The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.”

„Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️ This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream: ✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance ✔️ Hot springs inside the compound ✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers. The breakfast offered a delicious and impressive variety of hot and cold options to start the day. After being in the cold weather all day, the best part was relaxing in the clean, quiet, and spacious hot springs. Highly recommend!”

„Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan.”

„Location: Excellent. Walking distance to Changbaishan North Slope entrance. Hotel has a complementary transfer in the morning too. It is by the Er Dao Bai He River and there is a walking trail leading to En Du Li (恩都里) tourist park where with many shops and food options and a few cultural performances. Staff and Service: Excellent. Everyone was welcoming. In particular I would like to call out 前台/管家的 小余和小王。They are very helpful and follow up on our arrangement for pickup proactively. Transport: Excellent. Complementary pick up from Changbaishan High Speed train station. Our driver, 刘司傅, is very helpful and gave us a warm welcome.”

„Such a lovely hotel with hot spring bath!!! so relax after long day and relieve me from Changbaishan north gate close 🥲 It locate at Enduli which is sooooooo cute and good. lot of activities and show this time, also around with good restaurant and stalley. they provide potatoes grill while you have hot spring bath. Breakfast not much but varity enough. noodle is good. Staff very happy to help. they also provide car to send me at Changbaishan railway station. my room can see part of firework. amentities use loccitane that so nice. After book. they immediately add me Wechat and communicate. which is easy for foreigner like me to communicate. Everything process is super fast. all great! love it”

„The Chang Bai Shan hot spring hotel is a great hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit! They have public hot spring pools that are clean with great amenities.  Around the hotel there is a ‘walking street’ with a great selection of shops within walking distance of the hotel, with a grocery store, a couple of restaurants and a gift shop.”

„服務：長白山我最喜歡的酒店，酒店客服會提前聯繫，長白山站接站到酒店裡麪。王巖大哥會熱情地給我們介紹長白山的玩法以及周圍景區，耐心的介紹酒店每個設備設施在哪，時間段是什麼，並且提前幫我們聯繫包車，價格非常合理。 P1，雪人軍團（衹是其中一衹啦），一羣雪人站在酒店大門前，非常壯觀。憑房卡進去近距離拍照，和雪人合影。 P2，酒店自帶的燒酒館，有地方特色菜，也有一些高端食材，人蔘鴿子湯，真的特別鮮！ P3，酒店的露天温泉，有大大小小將近十個吧，還有超級火的“鐵鍋燉自己”，還有蜂窩煤。記得帶上泳褲！ P4，房間乾淨整潔，每天都有水果和茶水（冰糖雪梨和五味子，每天不一樣），每天都會打掃，衞浴乾濕分離，還有超大落地窗，美景盡收眼底！ P5，住了兩次了，這次才知道竟然有“暢飲時刻”，啤酒，飲料在下午特定時間段免費暢飲，玩完回來暢飲一下，然後去泡温泉，真的很舒服！ P6，早餐，麪條，粉絲，水餃，餛飩，腸粉，時蔬，煎蛋，牛奶，麥片，粥，沙拉，還有粵式早點，可選擇性多，開放時間長，早上非常方便。”
