We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.”

„Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions.
I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table.
I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty.

這些年帶着兩小衹走南闖北，野奢民宿，星級酒店真沒少住，想要住的滋潤，房價也是有點肉疼的。但是一家人難得的親子游，不想有任何遺憾。安納塔拉或是景德鎮凱悦臻選、香港麗晶之類，都在近一兩年住的不便宜酒店之列，和語自在，沒的比。

„Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available.
Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas.
Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server.
With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole.
Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang.”

GGośćthe place is a little bit out if you are on business. I will say, it's good for family probably looking for a quiet place. The breakfast is far from your room, you have to take a bit of walk and considering it's hot season, you will find yourself sweating but the place is good for a family looking for a quiet place.

Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled.

XXiaribingxueHotel jest małym i wysoce wysoce wysoce wyposażonym hotelem, pokój jest bardzo dobra i elegancka. Usługi mogą być również. Świetne źródło jest czyste, ale trochę zimne, a kobiece przebieralnie potrzebują podłogi, bo kiedy się przebierają, stopy są zimne.
Mam kilka małych sugestii:
1. Naczynia do jedzenia w restauracji muszą być nagrzane w zimie, bo szybko zimno, kuchnia jest dobra, ale zimą zimą nie jest wygodne.
2. Czy można nie rzucać wozu do gości, podczas jedząc, patrząc na śmieci i śmieci z samochodu. Jeśli można ściągnąć śmieci z talerza, jest bardziej eleganckie, a restauracja jest niewielka i niewielka.
3. Podgrzej klimatyzację w zimowym korytarzu, a kelnerki przez korytarz, uważaj na zamknięte drzwi, połączone z zewnątrz.

GGreat Traveller💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away.
💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park.
💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry….
❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning.
❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud.
❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them.
❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car.
🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel.
🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole.
I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! NNRWHJZ房間很大，幫我們免費升級了房型，有浴缸，乾濕分離。酒店的早飯也很豐盛，入住後會送魚頭湯的券，100元/份（先到先得）非常划算，兩個人都吃不完。還遇到了政協開會～是當地比較好的酒店之一。
有兩個不愉快的點，是第一天早上隔壁房間有狗早上6-7:00一直在叫，估計是主人走後，門口有人走動，狗就在吠。
第二天凌晨也就是第一天的晚上睡覺，樓上的房間三四點在泡浴缸，放水的水聲很大，兩天都睡得不是很安穩。

GGość與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
