At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. „這次帶娃去了河源春沐源小鎮，選擇入住了恐龍温泉酒店，果然沒有失望。恐龍主題氛圍感滿滿，一進大堂就是一個巨大的恐龍裝置，把小朋友牢牢吸引住了。房間很大很寬敞，上下鋪的設定直接讓好動的小朋友興奮不已。房間內配有充足的瓶裝水，還配有各式茶葉。大大的浴缸足以讓兩個小朋友同時泡温泉，還貼心的提供一次性浴缸薄膜，安全衞生。床墊也很舒服，承託性很好。當然，酒店服務也很好，有問必答，回覆非常及時。除了酒店本身，不得不説，春沐源小鎮的風景真是一流的。開闊的水面讓人極度放鬆，心曠神怡。坐在湖邊的莫思咖啡喝上一杯咖啡，就想暫時關掉手機忘記一切忙碌，慢慢享受一下難得的慢時光。當然最受孩子們喜歡的，還是龍骨樂園，恐龍迷宮、滑梯、溜索、小河流、互動水裝置讓孩子們流連忘返，全身濕透了都不肯回家，妥妥的玩上幾個小時不帶累的。當然，到了晚上那就倒頭就睡了，哈哈。晚上青蘋果大草原的篝火晚會和煙花也很燃，氛圍很好，讓人情不自禁會跟着勁爆的音樂舞動起來。還帶娃去了詩之禮堂，聽了管風琴，雖然看不太懂，但是對於建築和音樂愛好者來説，絕對值得去看去聽，是一場心靈之旅。雖然春沐源小鎮吃的很多，但我個人推薦他們的西餐廳PaPa Razzi，出品絕對超乎預期，我們一家老小都點贊。”

„Chociaż hotel nie jest nowy, jest dość czysty. Po zameldowaniu dostaliśmy dobre owoce i mleko, co było bardzo uprzejme. Podczas wymeldowania kierownik hotelu przygotował dla nas również przekąskę, biorąc pod uwagę, że może być Korki podczas Chińskiego Nowego Roku to bardzo rozsądne rozwiązanie. Dzieci są bardzo zadowolone z lokalizacji i hotelu. Głównym powodem jest to, że mogą widzieć fontannę bezpośrednio z okna, więc nie muszą tam chodzić. Spacer po moście do starożytnej ulicy Taiping zajmuje tylko 10–15 minut. Chociaż znajduje się na starym mieście, jest dość wygodny.”

„Pokój jest duży i czysty. Nie ma jednak wystarczającej liczby restauracji i lokali gastronomicznych. Lokalizacja nie jest dogodna dla osób podróżujących pociągiem dużych prędkości, ponieważ taksówką zajmuje to ponad 40 minut. Panie z recepcji w hotelowej ladzie wiosennej zachowują się bardzo źle w stosunku do klientów. Rano śniadanie w kawiarni, wybór potraw jest przeznaczony głównie dla grup wycieczkowych. „離春節還有一個多月，我就開始盤算着預訂假期的酒店。前兩年連續在東莞三正半山度過，雖然房間私湯體驗不錯，但春節假期早晚自助餐廳的“人從眾”景象實在讓人有些招架不住，今年便下定決心換個地方。 禾悦莊完全符合我的選擇標準：距離深圳開車約一個半小時，交通便捷。我們一家三口出行，並不需要溜娃，因此對親子酒店和繁雜的玩樂設施並無需求，最看重的正是其送餐上門的服務以及獨立、安靜的空間氛圍。 此次預訂了三天的庭院房。入住第一天，酒店住客較少，我們得以在泳池和公共泡池中享受了難得的寧靜。後兩天則在自家小院中放水泡湯，愜意自在。 雖然由於禾悦莊與春沐源小鎮有一定距離，春節期間的電動車配套服務未能完全跟上，但管家小徐美女非常妥善地解決了我們的出行問題，讓我們連續兩個晚上都欣賞到了大草坪的煙花，體驗感極佳。 然而，入住流程中也有一個需要改進的小問題：入住前一天，酒店雖有電話聯繫，但並未主動提出添加微信。我在電話中特意詢問了中餐廳的營業時間及晚間打烊時間，對方也未提示除夕當晚用餐人數眾多，需提前預訂。直到第二天到店才得知，春沐源小鎮的中餐廳春節期間未營業，所有住客都集中到禾悦莊用餐，導致除夕晚餐異常火爆。因為我前一天未提前預訂，衹能排到7點以後。我衹能選了7點半就餐。但我們中午吃得早，又開了車，到6點半時全家已飢腸轆轆。詢問管家後，經與餐廳經理協調，終於在快7點時吃上了飯。如果管家能在前一天溝通時主動告知除夕晚餐需提前預訂，這個問題完全可以避免。 春節假期本不以性價比為衡量標準，整體而言，禾悦莊環境清幽，服務細緻周到，基本滿足預期。若能在入住前的訊息傳達與服務提醒方面更為完善，必能為賓客帶來更臻完美的住宿體驗。”

We chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.
