And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay. If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organised and thoughtfully prepared prior to my arrival. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambience of the room created a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The view is stunning and you can stargazing through the balcony with warm coffee. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with amenities that were replenished promptly. The lighting, and in-room facilities all functioned smoothly, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. The level of service from the staff truly enhanced my experience. The person in charge was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They assisted us with our luggage, guided us patiently and ensured that we understood all the facilities and directions. They also provide shuttle service to the park with a comfortable car. They also will communicate with you before your arrival through wechat. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff hospitality. The high standard of upkeep and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

Facilities: This is a newly opened hotel, so the facilities are all brand new, clean, and tidy. The amenities are also very complete, and the food at the restaurant is delicious, especially the noodle soup base for breakfast – it's absolutely fantastic! Hygiene: Extremely clean. The courtyard is spotless, and you constantly see housekeepers cleaning. Environment: It's a bit far from the scenic area, so it's very quiet. The hotel has a high-class feel. When sitting in the café, you can see the mountains shrouded in mist – absolutely stunning! Service: The staff are very friendly, and the shuttle bus is on-call. Before check-in, they gave us a 'warm' reminder, saying it might be a bit cold in the valley due to rain and to bring a light down jacket. However, when exploring the scenic area, I was sweating profusely. That 'warm' reminder was really something!

Naprawdę zadowolony z tego hotelu. Wszyscy pracownicy byli bardzo zakwaterowani, mimo że między nami jest bariera językowa. Staff nawet zaoferowały przynieść przekąski w nocy. Pracownik sprzątacza zawsze przywitał się z rana. Oferują one również bezpłatne transfer z premium MPV do parku narodowego. Pokój był czysty, wszystkie udogodnienia były tam, jak powiedziano, a nawet służyły Ci z darmowe jabłka i pomarańcze w pokoju. W sumie z pewnością przyjdę tu ponownie w przyszłości i polecę ten hotel moim znajomym i rodzinie.

We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

Hotel staff are very helpful, warm and obliging. Just that the hotel is a little far off from the main bustling street in ZhangZha town. Wouldn't be an issue to walk 10mins to reach the bustling shops area, but during the freezing cold night, it makes a difference. I ordered food delivery and the hotel staff helps to send it up to the room (by robot). The room is clean and new. The only drawbacks are the relatively low water pressure in the shower, and the poor soundproofing - I was woken up several times by loud next door neighbors. The flooring seems to be made of wood as I could hear stomping sounds from perhaps upstairs late at night too. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to and fro the Jiuzhaigou entrance. For the price, it is value for money. But I would prepare earplugs if I return to stay.

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

Nice little hotel in a Central location in Jiuzhaigou. About 20mins drive to Jiuzhaigou National Park and around 1.5hr drive from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. We stayed on the 5th floor which is the only floor that we saw with a view. The rooms are nice, a kind of modern-lodge hybrid. Like a modern hotel but with a few ******* elements. I found that the bathroom didn't have enough light making it a little difficult to shave. Cleanliness is just OK, I found an old plum seed behind the hair dryer in the bathroom. I also collected a bunch of some kind of beatles off the windows when we first checked in and threw thew out the door. The breakfast is just OK but the yak yoghurt is delicious. Overall I think it's a good hotel but for the price I feel like a few things could be improved.

The vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!

The hotel is large, clean, and well maintained, with generously sized rooms suitable for families. Overall cleanliness met expectations. However, the stay was affected by several issues, most notably a non-functional heater over two nights, which severely impacted comfort in the cold climate. The entire family had to wear thick jackets in the room. There were also some smaller maintenance and check-in issues. Management reviewed our feedback and provided partial compensation, which was appreciated. Overall, a mixed experience with good facilities but room for improvement in basic room readiness.
