The lower living area also has double sliding glass doors with easy access to the dock, yard or just for enjoying the evening sunsets across the water.The lower level continues to provide lots of extra space for those family and friends! There are 3 bedrooms and one full bath on this floor. Our neighborhood is large, quiet and safe with numerous paved roads so bring your bikes and feel free to tour around. You will also find a neighborhood park and pavilion at the entrance of our neighborhood with a playground for the kids to enjoy.At this time we do not provide a boat lift for rental use; however, we do have mooring whips (with instructions) for safe/secure boat or jet ski docking. These ties are easy to use and keep your vessel a safe distance from the dock even during storms and/or high wake time periods. The closest ramp is located at Morningstar Marina, just a few miles drive from the house.
