From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. 💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

Nobody spoke English. Checkin with passport was kind of long and resulted in many unnecessary questions. I asked for non-smoking room but clearly I could smell it in the room and there was ashtray on the table. I was afraid to use the AC because it looked dirty. On the second day the reception girl was very very nice also the ones in the SPA.

藏在山裡的樹屋温泉，真的太治癒了！一進門就被滿眼綠意包圍，空氣清新，草木清香，遠離城市喧囂，心情瞬間放鬆。 樹屋設計很有特色，木質結構温馨自然，推開窗就是山林景色，私密性很好。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住着舒服又安心。 最驚喜的是温泉，私湯入户，泡池就在露台。晚上泡着暖乎乎的温泉，聽着蟲鳴鳥叫，抬頭能看見星星，所有疲憊都煙消雲散。 管家長樂服務熱情貼心，態度好，響應及時

超級滿意的入住體驗 節後人比較少 酒店非常靜謐 整一片奶油牆體搭配椰樹林是海島風的感覺 而且也很好出片 環形水池貫穿 要不是冬天 我想立馬游泳 酒店後面還設定沙池 小朋友可以去挖沙（酒店還準備了挖沙工具） 還有草地可以奔跑 放煙花 前廳小劉溝通都很順暢 對接事情都會很及時 早餐很豐盛 還有送上門服務 很貼心 帶着孩子 很省心很安心 酒店停車方便🅿️離南山竹海也很近

房間很大，幫我們免費升級了房型，有浴缸，乾濕分離。酒店的早飯也很豐盛，入住後會送魚頭湯的券，100元/份（先到先得）非常划算，兩個人都吃不完。還遇到了政協開會～是當地比較好的酒店之一。 有兩個不愉快的點，是第一天早上隔壁房間有狗早上6-7:00一直在叫，估計是主人走後，門口有人走動，狗就在吠。 第二天凌晨也就是第一天的晚上睡覺，樓上的房間三四點在泡浴缸，放水的水聲很大，兩天都睡得不是很安穩。

與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。
