„Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious,fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.👍 There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesn’t have any smell so I don’t know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.”

„An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.”

„鳳凰温泉專門打造的玻璃屋湯院，一共衹有9座，共有3排、每排3座。第1排到第3排分別命名為星天外、花間堂、雨山前。 入住前電話聯繫，服務很熱情周到。入住期間吃住全包飲料暢享，早餐口味很好，晚餐是火鍋。房間設施中規中矩，洗手枱上準備了品類豐富的生活用品都可以帶走，可以免費加床，後院有私湯。 入住期間還可以去泡鳳凰温泉，太白山的老牌温泉，湯池種類多，有免費水果。還有一個小小的小童樂園，有龍舟鞦韆、彩虹滑道。”

„I recently stayed at the newly opened Furongge Yunlan Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The butler was incredibly patient and thorough in answering all my questions, and their replies were prompt and clear. During my stay, it suddenly started raining heavily, and the butler proactively checked if we had an umbrella and even offered to bring one over. Those thoughtful details were incredibly heartwarming. Upon arrival, we received fresh welcome fruits, which added a nice touch. Service was super responsive throughout our stay, and in the evenings, they even brought us warm, soothing Tremella porridge as a turndown treat. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and relaxing, and the outdoor hot springs were a wonderful experience – perfect for unwinding. It's also very convenient for self-driving, with charging stations right across from the parking lot. When we checked out, we even received a lovely parting gift from the hotel, which was a delightful surprise. The communication throughout was gentle and considerate, striking just the right balance, and they went out of their way to help with all our needs, big or small. You can truly feel the team's genuine service attitude. It's ideal for both self-driving tours and a relaxing hot spring getaway. The overall experience was impeccable. Next time I come to Taibai Mountain, this will definitely be my top choice again. Highly recommended! 👍”

„週末來太白山過桃花節，住麓泉君瀾很驚喜。環境好、視野棒，依山而建很愜意。房間乾淨整潔，衞生到位，沒有異味，住着放心。設施齊全，智能化好用，服務整體在線，尤其要表揚管家玉榮，響應快、做事踏實，耐心幫忙解決小問題，貼心又實在，沒有虛頭巴腦，真實舒服的一次入住。湯峪的幾家大温泉酒店都住過，麓泉的位置最好，居山谷之中。公共温泉不是很多，下次準備體驗帶私湯房型，還會再來”
