い道に入っていく）のと、日中は電動スクーターの観光客の方が多くて車を回しづらかったので、あらかじめマップでよく確認してからいけばよかったなと思いました。 あとは、虫やヤモリはめちゃくちゃいるので、あまり得意でない方はお気をつけください🐝

酒店位於古宇利島，景色望著古宇利橋，十分好。 房間很大，煮食器皿齊全，合多人同住。 清潔時間很亂不按時間表，而且酒店人員也沒有事先通知就進房清潔，有點不滿。 由於本人已於出發前透過Trip.com通知酒店會很晚才到達，但是到達後才發現前枱已經關門，而且事前Trip.com或酒店也沒有任何通知取鎖匙安排，令本人一行人十分慌張。幸好找到Trip.com的客服，才能找到密碼，也謝謝當天幫忙處理的客服及補償。

屋主會先發你入住資料，自助輸入就可以。地理位置都很方便，根據google map係容易找到。附近環境優美，開車到便利店同餐廳只需兩分鐘。樓下客廳飯廳基本設備都有，餐具齊全，有微波爐、焗爐、電水壺、飯煲、咖啡壺、電磁爐同gas爐（要自己買gas🤣）。樓上三個房間，上下各有一個廁所同浴室，乾濕分離。唯獨是房間不是全部有蚊網，想開窗，但怕有昆蟲。住了三晚，感覺很舒服，會推介給朋友👍

firstly, the route to the hotel and the parking was challenging, the view was excellent tho. secondly, there was a problem that while I was inside the room, my partner accidentally entered a wrong password outside, the high-pitched alarm lasted for 5 minutes, i couldn't even open the door from the inside... and the alarm was ON AGAIN for another 5 minutes when I tried to open the door from the inside after the alarm settled...

L'hotel costruito attorno alla piscina è in muratura, mentre le altre parti sono dei grandi container denominati chelet. Questi ultimi sono molto comodi, grandi e funzionali. Il nostro aveva due letti da una piazza e mezza e un sppalco con altri tre letti dove potevano stare bene tre ragazzi. Il bagno seppur piccolo non mancava di nulla. Acqua caldissima ben regolabile. C'era pure un divano e un tavolino. Faceva parte degli accessori lavatrice e asciugatrice, molto comoda. I container/chalet sono dipinti in maniera simpatica. La piscina è veramente grande e tenuta in maniera impeccabile. L'unica nota negativa è la salita se non si ha un mezzo di trasporto che, specie con le valige è impegnativa. Il personale è molto disponibile in tutto.
